I hit a pot hole on the way to work and bent my rim enough that the tire wouldn’t hold air. I was referred to them by Discount Tire. They were very polite and professional and my rim was repaired by the end of the day. They were even kind enough to put the wheel back on for me since I drove in on a donut. My car rides as good as new, No vibrations or anything. I highly recommend them.

I have used them multiple times now. All I can say is they are hands down the best shop around. The customer service is top notch. The quality of work is also the best around here.

I was referred to Cruisin Gold by another outstanding local business (Cassells Garage) and I have to say, wow, I love this place! Walked in and told the staff what I wanted (285/70/17 A/T tires) and they gave me excellent and affordable options. Upon install I found the waiting area to be very comfortable and was grateful to catch the end of Back to the Future 2 on the big screen.Everything was clean, everyone was friendly. Most importantly, my tires look great on my truck and the mechanics were very careful with my spray-painted wheel covers (they didnt even laugh at me). All in all, I like this place!

Had my 2019 leveled, tires rims... Need to go back steering wheel has crazy vibration and shake... Crusin Gold... (Bothered that I called) Yeah bring it back well take a peek at it. Smh

I called and pretty much did my business over the phone. I explained to the lady what I was looking for and she told me of what she thought I would like. She gave me the website and over the phone we looked at them and sure enough it was exactly what I wanted. I made my appointment and dropped my truck off at 8am. I was able to pick my truck up around 2pm and I am very happy with the rims and tires they put on. Service was great and the lady I dealt with was extremely helpful and patient. I have no complaints and very satisfied.

Ive been to cruising gold at least 3 times, once to repair bent rims, once for a transmission issue, and another for an oil change. For two of those times they could have easily ripped me off and overcharged me but they didnt. For all of my visits, the team there was super knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I prefer them over anyone else in the area and have now referred my friend (a new customer) to them and will be ready to introduce my new vehicle to them as well. As a practicing Dr I stand by what I quote my patients. Never do I double their costs in the process, Its all figured out beforehand so there are no surprises. I expect the same standards and morals when I receive quotes from businesses seeking their services. BEWARE of Crusin-Gold, initially quoted 2 hours for replacing a grill, I have the paperwork to prove it, yet they wanted to double my costs for a now 4 hour job. Talk about professionals! The door was barely closed behind me when I was greeted and asked what they could do for me. Within minutes my jeep was in getting new tires and rims. Less than an hour later, I was walking out the door and extremely happy. The price was much better than I was expecting.

Weve used Cruisin gold about 3 times now all to have cracked wheels repaired (we have low profiles) or get bent wheels repaired. They have been great every time, professional, and efficient. Had them level and install tires on my 2014 Ram 1500, good work and was quick.

Absolutely worst experience. After speaking to Joe by phone and being informed Saturday was the best day to drop my wheel with him for repair, I did so. I was told it would take around an hour. 3 hours later I came back and they had not touched the wheel stating that the employee on shift that day was not comfortable with the repair. Could I leave it until Monday for the right guy? What choice did I have? I left it and on Monday received a phone call that my wheel was ready. When I arrived, nearly nothing had been done. They say it is not repairable. This is NOT what you told me by phone or when I presented the wheel for repair 2 days ago! Absolute waste of my time which cost me money!

I went into this business and they refused to wait on us. We watched every customer come in get served. The only employee that would help us was Matt. I will never step foot in this business EVER.

I brought 2 different trucks here to have suspension lifts and wheels and tires installed going back again for some more upgrades soon. They are very profesional always explain exactly what they are going to do and exactly how much it will be. They get the job done on time. Horrible and lazy service. Went there with 2 wheels to repair and they straight up said they couldn’t do it and the wheel is unrepairable. Went somewhere else and they fixed it immediately.

Fair prices, quick, and reliable service

The only good experience I had here was the nice guy that came out to shine my rims and Jess did everything she could to try and help.. I will NEVER bring my car to CG again. Im not sure what the techs were doing when they did my car.... but it definitely wasnt paying attention. The lug nuts on my wheels were BARELY on to the point that when we went to take the wheel off for basic maintenance (only after a couple weeks of having them on), it fell off with just touching it. Which if you didnt know could have been WAY worse if we didnt catch it as soon as we did. Not to mention, I was told one day for the tires and when they got there they ordered the wrong size AFTER checking the tire size themselves, and then it took them from 10 am to closing time to get them done and put on. Dont promise a finish time if you cant make sure thats the time it will be done and ALWAYS double check your work. YOUR mistake is NOT worth MY life. Last but not least, when you tell a customer a price ( especially if its over $1,000) LEAVE IT THAT PRICE. I was quoted a little more than $500 and after it was all said and dont I paid over $1,200 for everything. This place is a joke.

Cruisin- Gold installed a lift on my truck and recommended the wheels and tires. Im really happy with the outcome. Mark and Doug helped me get this going and were really patient as I decided on what I wanted. Install and alignment were spot on. Job was done quickly. If youre looking to just get tires stretched and mounted the best thing to do is to just bring them your wheels off the car versus having them put it up on a lift. Great service. Converted my wheels and tires from 18 to 17 for a smoother ride. Special ordered everything. Matt at the front counter handled with no problems. I am a little surprised with the negative comments regarding the service, in that I saw a smooth running business from a customer service perspective.

So disappointed in my experience with Cruisin Gold. Spent over $1,500.00 on custom powder coated wheels and was given the run around on when they would be ready. They kept blaming the powder coating company for the delay. Once they finally did get the wheels back, it was one delay after another. The final straw was when I picked up my vehicle and began having issued with my alert system. Come to find out my original, good working, sensors were never put back on the tires. When I brought it up to Crusin Gold and asked if I could come and pick up the original sensors they said that they did not save them and it would cost me another $259.80 for the installation of new sensors. Overall, I am really upset as to the service that I received and the lack of care they provided to me and my vehicle.

Amazing service, was able to hold a conversation with the employees to find a suitable option to help fix my car. This place has my absolute recommendation. They also have really nice cars there, a pretty enjoyable sight, if youre into cars.

If you have a truck, this is the place to go. They do aggressive wheel/tire combos that other shops wont or cant touch. They install lifts and custom accessories. They were the only shop around that could do everything I needed in one place: install a lift kit, mount 35 tires on 12 wide wheels and balance and align. Theyre not the cheapest, but they do quality work and its one-stop shopping.

I wouldnt trust anyone else with my fleet! Another company took advantage of us, Cruisin-Gold stepped up to the plate and took on our whole fleet. Fast and quality service.

Got a ride 45 minutes out of my way to take my tires to them. I have 22 inch rims and 30 series tires. They were able to mount and balance my tire in almost record time, and Jessie was a real sweetheart. She listened to my story about my car and how I came into it and even helped me with a few things I had issues with while I was there. Thank you, Jessie and crew. My wife got a complete set of Toyo tires and an oil change for her Ford Escape, and I bought a new battery for my car, all at our convenience. Customer service is lacking. My husband called to make an appointment for his truck to get some accessories installed. The lady on the phone told him it would take about an hour to perform the work. I took the truck in and waited for it because my husband was at work. After 2 hours, I tried to inquire what was taking so long, but was ignored by the 2 people behind the counter. Finally, after waiting there for THREE AND A HALF HOURS, they told me the truck was ready. No explanation or apology for how long it took. On the positive side, my husband was happy with the quality of the work performed.

I had a 4 lift kit and 33 tires installed on my 1998 Jeep Wrangler. There was a server wobble that 3 of their PROFESSIONAL mechanicstried their best to figure out and even with them consulting Rough Country had them baffled. En route to Miami, we got bumped into in a parking lot and needed a panel on our van popped back in. The folks at Crusin Gold did it for free in five minutes, well enough that we should be able to get home and to our mechanic before we get it fixed. They were polite and helpful, and didnt mind our kids hunting Pokemon among the tires while we waited. Plus the tire selection looked pretty great.
