We had to replace a wall oven that was a fire hazard. The staff at Topline were really helpful in helping us with picking out a replacement oven. They went out of their way to check out the dimensions of the cutout to ensure the replacement oven would fit. Harold Terranova and Jim West researched a selection of wall ovens so that we could make an informed decision. I felt no sales pressure. They were genuinely helpful and professional with order placement, Warranty coverage and were straightforward about possible delivery delays due to COVID. Kudos to the staff. My fridge went out all of a sudden, it takes the home warranty company a day or so to schedule a service call. I called every rental company and no short term rentals available. I had the misfortune of acquiring a General Electric washer three years ago, a piece of junk from a big box store. Frustrating. After getting the idiots treatment on hold and spending hours on hold at GE I decided quality was the real bargain. My poor housekeeper was ready to quit, I decided to buy a washer from a independent appliance retailer. Research indicated SPEEED QUEEN (Made not assembled) in America was going to replace my GE.Neil pointed out the SPEED QUEEN model I was wishing to buy, his product knowledge was impressive. Got a nice price being a scratch & dent; damage was cosmetic at the rear of the machine. The delivery guys were VERY prompt and courteous.You folks have a customer for life!

Super filthy place, its clear they dont clean a thing in there as you can visibly see the filth. Also a nice sign hanging on the doors noting theyre very anti-mask in a facetious manner. Happily taking my business elsewhere.Offered them two stars because my garage fridge and freezer were easy to shop for in the past years.

* This will be a two part review*Okay here’s the review.Went in to Topline on Sunday August 30 with my elderly mother to help her purchase a new washing machine.The Google reviews looked decent so we thought we would give them a shot.After searching for a little bit my mother zeroed in on a new Hotpoint washer and we quickly closed the deal and agreed upon a delivery date of Saturday the 5th of September.So far so good ..Today my mother received a call(September 2nd)and was told that the Hotpoint washer that SHE PURCHASED was no longer available...The individual who called had all kinds of holes in his story and my gut feeling was to get our money back and move on ... My mother, bless her soul decided (after being up sold on another more expensive washer) to give these guys one more chance.Again, after years of dealing with all kinds of businesses my alarm bells are going off & I do not have much faith in this situation getting any better as they offered my mother nothing in the way of any kind of incentive to make this better..Delivery date is this Saturday so I’ll finish the review then - Standby for that 😒*Part two*Delivery went off without a hitch although we did have to wait a week to get the washing machine.So here’s the big question-Would I purchase again from this company?...Absolutely not- Technically what they pulled off could be considered a “bait & switch” which is exactly what happened..In the end we could have/should have done a lot of things differently but, we were in a bad position needing a washing machine & Topline left a terrible taste in my mouth.Topline certainly did NOT make this purchase easy or comfortable.

Free local delivery was certainly a plus!Delivery scheduling was taken care of at the store and we only had to wait a few days (3) to get our new appliance. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got a good deal on a fridge from a non-standard brand name. The delivery team was excellent.My only complaint would be that the staff in the store do not wear masks. In the height of the largest pandemic in over 100 years this store has decided that masks are optional. For some reason they feel that they know better than the worlds scientific community. My wife and I were wearing our masks and the salesman approached - closer than 6 feet without a mask on - and let us know that masks were optional in their store. The most annoying thing was they kept coming close to us instead of staying socially distant. Thankfully we were able to complete the purchase over the phone so we did not need to enter the store again.

I called Toplne to make sure they had freezers in stock because the one I purchased at a big box store called three days before delivery to tell me it would be another 3 months; I had already waited 4 months.I was thrilled with the purchase & delivery time & Harold was a very helpful salesman; but when my freezer was delivered it didnt work and we had to call for service on a brand new chest freezer.Not knowing where the lack of quality inspection/control broke down I can not give a 5 star review.It only took a week to replace the compressor but Topline assured me that if it couldnt be fixed they would replace my freezer. The one I have isnt in stock anymore but they offered another slightly smaller one in its place instead of having me wait months for the right size.

Ordered a Freezer in May and was promised it would be delivered at the end of June. End of June rolled around and there was no freezer. I called the store and they said the freezer should be in store in a week. Fast forward to the middle of August and they said they have a freezer to deliver but it is a different model. I said I wanted the one I ordered and declined the alternate freezer. I call at the start of September and they said my freezer came in and when they delivered it, it is the same wrong model they tried to substitute in August. They claim it is a more expensive model, but it isnt. I took delivery of the alternative freezer just to end this miserable saga, but I will not shop here again as they either lie a lot or are incompetent.....I dont know which is worse.

I have read all of the reviews prior to writing this review and only wish I had gotten the courtesy and respect that they so demand for themselves. The initial contact with Harold was great and could not have asked for better service. Unfortunately everything went downhill from there with the exception of the delivery of my new induction stove/oven. It was explained to me right from the start that because of Covid 19, deliveries were running long and I accepted that. When it came time for my refrigerator to be delivered it was realized it was too tall due to miscommunication with the salesman. I was not upset about that until I was told I will need to pay another delivery fee for the second trip and I need to be hasty in modifying my kitchen cabinets because they don’t have space to hold it for me. The salesman tried to ask the owner to waive the delivery fee since I spent over $5000.00 dollars at his store. The owner flat out said no. The microwave was next to be installed for the fee of 135.00 dollars. Since I was not in town at the time it arrived at the store, I arranged for my brother to be at my house for the install. The installer would not complete the install unless he was paid an EXTRA 70.00 dollars to put in an electrical socket . The old microwave was direct wired. We did it ourselves in five minutes at a cost of 1.70. At this time my brother admired the appliances that I had and wanted to get a set for himself as we both just moved here in two separate homes that needed redone. When the refrigerator was installed after the fee was paid the appliance had shipping adhesive on the front door.The question was asked what could be used to get it off without damaging the refrigerator and the answer from the installer was”I Dunno” and walked out. When my brother went to the store to resolve this small issue he informed them that another purchase hinged on how this issue is handled. Without going into anymore detail three phone calls two visits to the store, one very rude conversation with the owner Chris and nothing has been done. The product is great. Thank you GE, but the service all the way around from 5 different people is extremely disappointing.
