The employees at this store have gone above and beyond to provide amazing service to me multiple times. Today, I shipped some boxes to move away and they helped me unload the boxes, distribute the weight between them, find the best shipping option for me, and the lowest price. My interactions at this this store have been friendly and I recommend shipping items here whenever possible.

I am very very happy with the experience I had here. I just brought in 3 items to ship, told them the box sizes I needed, and they packed it all and got it to the carrier for me. They even cut down a long box to fit a package within certain dimensions for me. All of this took about 3 minutes and $8. I will certainly be a return customer.

I packed something up weighed it and send it out with my dad to ship it. He ended up at the doors of this place. They overcharged him, the weight that they have on the receipt is incorrect and definitely in the favor of the store, when I called back to see how much the services were with receipt in hand, they told me they couldnt give me that information because it was in bedded in the system then I asked if it had already been shipped out because I wanted to grab it and get my money back. A guy named Jeremy said it already been sent out this was at 4:30. Im looking at all the tracking information right now and it didnt go out till 6:00 PM. So he lied to me about not being able to give me any information about the cost of services, he told me my dad shipped it out early in the morning and it went out my house at 2 oclock in the afternoon, and then he told me it had already been shipped at 4:30 when it didnt go out until six; only so he wouldnt have to give me my money back.

This is the only place I want to bring my packages! Kevin helped me fix my return to Amazon after I accidentally chose UPS Store instead of Drop Off Point. It was closing time and I had driven 40 minutes to get here. He was exceptionally professional even though if I were in his shoes Id probably be chomping at the bit to go home at 2 pm on a Saturday. He was able to fix my mistake and was incredibly patient. Other places charge to return Amazon packages if you dont have a physical label. Not here. I was right on the edge of being able to return the items and I very much appreciate your help in me accomplishing my mission!

I needed to print a document from my email so I Googled printing services near me and went to a different store first. I couldnt figure out their self-service kiosk and neither could any of their staff so I left in frustration. Consulted Google again and found A1 packaging. I didnt even know this store offered more than just shipping and mailing services. The gentleman that assisted me was very professional, helpful, and polite. I received excellent customer service. Thank you A1 Packaging, I will definitely recommend your store for similar printing needs and all shipping and mailing needs. Oh, you can even rent a PO box there!

Every time I’ve been in here these guys are great! I come with what I need shipped and the addresses, they handle the boxing up and putting the labels on the packages. Literally saves so much time! 10/10 recommend!

Not happy at all with the service here. They never answer the phone, I tried numerous times and just get a voice mail. I shipped a gift Fed X for Christmas which has been lost. I was told I would receive a phone call, hasnt happened. No word on my package that has been lost for almost a month. EDIT: They did respond and my package showed up (7 weeks late) but they issued me a refund. Thank you!

Amazing and affordable service. I needed several boxes shipped to New York, and I needed the boxes to be picked up from my apartment because I couldnt be present. The entire process happened painlessly in under 30 minutes over the phone. My stuff arrived 2 days later, and the price was significantly cheaper than similar services. Best shipping service I have ever encountered.

Ive been using this store for more than 6 years. This place has always been great. They dont nickel and dime you for every small thing (taping a box closed) like other places. Service has always been the best, and dropping off a package is extremely convenient. I highly recommend it.

Ive always had great experiences here. Helpful, friendly staff who really know their stuff and try their best to get you the best deal. Today when I mentioned I was sending a shipment overseas for charity, they got me a huge discount from the carrier - it saved a third of the cost! I would absolutely recommend them.

Visited this location yesterday, 10/9/17, to mail out an insured $900.00 vintage lamp. The staff were most helpful, attentive, the store was very busy and they provided all of the packing materials we needed to secure the 36 over-sized ceramic lamp. If you look for someone to help your moving, stay away from A1 Packaging Store. I was given a quote based on every details ( where to go, stories of houses, what furnitures etc), it ends up with the bill is the triple amount of the quote. Of course, they said they charged by the working hours. And they are very SLOW. They even drove back to their office several times for various reasons while they moved your stuff...I had A1 Packaging to help moving two years ago. They were much more professional then. I guess all changed because of a different moving team leader. His name is Mathew. He gave me the quote and the bill. He was in charge of whole moving. He knows how to talk with prolonged moving.I do not recommend A1 Packaging if you want an honest and professional moving.

I highly recommend A1 to anyone or any company. I do all my packaging with A1. They are helpful and give a hand with packing too! Friendly and processes your package as soon as the package is in their hands! The fish is a benefit. It must be a foot long.

Quick and friendly service. Unlike the other shipping services in town, the employees here are nice and helpful. They also have an aquarium.

The agents here are nice and helpful. Better make a call before visiting. I once went there but they were closed due to some reason, which even confused the FedEx agent who went to collect packages.

Very easy to send packages through this place. Never much of a wait, easy parking/access, fair prices, and super fast. Youll be in and out of this place in the blink of an eye! I recently sent a ~3lb package for ~$13 total (standard shipping).
