Shopping for childrens jeans. How do they justify charging so much more for girl jeans when they are practically the same as boy jeans at this age? Thats a 61% price hike, just for being a girl. I thought target was more forward-thinking than that.

I come here pretty often. I am never disappointed as the facility is clean and organized. Things are very easy to find. The variety of products is nice. The pricing is reasonable. I especially like the kid clothing and shoe selection. The staff have been pretty helpful when I have visited. I will plan to come again. I highly recommend this location!

I had the best experience at this location. I had a coupon for the formula I was purchasing. The sweet girl checking me out couldn’t process it. She asked for help and he couldn’t either. Instead of turning me away they kept at it and figured out how to honor the discount. Formula is expensive - I am so appreciative of these two employees!

I seen the most inhuman thing happen these people that needed a little help with money the dad was playing the violin so beautifully and just asking for help for food and clothes for the kids the 2 works I see upfront usually a Male with long hair and tattoos and a short headed male walked out told them to leave so aggressively and walked of no compassion whatsoever they werent hurting a soul

I like target a lot, but for the love of god please stop playing music in the stores. Before I could peacefully enjoy a Target without music, and now I’m bombarded with annoying “top hits.”

This is a new target, and it’s not as good as targets that have been around for years, there is only 1 small entrance/exit so everyone just crams in there to leave and enter the store, and when the guy who grabs carts comes back everyone has to move out of the way, and they have super small shelves and limited product so I’m not sure what the thought process was for this store

I love the original Target look with the red, blue, yellow and green but no registers open other than self check out is not going to work for me.

Just like Walmart nobody knows how to pick up a phone and answer a question. And when they do you get hung up on, or transfered to a dead line. And your questions are still never answered.miss the old store, old employees, old location, I dont understand why it downgraded on every level.

Worst experience ever at a Target. Tried to buy an item on sale for 139.99 (what the price tag said) it rang up for $40 more at the register. After getting 3 people involved and 25 minutes later there was no help from anyone. We walked out very disappointed and without the product. If the employees do not know how to price items should you really be open now? Thanks manager Robert for no help. Definitely will not be going to that store anytime soon.

What a joke of a store!!! At 10:00 a.m. on a Sunday there are still no cashiers so only self check out was available. Although there were three employees standing around nearby no one noticed I was having problems getting items to scan. On top of that frustration summer items advertised on line were still not available. What a waste of time. Targets prices are Not very good to start with so one would think you would at least get good service.

This review is for the CVS pharmacy inside this Target location, or more specifically, Austin, the pharmacist. I took my mom for a vaccine shot after registering online. My dad had passed away 3 days before and my mom is scared of needles, so I was expecting it to not go well. There were no other customers while we were there and he took his time and was very patient while my mom told him about her fear of needles and my dads hospitalizations and recent passing. He was compassionate and kind and made the experience so much better than I was expecting. If I didnt live in another state, I would probably transfer all of my familys prescriptions here because of our experience the other day. Thank you, Austin the pharmacist for turning what could have been a traumatic experience into a compassionate interaction that will never be forgotten.

ATT&T rep hounded me while I was shopping in the toy aisle. I wasnt aware soliciting was allowed in Target. No more shopping in the Taylorsville location for me.

I visited today and had a very good experience that I wanted to share. First of all, I felt very bad because the cashier was closing his lane when I walked up but he gladly helped me out. He was training and I had several things that made my order more difficult, an Amazon price match and a gift receipt, a question about the target circle offer, and he was so friendly and helpful and apologetic that he didn’t know (which I didn’t blame him for since he was training). He ended up having a total of 3 other employees help him and they were all very nice and helpful. I felt bad because I don’t usually have so many questions or things to make it more difficult, but he was so friendly and helpful throughout the whole order. And the last thing that I thought they were awesome about was I bought 2 cans of formula and there was a $10 gift card offer if I bought 2, but the deal didn’t work, and o showed the employee the deal but I realized I got the wrong size for the promo, but they still gave me the deal which I definitely didn’t expect but was super appreciative for! Love this target and their employees! Conversely, I went to Walmart afterwards and they only had 2 lanes open and the self checkout lines were so so long, I ended up leaving without buying anything. They need more employees working! But Thats ok, I’ll just shop at target more!

We (my hubby and his brother who was visting) came to look for hot wheels collector cars as a family activity and a female employee came to put some up so we moved down the aisle out of her way... then shortly, she started talking across the large aisle to a couple other co workers abour how they hate people who come in asking if they have hot wheels in the back.... we were standing like 10 feet away... this is my first time looking for these cars...We started yesterday for most of the day, it was a blast... until this... (hubbys brother loves Target, points out everyone that we see when driving) I hardly come to Target... now I know why.... very sad...*Update* she asked how I was doing, I said good and went to see if there were any that we needed... her car was in my way and she kindly moved it... I had one star, changed to 2...*Second Update* cashier was Katrina and she was sweet commented about the funny design on our credit card... moved to 3 stars...

This isnt the nicest Target I have ever been to aesthetics wise. The building itself seems older as do the fixtures. However, I am giving this target four stars because of the excellent customer service. Everytime I go there the workers are very nice and very helpful, even the ones in the pharmacy. So even though this isnt a Super Target and doesnt have all of the amenities that other Targets do, the employees make up for it.

Employees totally ignored two guests who entered the store with no face masks on at all. Matthew the self checkout clerk spoke with them and said nothing about the lack of face masks, even after I asked him directly to address it. Would they have let me shop without a shirt on? No. Some of us have compromised immune systems, some of us are front line workers. Obviously you’re going to see people like this all the time, but target completely disregarded the situation with no care for the well being of their other guests.

I went to target to get some earbuds and Eric from in electronics was able to find a pair that actually had a discount. He was friendly and polite. Thanks Eric, your Awesome!

The new target in Taylorsville is a huge disappointment. The selection is absolutely bare minimum. The grocery section could have been skipped to make room for actual merchandise. Worst move ever!!!!!! Will never be back!

When I was returning some items that were opened they started being suspicious and said that I took some stuff out and they said this is the last time that they will do returns for me and said if this happens again they will call the cops for something I didnt do so unprofessional.

Great new location with a beautiful layout. The makeup and skin/body care section is so nice and reminds me more of sephora. Easy to find everything and so be my go to target, even though its a slightly further drive

I found shopping at this Target a very pleasant experience. Its definitely meant to be a smaller, more urban feeling market rather than a large superstore which I quite enjoyed. I found everything I needed, and the staff was very friendly. The location was very easy to find. They learned from Shopko and moved the entrance away from the busy intersection which makes getting in and out easier. I will definitely be going out of my way to come to this Target again!

The store entrance is too small. From my experience there is only one door in and out. It would be nice to have two separate doors, one for entry and one for exit.

Target.com says they price match and have a list of places they will match. I went out of my way to this target being the only place I knew of that had my item in town. I went in gathered my gifts and stood in the busy line to be told they are not price matching during the holiday season. Needless to say it was a huge waist of my time and gas

Their old location was a few miles down Redwood Rd in West Jordan. I am rewriting for their new Taylorsville location. I am very disappointed that they moved to a smaller location. Not only is the location smaller they have ONE DOOR that serves as both the entrance and exit. During the times of this pandemic, it makes no sense. You should have traffic flow and not mix with each other. Besides that, this location makes me feel less safe during the pandemic. I feel that social distancing is non-existent. I do not shop at this location, not even pick-up or drive up, its not my cup of tea. They never have what I need in stock. Overall this store is a big disappointment. Lastly, theyre always busy and again it doesnt feel safe. As social distancing is harder to maintain in a smaller store. Very disappointed & will never shop here.

Went two days in a row to purchase x box x. The app I was using said they had 3 in stock. Both days the employees told me, sorry we can’t sell it. Now I’m checking the site and it’s sold. There were people waiting in line for it too. Unfortunately I think the employees held onto it for themselves.

This has easily been my worst experience from a Target. They placed a Sale tag on the wrong product and refused to accept the price even though they placed the tag. They tried excusing it by thats just the display, but that isnt my fault their pricer did it incorrectly. Super disappointed and dissatisfied with this new location and their poor management. Robert was called over and refused to help whatsoever. Will be taking my business and money elsewhere from now on.

Me and my grandson were looking for shower curtains and because my vision isn’t so good, I was a little lost. An employee named Marcus was a well equipped young man who guided us to the curtains and helped us with the prices. I know I have a hard time reading so his help was much appreciated! I’m very happy with this store and will definitely go back I recommend it a lot!

They had an end cap of hand sanitizer that DID NOT have a sign limiting to 1 per customer. I had purchased some at another Target earlier in the day and there was NO limit. I am NOT hoarding, just needed some for my daughter to be able to give to guests at her wedding. They would not let me purchase more than 1 2oz bottle then went and put a sign up limiting to 1 per customer. Only 1 2oz bottle folks!! I rate 0 stars!!!

The store is clean, but the location is terrible! There is a very busy road in-between the store and the parking lot. You have to make a run for it when you have the chance. I feel bad for any old person who has a hard time moving quickly!

Ive had several problems at this location. Today we tried to buy an item, but were told that it wasnt licensed to be sold for another seven months. An employee helped us find a similar item and told us that it was ready for sale, but when we tried to buy it, it also wasnt licensed to be sold. I appreciated the professionalism of the supervisor who tried to help us, but was frustrated that so many mistakes were made.The previous time I came to this location, it was to return a pair of mittens that burst open the first time they were worn. The person at customer service originally told me they couldnt be returned because they didnt even sell that brand. After I found a pair on the shelf, he let me return the mittens without a receipt.In the past I had troubles using my Target credit card. I would be told that my address was wrong and have to immediately call someone to fix it. This problem happened several times at several locations before I cancelled my card.

This targets size is way too small for the area. Everything is too packed and it doesn’t carry as many things as the last location in West Jordan.

The last few times I have gone to this store they do not have any registers open. They make you self checkout. Thats fine when I have a few items but when I have a cart full its really annoying. Its even more annoying when 4 employees are watching the self checkout line. Not one offered to help me. Please have at least one register open.

Great products, and ordering in the app is almost as easy as the in-store pickup! Though slightly more expensive than its competitors, I’ve always known Target to have a much higher standard in terms of product quality. Up & Up brand diapers are the only ones we buy!

To buy certain items, especially ones that I cant find anywhere else. I also needed to get my flu shot and was able to do so while I was there.

I went to this Target to buy some shoes. They literally have less than a half of an aisle for mens shoes. Everything else is women shoes. Their shoe department sucks. Somebody should tell them that men need shoes too its not just a womans store.

This Target is ultra retro. Its like all targets in the valley used to be prior to making them super modern and confusing. It was a throwback to my younger years. Also has a sort of Shopko vibe. They didnt have what I needed, and dont even get me started on the Target app... But not withstanding this is a pretty sweet store for a throwback Thursday

I came in here to buy our toddler a pair of shoes because she lost one of hers on the train (of course), and ended up with a double charge. Came back and they fixed it with no hassle. Of course had to show them proof, but I was happy to oblige since it was a complete accident. They also let me exchange the shoes since the brand we got ran a tad small for baby girls feet. Definitely happy to shop here again!

Repeatedly there are no registers open. When closing there should be staff trying to check customers out. Instead you are forced to use a self checkout; that does not let you do things properly. It is a poor call by the management. The decision to not have people checked out quickly and efficiently is a bad one. I would love for this location to do well but this is holding them back.

I love this target. Its not to big. Clean. And i love the shoes and clothes. I try not to go to target because i go in for laundry soap. Come out with a new wardrobe for me and my kids and the hubs. But thats a good thing. Target always has nice clothes. I love the clearance racks. Always great things to find. Kinda like a treasure hunt.

Target is a great. They have trendy clothes, nice shoes, great baby stuff, and a lot of different toys. The $ section at the front always has fun stuff for the kids. The service is great and the online order pickup is easy and quick.
