Very clean facility, no bugs or rodents. Everything was very well maintained and the owner and staff are super polite and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Klondike storage to anyone. Lots of locker sizes and 24/7 access

I have used them twice, in college in the late 90s and again now. Their rates are very fair, grounds are clean, and staff is great. Early on I discovered a leak in the roof of my unit which was fixed in less than a week. Kiosk is a great way to pay and manage my account. Only problem was once after a power outage the gate would not open but it was quickly fixed. If needed I will absolutely use them again and will go to them for moving help. First class operation.

I liked the kiosk that allowed one to change the size of the unit after hours. It is also possible to buy a lock there.

Klondike Storage is a great place for storage with lots of unit options. I have leased space at other facilities in the past and I feel this place is exceptionally clean with very competitive prices. They have 24hr access and the staff is very friendly and helpful!

Overall no complaints at all. I had issues getting my gate code to work at first, but somebody always picked up the phone and give me an alternate code despite when I called. I cleared out my storage after several months; I had forgotten to cancel my storage, they saw that my storage was empty and sent me a check for my deposit without me even asking or realizing that I forgot to cancel. Overall pretty good as long as you dont mind they are on the outskirts of town.

I used the smallest storage, and stored items from four single dorm rooms, with two mattresses, and it was still roomy.The quality of storage was expected from the cheap price they had. However, the storage was clean and safe enough for me to store my items for about four months without much problem. I would suggest finding some way to get rid of pests, because there were lots of spiders and spider webs after leaving the items in storage for too long. It also could get a bit dusty in there since it is an outdoor facility. Other than that the staff was nice and helpful, and they also contacted me after the contract to give back my refund for the leftover period of my unit, which I totally forgot about. (thank you for that)

I would not trust them with anything you dont mind being auctioned off, their behavior in my experience was predatory. My experience with this storage company was ok at first and I ended up getting a few payments behind because I was away from home for work and when I contacted them they told me it was ok as long as I was in within the next few weeks to pay, I showed up less than a week later to pay the entire balance and she refused my payment and told me that my storage unit was going to be auctioned off in the next month and I couldnt pay it off and get my things, then a few months later she contacted me when they couldnt auction it and wanted me to pay it off but couldnt tell me whether I would be allowed access to it. I cut my losses and let them have it. They were extremely rude and very greedy. Very questionable behavior from this company. These are my experiences with this company and I would not recommend them.

I feel like my stored items are safe with Klondike

I just went to Klondike Storage tonight on the 29th of July 2013. It was advertised on their website that they have a 24 hr. kiosk to allow for 24 hour renting, payment, and facility entrance. Unfortunately, the kiosk just had a blank screen and I tried several different ways to get something up in order to get everything set up and nothing worked. I do not know if we can only pay and open the gate through the kiosk but setting up for the first time is impossible. It looked like it would be nice with a finger ID, check reader, card reader, and license scanner, but only if it worked. I would also like to suggest getting a UV bug zapper of some kind to set up to attract the bugs away from the kiosk as there we quite a few. I need to move out on Tuesday and they are closed Tuesdays, Sundays and I think Thursdays. It is a shame too because I really liked the location. I hope this review helps!
