The guys down at the levy location are super with their customer service. My now 14 year-old has been doing business with them for years. They are always honest and work with him to get the most bang for his buck, creating a faithful customer. Good job guys!

Store employee was nice, but they dont carry ANY consoles in stock in the store! They had a lot of toys in the store though. They should rename themselves Toy Stop. If I wanted to find the info online, I didnt need to go to the store to have the employee read me the prices and what they have, turns out I can do that from home, where I left from, to go to the place that doesnt carry the consoles. Not sure why they have a store frankly, but again, the employee was pleasant; I recognize it wasnt his decision.

Great staff at that one they dont try to get your attention by putting their hand in your face like the one on 26 does

They don’t carry any consoles in store and when I ordered through them my order has now gone 3 days over the 2-4 day delivery that I payed for, and it still hasn’t made it to fedex, the cashier was very nice and walked me through it but if I’m going to pay 500+ dollars with another 10 on top of that for express shipping I expect it to get there in the timeframe, my opinion they need to carry consoles in store, because it is just a toy shop right now

I ordered a package and it still hasnt been delivered to FedEx, I noticed that someone else had the same issue, so Im wondering If Im ever going to get my order.

Helpful, friendly staff. Good selection of used games with okay prices - particularly the older EA Sports games. A year or two old, and its usually only a few bucks. You wont get much for your trade-ins, but I cant blame this location for that.

Always a good place to shop. Associates are wearing masks and everythings a little more spaced out for distancing. Clean and comfy as well.

Great selection of games and pop culture merchandise. Over the past few years a lot of the store has been transformed from games and consoles to gaming merchandise and geek items. The Pokémon Center has many exclusive Pokémon items which is cool.

The clerks are helpful in the way that they assume everyone walking in is a complete moron and so talk down to anyone theyre helping. After all, what sort of gamer could possibly comprehend a 30 second driver download? I also refuse to accept that!Also, prices: how are Gamestops still in business?

Avoid this Gamestop... not so much the store... but the parking lot is a scam by the West Lafayette police. There is a one hour time limit for parking in this parking lot.. the lot is heavily patrolled to write tickets to generate revenue... AVOID parking here!

Everyone who works here is always very nice and helpful. They work with you to figure out what you want and are always happy to help.

It has been sad to see a decline in enthusiasm at any Game Store really. I know thats because of the digital era revolution, but theres always friendly faces at Gamestop. A side not to be noted, you can find games from older gens too here at these stores. Could make prices lower on some games that ate about 4 to 5 fears old though...way lower.

Avoid this Gamestop. The staff are idiots. Went here and spent $80, they double charged me and it is taking forever to get fixed, eventually had to call corporate (even though the store managed told me to call him and he would fix it, this is after he assured me that I would not be double charged because of error on register, called him today for the second time and he finally told me that he cannot do anything and to call corporate) and my credit card company to dispute the double charge. Really, dont waste the time going here, or the money.Idiots. Idiots with manbuns.

Tried to give me a generic case instead of the real one I brought to the desk of which I wont buy anything without the real case and art work then tryed to switch the art work into the generic case
