Staff always take time to answer questions caringly

Checked on the status of an emailed prescription from my doctor, 1 minute after they opened. She was extremely nice, prescription was already filled. It was a narcotic but she verified who I was so no problems there. Overall a great experience!

They are helpful and friendly! Can’t go wrong with this pharmacy. I’ve been filling prescriptions for my family here for the past 2 years and have only had positive experiences. Not sure why they have so many negative reviews. I only wish they had a drive thru.

Pretty hit and miss here, sometimes the experience is great and others not so much.

Jenna at the West Jordan Walmart is the most friendly helpful tech ever. She always goes above and beyond to help me when my moms mail orders are lost or theres a problem with the RX.

I normally go to the South Jordan location which is top notch, but this location is the worst experience Ive ever had at a pharmacy. Ive never waited 2.5 hours for a fill & theythey saying, sorry, we got busy. Im busy too & dont ever plan on coming back. The female pharmacist was discriminatory & very rude as well. Edit: now 3 hours when I finally got, were working on it now 30 min ago .

This pharmacy has the worst customer service of any pharmacy Ive ever been to. I made the mistake and dropped 3 prescriptions off at the same time with 6 refills for each. Every month there was a reason 1 or more couldnt be filled. They say my insurance wouldnt cover it even though I was 30 days to the day I dropped it off. If I offered to pay for it out of pocket so I didnt have to come back and make a second trip they would say I couldnt because my insurance wouldnt pay for it even though I was 30 days to the day of the prescription the month before. I dealt with this for 6 straight months. I had to get another prescription from my doctor early and make another doctors visit because they wouldnt refill my last prescription even though I was 30 days to the day of the last refill. I have Never had issues at any other pharmacy including other Walmart pharmacys. THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! If you dont want to get jerked around and have your time wasted, do not come to this pharmacy. I never write reviews but this is how bad of service this pharmacy has. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Employees are always nice and helpful

Worst customer experience service I have ever had all thanks to Melanie.I had to look at her name badge because her attitude was disgusting to deal with. I hope the manager who was amazing can really do something to fix the problem. This pharmacy is the closest but in order to never have to deal with her repulsive lack of customer service skills. I rather make a extra mile trip to CVS.

The few people I talked to were pretty nice. But eent to fill up a prescription, had to wait while they did that then 40 min later the guy comes over asking if Im waiting on a refill. No Im staring at the condoms on the shelf

There is a certain probiotic i need and its been really hard to find. Felicia in the pharmacy has always been so helpful! She hasnt ever complained or made me feel like she is put out by me asking her to see if they have the probiotic. Thank you again Felicia!

Sadly, people who expect a pharmacy to break the law have the option of writing a bad review. Exceptional service, especially given how busy this pharmacy is.
