The hotel is perfectly fine for this price category.Accordingly, you cant expect a 5 star hotel service, but as I said, its good.Actually I wanted to give three stars but I found the service of the cleaning lady Mrs. Emine so super good that I only give one star for her.She always cleaned my room very well and got my water.You will try hard to be served well at the reception.The cleanliness and the food could be improved!The great thing is the view. you can enjoy the view while lying in bed. on the whole quite okay.

I stayed in Asia City Hotel just for 2 day because i lost my flight, and i had 2 hard days in Turkey trying to manage to book another flight and to do the Covid test one time, everything was going bad but this hotel and their staff make everything easier for me, i got a room just 20€ a day and always giving me assistance, i would like to say thank you to the staff especially to receptionists, such a lovely persons.I would like to say thank you especially to Ms.Mehtinaz, she knows English well and helped me out to get my flight on time.I will definitely recommend this Hotel if u are planning to visit Istanbul.

It was less than 2 stars. Very basic. The breakfast was the same every day. I couldnt even begin to describe the boiled eggs!! Boiled until they turned grey.. covid was the reason given for breakfast but poor excuse. I found a plaster in what was supposed to be a clean bed.I would not recommend this hotel. You can get much better quality for the same price elsewhere.

The rooms are full of dust it was flying out under the beds we had to ask for a proper cleaning. The wifi doesnt work in some rooms but the staff are friendly and helpful.The location is far and odd from the city centre.

Great little room for the short duration of my stay in Turkey. No issues at all with it.The elevator had a nasty smell to it but it’s something you should be able to get over.The above and my opinion on the breakfasts available during my stay are what makes this review a 4 and not a 5.

Stayed at this hotel for a week as it was closest for my hair transplant. The staff were very friendly and the food in the hotel restaurant was very nice. Theres a buffet breakfast in the mornings with plenty to choose from. Room service is available all day and night.

I stayed on February 16,17 in room 701 as I was here for a hair transplant surgery and I was very satisfied from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. I arrived at 7am and they were able to check me in early with no extra fee. The buffet breakfast included was very generous and offered a wide variety of tastey and healthy food items. The room was very comfortable, had a nice view from the 7th and was very clean. There was a small scent of smoke in the room however. Housekeeping was great and even folded my clothes I had left on the chair when I was leaving my room in a rush. It was very convenient also to have room service with a good menu at reasonable prices (especially when I had zero energy after my transplant appointment) The front desk also spoke good English and was helpful with directions to the downtown core. I would definetely come back to this hotel if I ever have to return to Istanbul! Thank you

If you are going to stay here make sure you lock up all valuables in the safe! But I would recommend you to pick another hotel. During my 5 day stay here I had brand new earring I wore once and left it out on the table, the next moring me had room service, which was the only day we had it and while packing back our bags to leave I noticed one out if the pair was missing, I made sure to check the whole room and all luggages and bags even checking under the bed and inside the bin. I went down asked about it, the first guy i asked completely disregarded it and i had to come back down and ask someone els. They then asked housekeeping and checked inside the hoover.... I understand they also have no idea whats happened and normally I would have bothered but it was a brand new pair I only wore once, so I asked to be compensated in some way, the hotel manager along with a man from housekeeping and the housekeeping manager all came up to me the hotel manager so ready to argue with no apology, we ended up arguing for over 10 mins and I had to leave due to the taxi arriving as I had a airplaine to catch. But I just felt very attacked and wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel!!!!

Hi, my name is Ziaul. I was traveling from the UK to Istanbul for 3 days. The services of Asia City were excellent. The facilities were very good and unique. From the Bedroom to toilet, towels/ shower amenities, safe box, cupboard, mini bar with lots of drinks, chocolates, nuts, and so on.But, the very important thing is its staff. Everyone was extremely helpful, humble and very attentive with kind manner. All of them are fluent in English. Among them, I must mention Tolga who helped me from check in to the last day. By advising/ guiding me about the city then to get some print out, helped of using internet with no charges, and was very helpful on all of my queries. Also, Sahin was amazing too. He helped me by extending my check out time until 2pm as my flight was n late night. In addition, he was very helpful to keep my other requests. All other staff were amazing too.Last but not least, the breakfast was too delicious, very very good. Its included with the hotel price. Also, the foods in the restaurant were amazing. I had lunch and dinner there. Its affordable and the taste of foods were out of the world.Finally, my experience in Asia City Hotel is Unforgettable. I highly recommend the hotel. That hotel is the worst I have ever stay in.The hotel is full of people that had plastic surgery so you can see them walking all around and that not such an happy think to see.The room is so small that you cant walk in it.I had in my room hole in the floor!!! And its cover with carpet....The room is smell like there were smoking inside the room...The refrigerator didnt work.I ask for toilet paper and towels but I didnt get any... I called for that 4 times...I will never get back to that Hotel.
