I recently moved to West Jordan and was looking for a hair salon closer to my new place I took a chance and tried Kelly and Company, I put a pretty heavy burden on Kailey for a first time appointment with her. I did a completely new style and got a lot of hair chopped. I ended up with a super cute pixie cut and color. Although the color was a little off the first time around, it grew out great and Ive been back three times since.Kailey was awesome and willing to spend the time to try new color ideas. I have been trying to find a place to get my hair done that I feel is worth the money and experience. Kellie and Company has reached my expectations. I have seen so many different people to get my hair done how I like and finally found a place I will be staying at for a long time. Elayna is amazing! She made me feel very comfortable. She helped me gain my confidence back and did my hair exactly (and better than the picture) of how I wanted it done. I highly recommend Kellie and Company to anyone!

I had an appointment with Kelly and she absolutely didnt know how to style my hair. I also asked for a bang and she really didnt know how to do it per my request. I also have a very dry hair so i asked for deep treatment. By the end of my appointment, i was really disappointed.

Emilee was the best! She was so thorough when going through my hair, gave me helpful and detailed advice on how to keep my hair healthy and bright after our appointment, and wanted to make sure the job was done to my liking. She was conversational and attentive to my needs, asking if I wanted water or anything while I waited as well which made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to color their hair because she puts a passion into her work that guarantees excellent results!

I scheduled an appointment with Lindsay. I sent lots of pictures and explanation beforehand and we discussed in person what I wanted.She had another client come in while she was still working on my hair and it felt very rushed at the end. I didn’t get a style or to finish the haircut itself because her other client came in.I let her know the same day that I wasn’t happy with my hair. It didn’t have any of the aspects we had discussed beforehand. When I talked to her about it, she was very defensive and clearly had no desire to fix it to be what I wanted. She told me I would be charged for an entire new service if I wanted to come in and get it fixed.With all that said, the color we ended with is beautiful, but it is not what we discussed or what I wanted. Bummer 😔 I will not be going back. They don’t do what the client asks for. Please be aware of that! Don’t leave their chair until you are happy! They aren’t willing to back up their work.

I just want to say Kailey did an amazing job. It had been 5 years since I had a cut and I was nervous because I have really long hair and wanted to keep it that way. She cut my hair with ease and made it look beautiful and did exactly what I asked for and kept my length. I can’t thank her enough for making me feel like a new woman! Going back in 2 wks for color! Super excited!

Had an appointment and they text to cancel it the afternoon before VIA TEXT. Who does that? This was to be our first visit in hopes of riding a new stylist.I tried explaining that to the receptionist and all she did was offer a new appointment a week away. Now we will take our business elsewhere, because the level of unprofessionalism is astounding.

Looking for a new stylist is always a TERRIFYING thought. This time I took 3 pictures of myself and how I like to wear my hair, thinking this would help the outcome, it didnt. I TRY to roll with the process hoping the outcome is golden. I dont see highlights in my hair at all...its very very short and thinned on the sides. ...Saving grace is it will grow and I will try again somewhere else. Nice young stylist who needs alot more experience. Cost minus tip was too much for skill level. Generous tip was given for effort.

I have been going to this salon for a few years now. I have had many different stylists do cuts and colors. They have all been fabulous! I have honestly never been disappointed, hence why I dont really care which stylist does my hair.I only wish they had more curly hair training, as I like to wear my hair that way, but theyll only straighten or curl with heat.

I went in for a men’s perm today, and got nothing but the best service. My perm came out perfect and I couldn’t be happier, it was just a plus that the girl who was doing my perm was stunning.

Came here for a Brazilian blowout and was really upset with the service and the outcome. The hairstylist didn’t give me any instructions or recommend me any shampoos to purchase to help maintain my hair. I had to contact another hair salon for information on what to do. By the end of my appointment she even rushed to get me finished faster. My hair did not stay straightened even by a little or even look nice for that matter after my appointment.

I had some issues with management in the past years. I had another incident recently and the owner gave me a call right away, I was really impressed with how the solan is being handled now. The salon is beautiful and is worth trying if you haven’t yet!

This was my first time at this shop, and first haircut in a long while. I cannot say enough good things! The shop was cute and clean, and Emily is just a gem! My hair is extremely long and thick and she took the time to give me probably the best haircut I’ve had. She layered it beautifully and gave me THE CUTEST curtain bangs. I was so so impressed with Emily and her skill, not to mention she is a sweetheart. I will absolutely be coming back and have definitely found my hair lady!

Im leaving this review for both customers and the poor staff that works there. You need to fix the AC it was very hot in there and three weeks is way too long to go without AC in the middle of summer with 100 degree weather it was very uncomfortable in there especially with a hot blow dryer going.

Scotlynn goes above and beyond every time I go in. She listens and always does a fantastic job. If you have anxiety or getting your hair trimmed triggers something, I would highly recommend this place.

Not happy with their service. I booked an appointment for perm and hair color. My stylist said my hair wasn’t strong enough for perm. That’s fine, I understand that. But I didn’t get my coloring right either. I wanted to get a blonde on top and blue/green towards the end. She only did blonde color which is a no where near to blonde. She didn’t do green/blue color on my hair saying she has another client. So what’s the point of my appointment if I don’t get all the service I want? Why take appointments if you are already overbooked and don’t have time to give service? $116 was too expensive for the hair color I got today. Such a waste of my time, money and excitement. Never going back!

I was happy with my hair. However, be sure to double check what they say the prices are. Online it is quoted that a Balayage Technique and Cut is $152-160. My total ended up being over $200 and it would have been nice if the stylist had warned me if it wasnt going to be the price listed online. I have gone to other salons and that is always part of the conversation if there is going to be an extra charge (longer hair, full color, etc.) That was disappointing to me.EDIT the response from the salon felt very patronizing and I will NOT be returning. I know that there are levels and when you book the appointment online and pick your stylist it will tell you what they charge for that service I pickedLindsay Amarel$160.00Balayage and haircutand above is EXACTLY how it appears when you book the appointment so I was expecting it to be that charge. We had an extensive conversation about the hair and color and she could remember to up sale and get me to purchase some color safe shampoo and conditioner - but did not have the integrity to tell me that it was going to be almost $50 MORE than what it says when you book. I will NOT be returning to this salon because I believe it is unethical to have it be so specific when you book and then still charge more without saying ANYTHING and I am changing my rating to 2 stars because I did not feel heard when the salon responded to my review and I find that response and the situation very unprofessional

6 of us went in for a hair appt for a wedding. Appts were scheduled from 11 to 2. All of us were done before 1230. It was a half was job on everyone, just horrible. My hair fell out of my up do not even an hour after we left. The other bridesmaids had to,fix my hair as we didnt have time to go back. The bride also had to have her hair re done (NOT a way a bride should be treated especially at a time like this) Total and complete waste of money. I am incredibly unhappy with the way my hair was done, it was basically a messy bun. We did a better job doing it ourselves.

Ive been here several times now and have left happy each time. Two of my children and I all started coming here in the last year. Both Tristan and Breanne are wonderful and I would absolutely recommend either of them.

I recently tried Kellie and Company and am very pleased with my cut and the fact that they were able to quickly accommodate me. They also were able to help my daughter with her hair crisis and were very fair, beyond our expectations. We will definitely become repeat customers.

I come here and get my hair done by Lindsay. 1. Shes very knowledgeable, 2. Shes quick while getting me the results I want, and 3. This is one of the few places Ive ever repeat visited. Its easy to get an appointment that works for me and it doesnt break the bank. I wanted to do rose gold my last visit and I love my results. I was worried how it would come out having naturally dark hair, but I love it!

Ive had my hair cut here twice and both have been excellent experiences. The first cut was with Lillie, it was the big chop for last summer. Today I asked Tami to trim my hair and bring the layers back to life. A wash is included (thank goodness, because today I probably had half of a can of dry shampoo in my roots. After the cut, they do a simple style. Both times I walked out feeling like a million bucks. The services seem really reasonably priced.

My previous hair salon of choice closed a year ago and since then Ive been hunting for a replacement. Ive now been to this salon twice, with two different stylists, and both experiences were excellent. The first visit in Feb. 2020 was an all-over color job (went ginger for the first time) and the stylist, Megan, did a fabulous job. My second visit was in Sept. 2020 and I saw Emily Kowalk. I asked for curtain bangs (another first), and she gave me the most beautiful cut with the bangs exactly how I hoped they would turn out. Ill definitely be returning in the future, and definitely will book with Emily again.2021 Update: I have continued to visit this salon and am still a happy customer. In May 2021, Emily helped me transition back to being blonde with a gorgeous, dynamic color job. Then at the end of August (last week), I went in to refresh the color and cut and had a great experience with Scotlynn. She nailed the golden color I wanted perfectly. When I came back a week later to have my bangs cut shorter (my fault... I forgot to tell her), Emily was available again and took the time to show Scotlynn how we usually handle the heavy places at the front of my hair. Scotlynn paid close attention, and I feel confident she could replicate the cut at a future appointment. Overall, Im still highly satisfied and relieved to finally have a permanent place that can handle my often tricky hair.

Wonderful place with so many great people! Lindsay helped me with my very particular rainbow hair. She said it was her first time with so many colors but she did amazing! She also listened to me regarding what my hair can handle, which rarely happens. The price was also very affordable for all that was done. I would recommend coming here for sure.

I came here for bridal hair and makeup.When a bride comes to get hair and makeup done, she usually brings someone. My best friend ended up just going home and coming and picking me up later because there was no where for her to sit. So I had to get it done by myself. It wasn’t a big deal, but it was a sad way to start the day.My hair stays curly. I can brush it out the next day, and it will still be curly. But when I got my hair curled here, they used a straightener (which just straightens the hair in a circle), so it fell out within 20 minutes. I had to go home and recurl it all. The actual hairdo was very pretty, so I was happy about that.It looked like I was barely wearing any makeup, so I also went home and redid my makeup. And the foundation didn’t match my skin, so my neck looked half orange. It’s inexpensive, but since I ended up redoing it all myself, I would not recommend this place for bridal hair and makeup.

I received a gift certificate and called to make an appointment to receive services. You had no open appointments and I was treated very rudely on the phone. I didnt call back until today and now my voucher is expired. I tried to schedule appointments before it expired however there was never any open appointments. I would still like to use my voucher. I feel it is only fair in that I have called before it expired and every other Salon and Day Spa honors gift certificates if the appointment is made in advance. We have already paid your company for this. The Ind. Reps name was Jess N. Please take care of your current customers. I hope you understand that how you take care of your customers will impact future business. All I want to do is be able to use my spa package.Not to mention, as a reviewer said 8 months prior, you can never talk to Kellie or a member of management on the phone and their e-mail address or contact form on their website does not work. Totally disappointed.I hate to already leave a bad review but I have no way else to voice my complaints.

I love everything about Kellie & Co. All their staff is so nice, and they have fashionable purses, jewelry, and the cutest knitted scarves. They have a lot of services to make ladies feel pretty. I am so happy that I discovered Kimmy. She has given me the best eyelashes in town with eyelash extensions. She is kind, gentle, and extremely accommodating when Ive had a big event that I needed to look extra good...she makes a special effort to arrange her schedule for me. She is very gifted in her profession. Do yourself a favor...ask for Kimmy and get eyelash extensions!

I looked for a new stylist about 6 months ago. I was referred to Breanne Miller at Kellie & Company. I have been to her about every 5 weeks, and she never ceases to impress me. She has been very helpful in my decision to let my silver highlights of life experiences grow in and stop coloring. She is always VERY on time and gives the greatest shampoo massages. As the owner of the salon, I can tell that she is highly organized and detail oriented. Also, she doesnt charge an arm and a leg!

Great atmosphere! Friendly environment. Breanne does my hair and is amazing. I have thick curly hair and she knows just how to cut, color and style it to perfection! She has a magical touch with the shampoo as well and you dont want to miss having Breanne give you a facial. Heavenly!! Ive been going for month to this place and I really like it. I like that I have found a place to go regularly. All the women there are friendly. This is the first place I have gone in a LONG time and asked for layers and they actually gave me layers. I regularly ask for Brittany. Shes fun and spunky, Listens to what I want and gives it to me. She gives her honest opinion but also trust mine. Even though I go for Brittany I feel safe asking or going to any of them if Brittany isnt available. My roommate and my sister also go here and have similar reviews. Nice to go to someone you trust and will be around for a long time.

Ive been going to Kellie and Company for almost two years and wish I had gone sooner! Breanne is my stylist and is very talents at what she does. All the staff continues to learn new techniques which I think it amazing. I had really messy, frizzy, curly hair but I get a Brazilian blowout from Breanne every few months and its a life changer! 10/10 Recommend Kellie and Company to everyone!

Horrible I had to get my grandmas hair redone by a different hair dresser.Initially when I went in I asked if they could recreate her hair style and they said yes. They couldnt even do a French roll on the back. It was very disappointing.

I just had my hair cut, colored and styled by Breanne--she was amazing! I swear that was the longest, most fantastic scalp massage I have ever had during a shampoo. I have plenty of grey roots and Breanne did a beautiful job of coloring out the grey and doing highlights and lowlights. The entire staff was warm and accommodating. Such a great experience, I cant wait to go back!

I really wish I could give them 0 stars for how they treated my mother. I made an appointment on a Monday for my mother to get haircut, color, and her extensions installed. The receptionist set it up for Wednesday that same week at 9am. My mom gets dropped off by my brother (they live in SLC) and leaves to work. I was going to be off at 1pm so I could go pick her up afterwards. She calls me at work around 9:30am saying the stylist told her she cant do her hair. She sounded very upset and sad on the phone because in my moms eyes she thought they did not want to do her hair because of how thin her hair is (my mom has stage 4 colorectal cancer). Anyways I call the salon to find out why they are saying they cant do her hair and they stylist said she doesnt have time to do everything (cut, dye, extensions). I told her thats why I called Monday to set up this appointment. Stylist kept telling me that they only had her booked for extensions, nothing else. All the stylist could tell me what there was a miscommunication but how is that my mothers fault? They made her feel so bad about it and I had to leave work early to go pick her up. I pulled up my voicemail because they called me the day before to confirm her appointment. It clearly says We are calling to confirm appointment for your mom tomorrow for color, cut, and installing extensions. I thought the right thing to do was for them to still help my mom and move other appointments around since this was not our mistake but no, stylist was adamant she was not going to help my mom. I ended up finding another salon for my mother but the fact that they made her feel like they didnt want to help her is just so cruel and mean.

Yikes. I had read Google reviews before coming here but I wish Id checked out their Yelp reviews.Prior to coming here for my hair, I had sent a detailed description of my hair currently (the roots were a pale yellow, the mid-bottom shaft was an ashy blonde) and had sent pictures as well. I made it perfectly clear that if they were unable to fix this, I was happy to make an appointment elsewhere, no problem. I was assured they could do it. I again reiterated I wanted my hair to be the same color, whether that was ashy, silver, a darker blonde, etc, I just wanted it to be the same. (Previous salon hadnt lightened my roots enough, even though theyre a level 7 - 8 blonde to begin with.)I get there and there are 2 stylists going back and forth over what to do with my hair, and a decision is made. I wasnt sure if my stylist was new or what, since there were repeated questions to all other stylists. This should have been my que to leave. The decision relayed to me (level 8 on my roots, 10 on the ends) is not the decision that was later relayed to the owner/manager, but I digress.1.5 hours later, I have odd colored roots (not pale yellow, but my hair is still weird and the coloring is way too warm.) The other stylist (not the one doing my hair... but the one who made the decision on what colors to use..) comes back and says (verbatim) I always find myself so disappointed with ColorBrand*. I want to trust itll come out right but 80% OF THE TIME I SEE RESULTS LIKE THIS AND AM DISAPPOINTED. UH?? What?! I dont want to be one of your test subjects! Why in the world would you decide to use a color on someone and then later tell them that 80% of the time the color turns out disappointing? Thank you for charging me $80 to just be another disappointing hair statistic for your salon.The manager (or owner?) comes over after because Im clearly upset, and says they should have bleached out my roots to begin with. The stylist tried to say I said I didnt want them bleached which was not the case at all. I said Id prefer to avoid it, however, if thats what it took to get my hair the same color then so be it. I was then told they couldnt fix it today (Id left work early and had to use PTO) but to come back and theyd bleach it out (it was the roots all over, not just the top.) No thanks. If thats what it took, they should have done that the first time, not colored my hair and then decided oh hey we should have bleached it and then color it again.Super unprofessional, $80 down the drain, and literally a week later my hair is back to where I started with the grossly warm (and awful colored) roots. Im so disappointed and would definitely not recommend coming here if youre looking for blonde results. The service was mediocre, I was talked down to condescendingly multiple times and was specifically told a product they didnt have faith in was used on my hair. Stay away.

I see Tristan at Kellie & Co. Tristan has a knack for style and color. Often, while out shopping or in public, I have people tell me how much they like my hair. Tristan suggested a style that fits my personality and hair type. She is my favorite and highly recommended!

I went in to get a perm (they coming back y’all!) anyway, first time getting a perm and was a bit terrified about it but I had the best expirience with Tami!She is fun, knows her stuff and talked me through the process all while giving her advice but not pushing me into anything. I will be coming back every time I want to renew this do!

I fly in from Chicago to get my hair done here. The atmosphere is light and relaxing, and all of the stylists are so sweet. I recommend it to everyone!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spent 100$ getting a full classic set with Lauren last Monday. We thoroughly took off all my makeup before the appointment and she made sure it looked good before we started. And by Friday almost 80% of them had fallen out. I called the company and Lauren said it was my fault because I had some eye make up on before the appointment. So less than a week later she was going to charge me again. Needless to say, I found someone else to do my lashes and would NOT recommend booking here.
