I went to Gerber Collision and Glass today to get an estimate for a small paint defect. Met James Etzig, the GM. He had a painter fix it on the spot for a great price. Honest and will do any job big or small. He showed me some of the work they are doing. Very professional and easy on the price. Highly recommended!!!!

WoW!!! Sandi was outstanding as well as the facility... had a small issue on a brand new car. Referred to them by SE Honda. She took a look at the small damage and realized her guys could just adjust the fender back in place --NO CHARGE!!! What a surprise!!! What a pleasure!!! While I dont wish to have to have body work done, but if needed in the future, I know exactly where I am going!!!! 5-Star service!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about this shop! The entire process was seamless and the constant communication was awesome. JP remained in regular contact every step of the way and my vehicle was complete much sooner than I expected it would be. I couldnt even tell it was ever in an accident.

I had a nightmare experience at this location. Brought my car there for body damage repair after an accident. (The car was still driveable with no problem). First, the original written estimate of 5 days to do the repairs immediately became 9 days for some unknown reason when I received the first online update after dropping the car off on my appointment day. Then, after 6 DAYS of my car being there, they call me to notify me that they found additional damage when removing the panels. (After 6 days? Shouldnt they have been looking for this on Day 1 or 2?) They tell me they have to wait now for the insurance company to approve repairs on the additional damage before they can start the work. I heard nothing else from Gerber for 3 more days. So I called them to check on the status of my vehicle. I am told that they still have not heard from the insurance company, so I now need to call the insurance company (Allstate) myself. I called Allstate who said they had no idea that Gerber was waiting for additional approval. It took an additional 3 days after that for Allstate to do an assessment, and Lo and Behold, my car now needed to be totalled. After 12 DAYS of Gerber having my vehicle, this is now the outcome. Folks, there are lots of great independent auto body repair shops in Brevard County. I suggest taking your vehicle to one of those places instead. I sure regret that I didnt.

About a year ago my car went in for a front end accident and the manager at the time kept giving me a hard time about everything and always had issues with him. But to sum it up he was absolutely terrible and In less then year my clear coat started peeling off which happened a month or so ago. The new manager got me in and fixed my car. After picking up my car yesterday, because they do the warranty for as long as you own the car I was super happy with the results! I spoke with the new manager and he is absolutely amazing! I will now recommend this shop to all of my friends and I am so happy! The car looks like I was taking it home for the first time all over again!

My experience with Gerber Collision isnt over yet. But Jeremy has been the light in a dark tunnel through the process. I was rear ended by a car that bounced into mine after some kid with Liberty Mutual slammed into her car at a red light. Liberty Mutual then proceeded to make me play phone tag with them for 2 weeks to even get my statement. They were so accommodating as to have me drive in my damaged vehicle an hour in the opposite direction of anywhere I would ever have to be to get an estimate on the car because sending someone out at my convenience is just nonsense. Then I finally find a body shop to take my car four weeks after the accident and Jeremy has worked miracles with getting in touch with Liberty neveranswerstheirphones Mutual. He got a rental set up for me and actually got them to respond to an adjustment to the estimate in only two days. Meanwhile the adjuster from Liberty Mutual has completely ignored both my voice mails and never called me back in a window of 36 hours.Long story short, Jeremy has been incredibly patient, helpful, and accommodating while my lack of patience with Liberty Mutual has me at wits end. I will try and remember to update this once I get my car back. I anticipate that they will have done a lovely job fixing it. When I dropped it off they were prompt and watchful.

Service at the front desk was a bit inattentive. The mechanics and sales guy was honest and very helpful. Went above and beyond with giving me good advice. Was happy with the work that was done.

I have had Jeremy Collins at this location write two estimates for me for damage to vehicles I own. He has been extremely professional, and obviously very focused on providing the highest level of customer service. All Gerber employees should be like him, and Gerber should give him a raise.

What honest people! We had to meet our adjuster here for my car but also recieved a quote for my husband non insurance claim for his truck. The people were extremely helpful and honest.

It took them two inspections- so bringing my car there twice- (what is the point of an “estimate” if it is not thorough?) to then say it will cost several thousand dollars for standard PDR. Well, I decided to take it elsewhere, and they fixed it for less than HALF that! So... this place is apparently taking advantage of insurance companies.

Took my vehicle in due to reference of insurance company. Yes they fixed my vehicle but vehicle was left with overspray and blemishes in the paint. Took it back and there’s not take care of the issues. Contact his insurance company and they said work it out with them. Did not recommend of any vehicles be brought to this location
