Friendly service, got me in and done in a timely fashion. I was not able to pick my car up that day before the business closed (not their fault it was mine) so i called them and explained what happened and they took very good care of my car and placed it inside the business till the next evening for me to pick it up. This location is awesome these guys know what they’re talking about and have really fair prices. Every dime is worth the honest work they provide, and Pedro has gone out of his way many times to make sure my truck is in good shape. Not often do you find such a cohesive and effective crew! And you really can’t beat that lifetime alignment!

I know where to go for friendly service. Went to tire kingdom across the street first and they were unable to check my tires because they didnt have the personel on duty. Drove across the street and 30 minutes later,issue taken care of no charge. I tipped the young man well and told him theyd get my future business.

As respect for essential workers I understand things come up but the purpose of appointment is for them to be fulfill or rescheduled.As a medical professional working nightshift an early morning appointment is imperative.Instead of the staff rescheduling or following up when i left the site maybe an inquiry but instead they just responded in a manner that reminded me some of direct reports favorites subject: ExcusesI’m a single parent, operational manager for lab and 2 of my children have special needs. My work ethic is to show up or give notice.it’s business and COVID has been around for a year and if business haven’t utilized the advantage to retain and improve their sites the thats business lost.Small businesses that thrive apologized, reschedule and handling a situation with verbiage and skills to retain the customer.Well wishes on seeing improvements.

The price of the tires seemed completely fair to me and the staff seemed very friendly. I like the firehawks they put on the car they really are great tires. My main problem with the entire visit was a personal problem. I worked at tire shops for around ten years so when I go somewhere and it takes them two hours to change two tires I feel like my time is being wasted. Yes, I understand they had a lot going on there that day but changing tires is minutes worth of work generally so I just didnt appreciate that aspect of my visit to tires plus. We were actually heading to a completely different shop and just spur of the moments decided to try out tires plus. to sum up my review:Friendly staff, decent tire prices, quality tires, excessive wait times (in my opinion)

Honest and knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Did not even ask price but when I got the bill was very pleased.

Beware of scams. Do your homework before you bring your vehicle in here or youll end up with extra repairs and replacements you dont need. What a shame...if they could just be honest.

My whole family have been loyal customers to our winter springs tires plus! Driving down 95 my tire light went on so i went to the nearesttires plus! Waited a bit to see if they could just check to see if i had a nail or something in one of my tires! Usually they will have someone take FIVE minutes to check, this place wanted me to leave my car and they would check when they finished the others! They didnt care! AND they were not really busy! I went across the street to tire kingdom, they were really busy and took less than 5 minutes to check my tires! Tire kingdom has a new customer! If i could give 0 stars i would!!

This place says they’re open at 7am, false.... their sign says 8:00am.... then we sat in parking lot.... they didn’t open until 8:10.... ridiculous

The 2 gental men working that day went above and beyond. It was a late afternoon I had a flat tire on my way to work. I called Tires Plus. These 2 guys stayed after hours to help me out.

Bought my tires last week and dealt with Jerry. Very helpful and professional and the job was completed in less than two hours. I will definitely consider in the future.

Always able to fit me in on short notice. They always have good deals on tires and oil changes. A nice helpful staff. I take all my cars here for basic maintenance and have been happy with their results.

Definitely come here to this location if you are thinking about tires. The staff here are knowledgeable and quick. The store manager Mike has the best attitude Ive seen in a car service center. Will recommend and return!

If you like to be scammed, and get your car back with more problems than you brought it in with, with the initial problem not fixed, then this is the place to go. They will try to tell you you need repairs that you don’t need, or try to make it look like you need, then do things without your approval to “fix it”. If you get financing, be prepared to have them tell you that you need repairs that cost the exact amount you’ve been approved for. Very shady, dishonest people. They should be ashamed of themselves for how they do business. I don’t know how they sleep at night taking advantage of people the way they do.

I appreciate places of business that will accommodate to keep their customers​. I was very pleased with this place and will definitely return!

Stopped going to tires plus about 2 years ago. I bought 4 primewell tires from them. My wife went for a oil change about 6 months later and they tried to tell her one front tire was dry rotted. I told my wife just come home after the oil change, no new tires. I checked the tire no dry rotting at all. My nephew used to work there and told me that it was standard practice to rip people off. Thats why he stopped working there. I now go to discount tires who fixed my tires with screws in them several times at no charge. As a courtesy. They are honest with awesome customer service.

Tires plus is a little expensive.

I found a nail in my tire and proceeded to the nearest TiresPlus 30 minutes before they were scheduled to close. I was sure I’d have to leave it overnight but Mark Falcone and the tech, Jake, quickly found the nail, and patched my tire. I was confident I was going to have to get a new tire but they saved me money, were very honest, and explained everything. They had me in and done in 20 minutes. A+ customer service and A+ pricing. Thank you very much!!!

Was moving across the country so I gave my car away to someone close to me. Went to this establishment to ensure everything was fine with the car before I transferred it over. Car was in good condition, had to replace a few parts, not a large overhaul, and the car worked great.Fast forward two months, a check engine light comes on. The new owner of the car brings it back to the same shop and suddenly a new collection of problems, worth a few thousand dollars, had arose with minimal use of the car.Its one thing to charge people for mostly fabricated problems, but its another to contradict yourself with the same vehicle. I do not recommend this establishment

I set up an appointment online and filled out all the required questions. My only issue was when I showed up they seemed unprepared bc I had stated I needed tires and not exactly what I needed I guess make and model and year wasnt enough info for them to be prepared for my vehicle. They had tires but only the more expensive options. My advice would be to call ahead of time to be sure. I paid over $350 for just 2 tires and an oil change

The first time I went there was great but when I went again for the $20 oil change, the person who charged me ($40+) said my car had some special oil not applicable to the promotion; I know thats not true because the manager gave me the discount the first time around. if you cant trust the staff upfront how can you expect to trust them looking at your car. real shame

Had my truck in for an alignment and it was still way off when I got it back. Also had a nice new scratch in my door. Went to Glenns Tire and they got it done the right way.

Tire section limited for a tire store being a popular and newer make and model. Brakes are outrageously priced. Quick service on tires, estimated and HR, was done in half the time at first appointment.

Great crew that do great work. Spent over $5k in repairs and upgrades and plan to return. Superb customer service. I am a returning customer for over a year.

Not worth. Staff is worst in the industry I have come across. Unfriendly and least knowledgeable.

Poor service and rude management. Technician damaged the clear coat and paint and gouged the metal underneath on all four wheels during an alignment. Nobody was notified after I pointed out the damage to the tech and manager seemed annoyed when I raised my complaint. Damage claims process has taken three weeks with zero resolution and I cannot reach my claims specialist. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service here.
