My frequent the store quite often. This is a great little store in all of the staff are always ready to help you. They also make keys here so working at a place with 20 different vehicles were always needing keys made. I need it for keys made today and it only took me 10 minutes to get in and out and that was with six people in line. I highly recommend this ace hardware

Always good service, you pay a bit more but no big crowds like home depot.

I have made it a point to shop our local stores for any home repairs/renovations, and have visited this particular store many times since the start of the pandemic (I guess the more time you spend at home, the more you see that is wrong with it and needs fixing!). The team here creates a safe space and has been super helpful in finding solutions to my needs. I highly recommend calling ahead to see if they have a specific item and reserve it for you for fast check out!

Great local hardware store. Has it all. Staff great you by name. Im always amazed just how much you can find at a Ace Store. I know their a big brand name but they are still local and employee local people so I always check this place before heading to the other guys. If youve been there more then once Chances are the staff will know you by name. if youre looking for something they wont just point you to an aisle and say good luck. They take you down there and help you find exactly what youre looking for. They will also try to get you the best price which is always a nice thing when a department store employee doesnt try to upsell you on something.

Ace is the place of the helpful hardware person! Smaller than the big box stores but they make it up with outstanding customer service

Been going to Ace for 5 years since we moved to Willamette. Always have great service when I’m there. Recently started a kitchen renovation and needed some paint. Jaime helped me to the Nth degree getting the color just right for our cabinets. Could not have been happier with the help she gave. She truly wanted to make sure I was happy and she was equally excited when the perfect blue came out.

Much prefer over the big box stores. Personalized service, and I like to support local, smaller businesses.

I shop at this ace regularly and Im always impressed with their high levels of customer service and knowledge. Its way better than going to a box store and talking to people that dont normally know what theyre doing.

Go to parkrose hardware across the street. I love ace hardware, but this one has to be the worst one Ive been to. My and my wife came in to buy a needed tool, and the lady decided to profile us, and try and tell my wife she had to put her purse by the front door because they though we were going to steal. Horrible service! We bought nothing instead, and went to a different store.

My visit to Ace Hardware was great. I wish i had the name of the employee that helped me. She was great and got me everything i came in for. I asked her if she could helo a novice and she said sure. That she did.

Do a lot of shopping here. It has most of what Im looking for and nice pricing. Very helpful sales clerks that are ready to take you to the item and and explain the use if your unsure.

Very fair and honest local business with friendly and helpful staff. Provides the large majority of my hardware needs, so no need for a big box store. Highly recommended.

Ive been at Ace about 4 times in the past month and they impress me with their service every time Im there. On several occasions they have seen what I had in my hands upon entering the store and indicated the aisle I was seeking before I even asked the question. Well stocked for lots of odd gadgets, no up-selling efforts just pragmatic and common-sense suggestions.

Super friendly and helpful staff! A great lical little hardware store. They obviously dont have everything a place like Home Depot has, but they have all your basic home/garden/paint needs. Super clean and usually well stocked.

This is A Friendly Country place that is filled with Everything a person could Use from home decor to pumps for wells. They Also sell gardening tools and Daily fix it parts.. I go there monthly

Remember what it was like to have a neighborhood hardware store, where people remembered you and cared about the problem you were tying to solve? Well it still exists in West Linn at this Ace. I look for reasons to come in, and enjoy just looking around while I am there.The team there is awesome!!!

Super nice staff

The assistant manager(Russ) is not only rude and aggressive with coustomers when trying to resolve issues, but also shuts his employees down so much to where they wont even speak.. I went in 7 times with pictures of a lug nut and asked for help finding a socket that fit correctly, also Russ bragged about how he was a 40 year mechanic and in the end had not a clue how to help me or how to handle a dissatisfied customer. I will never be going here again or any other ace hardware for that matter, if I were you I would spend my well earned money and anywhere else possible. ASSISTANT MANAGER RUSS IS NOT FIT FOR A ROLL IN ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They seem to have what ya need. They even have a parking lot although it can be tough getting in and out of it. Great hardware store!

Dont go here looking for ANY help. They have no expertise in anything. Great for a garden hose or a lightbulb, thats about it.

Ace tries hard and mostly fills the gap created by HD & Lowes extermination of the independent Hardware Store. Man I miss those places.
