Went to Ace Hardware in West Jordan, Utah. The service is exceptionally good. The works are always helpful and are more than willing to assist you and for the most part they know where everything is located if you need to shorten the time in the store and get on with your business. Plus this trip they did not have the size I needed do the store worker and looked up the item on the store computer found the item I needed ordered two of the them. Had me fill out my name and phone number and when the items come into the store in a day or so they will call me so I can go in and pick it up. This was exceptional customer service that not only saves me time but I do not have to go on line and order the item I need and it saved me paying the shipping charges do I benefited twice. Seems like a good store

I called this store when I was near the propane tank for a refill. The initial associate was nice and directed me to who should be in charge of that department. Apparently although they are open, they do not fill them past 6:00, which is fine however the way the associate spoke to me was not. He interrupted me twice, his tone was extremely inappropriate and he hung up on me. Get your propane literally anywhere else and honestly just steer clear of this store.

I went in needing a gas powered chainsaw. Most other stores in the area only had battery powered ones so I thought I would check Ace since I had been in before and always had a great experience. Wyatt noticed I was upset about not being able to find a gas powered chainsaw in the store and approached me about one he had just gotten in that was in the back. It felt like I was being let in on some big secret. We went into the back and he started it up to show me how easily it was to work. I bought it right away.This kind of service isnt happening at Home Depot or Lowes. Thanks Wyatt and thank you Ace!

I made the mistake of going into this store a few days ago. None of the employees were wearing masks, none were bothering with social distancing.While I was checking out, one of the women decided she needed to talk on the phone right in front of the register where I was. She was laughing and having a good time no more than 18 inches away from me. I couldnt back up because I had to pay for the one item I had bought.I thought about leaving it on the counter and just walking out. Unbelievable!Over the past 3 months Ive stopped in there 3 times. I really try to avoid this store because of the employees. Not once on any of the visits did they act like they wanted to protect themselves or THEIR CUSTOMERS from the virus.Ive had other bad experiences with their employees over the last year. I dont blame them. I blame the owner/manager for being incompetent. The management of that store is truly ignorant.

I came in and purchased some floor paint the employee told me it was gray, when I went to apply to my floor it was white . It looked like it was a honest mistake by the employee. So I went back to the store and told them what happened. They took the time to resolve the problem. They were so helpful and resolved the problem and they refunded my money especially Pete was very helpful great customer service I will recommend Ace over Home Depot or Lowe’s. No one tried to up sale us, and in fact spent more time trying to make sure we got the better deal for what we needed rather than having us spend money on unnecessary supplies. John helped us figure out the best stain for our fence and the look we are trying to achieve, and was so kind and honest while doing so! We were pretty delighted with our overall experience!

I visited this store today and I was surprised to see no efforts to mitigate the spread of the Corona virus. No employees were wearing face masks. No employees were disinfecting surfaces. I saw no efforts of social distancing. I felt more at risk there than I have at other stores. At the current time in Utah the virus is spreading like a wild fire at 600 cases per day and climbing fast.

SUPER nice staff. They have a really good selection for being such a small place. They also offer to give my little dogs biscuits when I take them with me to buy something. Their prices are competitive with the larger stores.

I only use Stihl products for my lawn. I purchased a leaf blower. The staff was friendly and attentive. They walked me through the warranty process that’s located in the store. They put some gas in the leaf blower and started it up for me before I left the store. Great staff. I highly recommend.

Ace has everything I cant find other places. I go in looking for a certain bolt and buy way more.

Everyone was sooo friendly here and helpful. The older gentleman working in the paint department provided the most thorough help and explanation I’ve ever experienced when buying paint. As someone who goes to Lowe’s all the time as it’s so close to my house, I’ll never go anywhere else but Ace on Redwood Road to get paint again. It’s worth a little drive. :) I wish I could give a ten star review.

I went to Ace Hardware searching for a few particular items. One of the main items I needed was a replacement screen and frame for my storm door. They didnt have what was needed to repair, or make a new one, but the young lady who was helping me went out of her way to try and find a place that could get the job done for me. I am so impressed with this store!!

Its the old neighborhood hardware store like I remember as a kid... Im in my 70s now. People are here to help you and answer questions. Honestly, Id rather come here than go to the big box stores!

Thank you Ken for going above and beyond. We were looking for a specific paint to paint (chalk based paint) our laminate cabinets but they didnt have them in stock. He looked a couple of times to make sure we werent missing it. We will have to order it we are just a little scared of not seeing the color in person. But he gave us great tips on what rollers to buy to (foam rollers)create a smooth finish. We will be back when we get our paint to start our project. Thanks for your patience Ken.

First... we had to drive a ways to get to this Ace Hardware, passed Lowes, Home Depot and a lot of other places to get there. Why? because they had the Traeger winter blanket in-stock when everywhere around them does not even carry it. The staff was super friendly and helpful in finding the exact right size. We had planned to stop at Home Depot on the way back to pick up some other odds/ends, but ACE had them all in stock. We got everything done in one stop - two days before Thanksgiving.

I just have to give a shout out to Tyler at Ace Hardware in West Jordan!! After a long and frustrating day of searching for a very specific item for a Traeger Grill for my dads Fathers Day present.. I finally called Ace because I discovered they carry Traeger Grills. At first I called and they guy that answered the phone looked and said they didnt have it. I was about to give up because it felt impossiple to find this item. Then within minutes I had a voicemail from Tyler. He said, Hi I am not sure if I even have the right person but if you just called looking for this item we do actually have it so call us back and we will hold it for you! I was so impressed that someone would call a random number back hoping to get the right person. Amazing service!!! Thank you Tyler, because of you I will always visit your store for all of my Traeger and hardware needs! Thank you!!
