If I could give a negative star I would.Extremely rude and obnoxious customer service. After standing for 15 minutes asked the guy sitting at the check out desk (who was socializing and talking about fraternities and farm equipment with a customer) how long will be as before I can pay for a screen protector that I wanted to buy, he was so rude and basically said he would be free whenever he would be. If I have employees like that, they will be fired on the spot for providing customer service and giving away business. Needless to say I left.
I have been an AT&T user for over 15 years. Their customer service is top notch! It feels great to know that if I ever have a question, their employees will have an answer. The staff at this store are incredibly smart and talented professionals. Back in December, I was able to purchase a new iPhone 12 Pro for half off due to their iPhone trade-in deal.Adam Baker, who helped provide me with details on their trade-program, was a true master of his craft. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but he was also passionate about helping others and forming relationships. He had impressive soft skills, which I think is important in todays fast paced world.
Excellent, efficient service at this location. Adam was beyond helpful from start to finish. He was informative, patient, and discussed the benefits of each phone/watch and membership plan in depth. He assisted with the setup process for each device and answered all of our questions honestly. We would highly recommend him for all customers! Will definitely request him in future encounters.

New to the West side. Decided to stop into the West Lafayette location. I was greeted with friendly staff. Adam helped me out. He was nice and had a lot of knowledge about their phones. I decided to switch from android to Apple. Adam was able to get all my info switched from one phone to the other. Most definitely recommend this location.
This happened several times! They added a line and change our plan to something else without even asking us! I had to contact ATT customer service to correct what theyve done to my account. I always got more and more problems after visiting this store! Ridiculous!
Uneventful. Girls arent really knowledgeable about product and how to use the register. One of them was more interested in being on her phone texting. Granted, I was the only one in there but still .. pretend you are working if you are in front of customers.
Absolutely terrible experience at this store. They lied and misinform about their cellphones prices and plans. They enrolled me in a different plan from what I requested. They added all these hidden fees without even telling me. They duplicated my account bill, so I went back and confronted the person and instead of assisting or helping, this person just got upset, never owned her mistake, and never solved the problem she enrolled me into. I had to go to a different AT&T store to figure out the huge mess in my account to try and fix it myself. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE! You will end up frustrated and upset.
The Gentleman there was really kind assisting my mother who is a Senior. He explained things well and was patient. I really appreciated that.
Convenient location, usually knowledgeable staff. A store that is there for those rare times you need in person service. A store that is not too large and not too small.The occasional flub that they make is they try to redirect you to call customer service and what could have been done then and there will cause you to listen to many tens of minutes of waiting music on the phone.
Great customer service from the employees and assistant manager, however the store manager Louise, is of no help to employees or customers and he’s quite arrogant!
The young women who tried to help me was eager, but there seems to be a lack of customer service training with the fine parts of communication. It seemed like the entire staff was told what to say, but there was no conviction behind the words. A young man had a horrible cold and I would have walked out if he was helping me. I am still without the 1,000 or so songs I have downloaded with little chance of getting them back. I am also having difficulties syncing my new iPhone 12 to my car, and getting the Bluetooth to work for any of the devices I own. The last time I bought my iPhone 8, I lost all my pictures so this is just expected for me, which drives me crazy. It’s just very difficult to get good service anymore!

I am a researcher at Purdue, as well as an ESL teacher. The nonprofit I work with needed 5 tablets for our bilingual surveyors to use & our English language learners to use for their virtual classes. AT&T rep Bradley Dickison went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need for our launch day! I can’t thank him enough for his resourcefulness, attention to detail and friendly customer service!
Staff is a bit rude. They asked me to keep standing outside in cold for 10 mins and they dont give SIM cards to my friends.
Went to the store for a new phone. Well, upon entering, I was greeted by a sales person who was disrespectful and very demeaning.His demeanor was very condescending and argumentative. The crazy thing is that, yes I’m a senior citizen but spent my career in technology and know the ins and outs of what he was trying to sell me. However, I didn’t tell him about what I know.His character was that of someone who didn’t want to take the time to HELP a senior citizen with understanding the options or the details of any plan alternative that one may be interested. He didn’t look at me and continued to speak in a monotone voice with the condescending emphasis.Never offering options, alternative or being sure I understood were his mantra. Argumentative, and inattentive were his character. Salesmanship was and is not his forte. I don’t understand why he is even in the position he is in.The final straw was him telling me I would get 20% off accessories when I was prepared to purchase them online to save sone money. No sales disclosure before closing the deal. Assumed 20%. Later, no 20%. Went back and he explained that it was only if I bought 3 items. Hmmm, bought 2. Why didn’t he say something? Well...His initials are Nathan. If you go here to get a phone, find someone else or go someplace else. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had upgrading my phone. Oh, and I got the top of the line. Glad he doesn’t sell cars, homes or anything else that has a really high cost. WOW

Fantastic service yesterday from Bradley Dickison, saving me lots of money on my family plan when i upgraded my iphone. The week before my son had his upgraded and that staff member had found us a savings on the protection plan, this week more promotions became available for the iphone 11 and Bradley spent considerable time finding the right one for my situation. All said and done, I upgraded two phones in a week and am playing less on my plan than before. I never would have been aware of these promotions, of course. Ive been helped by four different staff at this store over the last year and they are all excellent. Its actually something I enjoy doing, whereas usually with these purchases its just something you bear with. They have great technical knowledge and customer service skills. Friendly, and know how to talk with middle aged people like me and my young adult children. Great job!
Experienced 5 star service this evening with my family, thanks to Ben! We had numerous tasks to take care of during our visit, including upgrading 4 phones, changing up our plan, and adding a new member to the plan. Ben was able to answer all of our questions and provide excellent customer service!

First of all I don’t recall ever writing a bad review. I have not used this business for years since I had a very old iPhone which I also purchased from this store. I hadn’t been back in the store since that purchase. On January 30 I purchased a new iPhone 11, only because my old one stopped doing a variety of functions. From day one I had intermittent trouble with the phone; not being able to hear rings, hear voice mails, or others hearing my voice mail message. My first encounter was with Austin. I purchased the phone from him. The store was not busy, yet Austin seemed aloof and preoccupied. He even told me to drive across the street to McDonalds to use their WiFi to back up my phone. It took me longer to drive to McDonalds than to do the back up. He also had me pay for more storage before the backup. When I returned he said he guessed I didn’t need the additional storage after all($1/month). He did not seem to want to do any more then sell the phone and get me out of the store. I dealt with Adam a few days later. I can only say good things about Adam. He was patient, knowledgeable and more than willing to help. We thought he had fixed the problem, but unfortunately had not. My next associate, Bradley, was the absolute worst. He was not friendly from the onset. He took me to the counter where he was on a high stool with his blue surgical gloves looking down on me in a little chair. There was a speaker close by and I asked if he could turn it down a little. He said nothing but with such force turned it completely off knocking the speaker down. I tried to tell him what I had experienced the last few days and his response was just tell me the bottom line. I told him I just wanted him to listen to what I had been going through. His response was with the Apple case numbers you have; you have had plenty of people listening to you. Now keep in mind I was the ONLY costumer in the store. I asked to speak to his manager and his response was I should not speak to him like that and that I was being aggressive. I told him every store allows one to speak to a manager. I finally broke down into tears where James, the manager, took over. He was wonderful and was good at defusing this situation. I cannot think him enough for intervening. Bradley continued to work on my phone but never addressed me again. I know without a question of doubt that Austin and Bradley would have never spoken to my husband like they spoke to me. After, 8 days I was finally given a new phone without the $50+ restocking fee and it is working great. I have only great things to say about Apple and ATT support. Without their backing I do not think I would have faired so well. The Geek Squad at Best Buy’s was also wonderful.

I ordered my new phone online on a Saturday and arranged for in-store pickup. It was supposedly ready in an hour, so I show up and half to wait for 30 minutes just to pick up the phone. I already paid for it - just needed it to be handed to me. I was next in line for 40 minutes before giving up! The people there were very rude. They had 6 people there. Four were working with other customers with a manager doing nothing and a front door rep also doing nothing but checking people in. I gave up and came back on Monday. Same issue. Two folks doing absolutely nothing. Waited 20 minutes and gave up. Asked to cancel my order. Says they cant do that in the store, but I could call in to the main office. So I call in to the main office and am on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get the darn thing cancelled and they are trying to upsell me on a buy one get one free deal...all I want to do is cancel the order and it takes 1.5 hours of nothing but hassle and headache.
I upgraded from my old phone to a new iphone 5c and got treated well by the clerk. However, we DID NOT get informed by any means that there will be an upgrade fee of 36$. We got handed an i-pad with a text open, of considerable length, which probably contained that information in fine print. It would have been much better to have it stated by the clerk and/or to appear on my bill when I paid at the register instead of being charged on the next phone bill. They did ask us if we wanted accessories, other upgrades, etc. but no mention of this hidden fee.This is almost a scam and I will definitely switch phone provider.

Incompetent staff. They cannot even transfer billing responsibility right. They failed to transfer the billing, but they signed me up to a new wireless plan and didnt even bother to ask me. Now Im solving the issue by myself and calling AT&T customer service. Believe it or not, calling was a more pleasant experience.
I have really had very favorable interactions at this store. The staff has been helpful and personable. I want to thank Kim and Josh for three separate occasions. The upgrades and sim card replacements went very well. It exceeded my expectations.

Terrible service. From my experience the only thing they are interested in is selling you something, they are not interested in providing service. I had two issues, one regarding a charge on our bill, the other was a problem with unlocking my phone (which had been bought from this store a few years ago). The person I interacted with in the store would not help with either problem. Will not return to this store and will look for another mobile phone service provider.

I asked them to switch my number from a friend contract to prepaid. There was a problem that after an hour they couldnt manage to change my plan. So the manager told me that he will create a ticket and follow up with me and he will wave the extra chargers that Ill have due to the fact that now I am on a new single contract instead of prepaid. Its been 3 weeks now and they did not follow up, did not return my calls and emails... And I just got a bill. What is this customer service and attitude??
A relatively small AT&T store, not always stocked if the device you want is in big demand, but service is great and friendly. Not a lot of hassle too.

They actually cant do much in the store unless youre. Using something. They will just make you stand there while they call the customer service themselves. People are nice just AT&T has severely limited how a store can help you. They are fairly busy so be prepared to wait a little.

Awful place. Staff show zero respect to customers. They wont put the Purdue student discount there unless you specifically ask for it and check they had put it there. They also bundle some useless insurance&coverage to your plan without telling you so that you can waste tons of money before you find it out!

Beware, dishonest, unethical, and unwilling to help. Daughters iPhone died and was under AppleCare warranty. She went to this store, and instead of salesman telling her that they dont deal with AppleCare warranties, he charged her $150 to transfer my upgrade eligibility to her phone and the price of a new upgraded phone ($749) and sent her on her way. She did not understand that he had not warrantied the phone or that ATT doesnt deal with AppleCare warranties because he did not tell her this, rather he dishonestly sold her a phone and sent her on her way. The store has since sent the old phone away, we have no way to use our AppleCare which would have cost nothing. The manager was unhelpful, unwilling to make the situation right, supporting his unscrupulous, unethical and dishonest salesman who clearly took advantage of a freshman. I hope the $900 sale and the commission was worth the price of a customer and of this review..
Annoying place. Friendly staff most of the time, but long wait time. It seems that they do less for the customer, than they used to. I guess they expect everyone to just know how to activate and set up their equipment.

Ive never had a wait when I have walked into this store. People are friendly and work hard to resolve my issue or find a piece of equipment I need.

Terrible customer service. You have to wait 30 minutes to talk to anyone. They have to go to the back for 10 to 15 minutes to get anything you need.
