I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The young man at the desk was extremely helpful! He took me to the showroom and helped me to start my search for cabinet hardware. When I had chosen what I wanted he was very helpful in getting me prices, finding out what stock was available, and writing down the information for me. I had several questions about the Rev-a-shelf products they had on display. He took the time to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable about the products they offered.

Really dissapointed how theyve handled the current supply chain issues the industry is facing. Unless youre one of their top buyers or know someone on the inside they wont even back order product for you. Then we were told that the drawer track we were trying to order was discontinued which it obviously hadnt been. Ill be taking my business somewhere else.

Wurth... More like worthless. I called for my significant other for a standard full overlay hinge with soft-close and push in dowels. The woman on the other line took 10 to 15 minutes just to find the hinge and plate. I knew you guys didnt train your employees but, I figured you would have fixed this by now. I called advanced hardware supply and they were able to help me find a hinge in less than 5 minutes.

Kelly in will call is great. My only complaint is their website doesnt have the option to filter the list of available items that are in stock at the local branch. The website is improving but still needs work.

Two visits and two terrible experiences. At first I was pleased with the selection of cabinet hardware. Then we asked what was in stock and options were reduced by 80%. When we asked for help, the service was terrible. The two guys there wanted nothing to do with customers. When we finally got the attention of one guy, instead of answering our question, he told us they were closing in a few minutes. I ask if he wanted us to leave and he shrugged his shoulders. ... We left. Found the same hardware at Amazon for half the price. No reason to ever return. Ever.

Great store, but prices are outrageous. Quoted me over $120/ea for cabinet door handles 55280BBR. Ordered them from Advanced Hardware Supply for $71/ea. What a joke.

Awful! Just awful service! We are in the market for cabinet hardware for our new home so I went in to get an idea on style, color, price etc. I was there for over 15 min and no one even acknowledged me. I then asked the one kid sitting at a counter working (I use that term loosely here) and he acted like I asked him to run a marathon for me....Ummm isnt it your job to help customers?? Lazy, entitled, millennial. Scares me what the future holds with this worthless generation. Dont waste your time going here. Keep looking!
