I really like the management of this store. The guy named Jersey was so helpful and friendly that I will be returning here with any of my phone needs. Going to him was worth the hour drive customer service and speed was fast and well appreciated especially in this time the county is going through.i will recommend this store to anyone i know that wants to get great/speedy services. Poorly staffed at West Lafayette location butthe manager and staff are awesome and so is cricket but when you have to wait for only 1 person working to handle 2 customers its very annoying and long wait. Left without anything nor upgrade. ****Everything else is great.*********WENT BACK TODAY AND HAD EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO MAKE UP FOR THE OTHER DAY. VERY HAPPY!!!

When I went, they were unusually busy. Still was greeted when I walked in. They were busy helping another customer with what seemed to be a difficult issue but one tech came over and got me all squared away with adding an extra line fairly quickly. They seemed very knowledgeable and got me all squared away.

Poorly staffed. Waited an hour in line to get service. Just two customers in the store and one staff. He was setting up a new account and thats just how long it took him to get through it. Would have been faster to drive across town to a different store.
