Staff is professional and courteous. They are great with time management and the prices are excellent for the level of care they put into the work. I’ll always take my vehicle to them and recommend others to also. They worked on my Ford Mustang California Special and he treated it as if it was the Ferrari next to it, pure white glove treatment. Any negative feedback that I’m seeing seems to be from people who wanted something for free or think they will get paid a dollar per letter to write a novel of a complaint.
I’ve used them for work on my mini and my jeep and I’ve always been very happy with the work. Rob really does a great job and and stands behind his work. There have been times when the work came out to less than the original quote, when does that happen anywhere else? I’d highly recommend, so much so that even though I moved to Miami I still continue to take my cars there when possible.
I always have a great experience at this shop. There is great communication and I feel it is always honest even when it is something you don’t always want to hear. Great value for the high quality service you get at this shop.
They took the car in and had it done ON TIME despite having to order parts from Europe. Very comfortable lounge and a well organized shop. You can bring your car here without worry
This mechanic shop is by far one of the BEST shops around for mini coopers. Every time I make an appointment, I’m always satisfied with the work that was done. Rob knows what he is doing, he knows mini coopers inside and out. Even though this shop isn’t local to me, I still choose to make the hour drive because the quality of service here is well worth it!! Don’t bother with dealership service unless you have to, because this place is top notch for Mini Cooper service. Would recommend 100% to anyone I know with a European car!
Good price and very professional. I’ll be taking my Audi here from now on.
Great experience! Rob took A TON of time to explain to me everything I needed to know about Mini engines and was super friendly! Im fairly clueless about engines but hes was very patient in his explanations.
The Folks at Rob’s Euro did a great job! They got me on the schedule as I called asking for same day service! They got me right in no questions! The Tech also pointed out had a tire showing some cords on the inside passenger front tire. Very dangerous could have blown on 95 as I was traveling today! Got tires replaced!!Thank youMr. Roundy
Rob and team did a fantastic job. I called to have my 2020 m8 competition tuned with the Noelle software and they literally got me in next day. Only took 4 hours start to finish and the results are remarkable. Rob took the time to walk me through the tune and what to do from a maintenance standpoint, highly knowledgeable and professional. I def recommend.
Excellent service and communication. Very satisfied with the service on my Ferrari 360.
First time owning a Mini Cooper. Wanted them to run diagnostic to tell me what the car might need in the future. Very thorough and knowledgeable.
Brought my Aston Martin in for maintenance after getting a check engine light. Rob and Pete are great guys, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend them anytime. And will be using them for all my auto issues.
I really appreciate the honorsty serviced at Robs Euro Werks British Performance Auto Service here in Melbourne. Pete was a very cool and straightforward guy whos acknowledgeble of the work that needed for my BMW 128i which I was pleased with the results and timely manner.
Rob was awesome. Very professional, easy to talk to, had part for my car in same day and was able to fix my BMW the same day I brought it in. I was even able to use his Wifi to do some work while my car was being fixed.
Great service. I will use them again if my car breaks again.
Very open and honest. Best communication I ever had with repairs. Pricing is fair and I trust their work. Clean and establishment.
This place services a lot of exotic and high end luxury imports (Rolls Royce, Porsche, Aston Martin, Mini, BMW, you name it). Here I am with a 2011 VW Tiguan about to turn 200K miles on it. I brought it in due to feeling a few misfires. Local VW dealership is too expensive and other shops in town (Gatto’s, Tire Kingdom, etc.) don’t really know how to work on European cars.Rob took his time with the car and discovered the issues. There is transparency in what they do. Prices are broken down, and you’re told what you NEED to have done.Pete the office manager did a great job also keeping me up to date on what the technicians were doing as well. The lobby is small, but it is nice. There are complimentary beverages, if you have to wait. The place is always busy so setting up an appointment is probably best.
My Mini Cooper battery was constantly draining. Pete installed ignition switch. And fixed bad vacuum leak. Everything working. Highly recommend.
I have a 2002 986 Boxster. I needed a new clutch, so I had them replace the infamous IMS bearing and leaking Crankshaft seal. They provided a detailed estimate and scheduled my job. Everything was done as promised and they gave me a few options on the parts selected. Very professional and absolutely knowledgeable/experts about my 19 year old Porsche.
Excellent service. I agree with the other 5 star reviews. By far the best mechanic I have ever dealt with.
Rob took great care of my X5. They are professional and friendly and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an honest mechanic!
After brining my car to Orlando Mini and having a less than stellar experience i thought I would never be able to use my Mini without a jump box on hand.Read the reviews and decided to give Robs Euro Werks a shot. They took apart the car to follow the wiring bumper to bumper. Found all of the frayed and broken wires replaced them and now I have my baby back. And i can open my trunk without using the interior pull cord, use my radio and all of its features maybe even take the jump box out of the trunk!Rob and Pete are awesome. Great communicationAnd the shop lobby is beautiful. If you have a european car dont go any place else. Thanks Guys
Rob is arguably one of the best shops in the greater Brevard area. His attention to detail and commitment to quality are unmatched. I bring my 2000 Honda Insight and 2006 Honda S2000 whenever I need anything maintained or fixed and he only ever puts OEM parts on my cars. His alignments are second to none, I had an alignment done poorly by another shop and brought it to him to correct it. Hes is one of the few shops who will perform the alignment with the steering wheel centered. Go see Rob for all of your vehicle needs.
Very happy with the service. The staff appreciates my 15 yo Jag. Will continue to have them service my gem.
British Performance provide excellent service with fair prices. Rob is a great guy and delivers repaired vehicles when he says they will be ready. This place is very efficient and I strongly recommend them.
I just got done some AC work on my bmw. Rob and his staff had a warm welcome forMe. They kept me updated with the status and also the issue it had. They fixed it with in the time they agreed to and more than that it was done for a good price with professionalism and no quality compromised. Rob is a great guy.
I have been going to this car repair shop for several years. I’m on my 2nd Mini Cooper and this is where I go for all repairs once the warranty is up. Rob is trustworthy and does a great job
Went in for a oil change drove off and an hour my compressor went out, it was fine driving 1500 miles to Florida. Coincidence very strange indeed then when the $1000 job is done they then find a leak with the condensor
Excellent job and customer service, on time and on point. Did an excellent job on my Bentley flying spur and on my S550 Mercedes👍
In spite of being closed for training Robert took my car In and got me on the road pretty quickProfession and excellent service also way less than the dealership service (cost)Highly recommend this place.
Knowledgeable, professions, welcoming. Wish we would have known few weeks ago!
Great customer service the owner very knowledgeable answered all my questions and Pete service writer knows his business and answer all my questions also
I have taken two cars to this European specialist for a few years now. I have always been well taken care of and have always been given estimates for service (my invoices have always reflected what I agreed to, never been more when I come to pay). I highly recommend this facility. They kindly drop me off to work and pick me up when they are done. Which is a big plus.
Before you read anything notice that their reply was we only work on non American cars if thats the case why did you put your greasy fingers on my American Dodge Chrysler? And cost me $500 as I explain in my review! I am not going to take this review down as they have requested obviously! They took my American car in and said they would fix it it was just a fuel pump seal and while fixing a simple Rubber seal Bay pulled the hose off of my fuel receptacle with feeds the fuel injector so stop acting like this review isnt real you cost me over half a grand! So basically ended up breaking a $500 piece and had to get it towed from their British establishment which cost even more money so Im not taking my review down this review is completely valid!!! Try to fix a leak in my fuel pump ended up breaking a $500 piece for the fuel receptacle part that goes with the fuel pump Not only was the fuel pump leaking but had to replace the entire receptacle which cost $500. Unbelievably shiesty do not go there I even had my battery go dead overnight because they gave me a battery that they charged the hour that I was there just enough to get me through the day not to mention it was half the size of the battery than was needed for the size car that I got which of the 300 Chrysler. Do not let them get over on you definitely check the car out at a mechanic shop before you buy it. Maybe you shouldnt touch American cars at all you should have told me that when you put my car in your garage and push it out because you couldnt start it!!!
The service is amazing and they always do something extra. They really pay attention to all the details. They are extraordinary!
Great job will not take my Jag elsewhere
Customer service is fantastic! I Recommend all my friends bring their cars here for service and work.
Professional very friendly Robert always straightforward with me. If you have any doubts go see for yourself
Great work knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the problem definitely will be going back for more repairs on my vehicle thanks guys!!!
Very professional with reasonable prices.
I love this shop! Ive brought my Mini here 4 times so far for regular service and Rob the owner and his staff are courteous and do great work at a fair price. They can do anything that the dealer can do and will go out of their way to make you feel at home. I once had a nail in my tire on the way to work and Rob had me back on the road in 10 minuets after interrupting his normal work, and, just like the old days, he didnt charge me a dime for the quick repair!I highly recommend them.
This is a gem of place in Melbourne for those of us who drive the finest of performance vehicles. The staff here is awesome. The service is awesome, and the prices are reasonable. Brought in my X5 BMW for rear brakes and they did a great job. They do several courtesy checks at no added cost. Great overall experience. Thank you!
Took my Bentley to British Performance had them do an inspection and oil change. The service was excellent and spot on. Everyone at the facility knew what they were doing and talking about. I highly recommend them to take care of your European car.
The staff is wonderful and super friendly. Andrew was a blessing, he was amazing and really helpful. Ive been there twice so far and I plan to stay a loyal customer. Decent prices, lovely people, and honest.
Most unprofessional ran business I have ever encountered. Roberts ego more than makes up for his lack of ethics. Dont ever work there either has a lack of respect for employees and customers alike. Best way to describe this business is both arrogant and highly mismanaged.
Hi. Just wanted to Thank You one more time for the GREAT SERVICE that I received today on my Mini Cooper S. Its companys like yours that stand out and above the rest, and I would be glad to recommend you to anyone that needs repair work done on British cars. Again, THANK YOU. John C.
As a wholesale parts seller for OEM Mini Parts Ive had the privilege of working with British Performance for many years. He fights for the best parts at the best price for his customers and has even paid extra to ensure his customers part arrived on time.
Professional & friendly business for anyone owning a Mini. Will definitely visit again. Thank you.
The owner is real knowledgeable and very fruendly. I have a specialty car and not too many people have heard of or know how to work on it. He knows his cars! I highly recommend this place for all cars. I will definitely be bringing my cars here.
They are always fair and are open to alternatives rather the Dealer mandated.
I gave Robert a project that required patience and precision. My car was worked on with the same care they would use on their own car. They went above and beyond expectations, and charged very fairly. I highly recommend bringing your business here when you know you need it done once, and done right.
I wasnt surprised on how smooth the whole process was, the promises and offers given over the phone were very accurate to the actual. Fully trust and Recommend them!
I own a Mini Cooper S. I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone looking for quality repairs and a professional place to trust with your second most biggest investment. Very honest people and they care about how they take care of there customers and their cars. Repairs have always been spot on and use OEM parts. They do use remanufactured parts but only come from the dealerships as car manufactures do offer remanufactured parts.
Well done..thanks
Great work. Thanks again Rob.
I dont trust anyone else in Brevard County with my cars.
British Performance is, hands down, the best auto mechanic shop in Brevard County. The prices are very fair and reasonable, and the quality of the work is first rate. We take four of our five cars there for service, exclusively, and will begin taking our antique there when they expand again to include specialized service for it.
I did not get email of receipt and work write up still waiting .
Check there reviews before you take your vehicle there this is the worst autorepair shop in brevard they give you a price and when They say its done they charge you 3 times more then what they told you and then tell you they used BRAND NEW PARTS NOT REMANUFACTURED BUT FORGET TO REMOVE STICKER THAT SAYS REMANUFACTUREDI WONT EVER SEND NO ONE ELSE THERE 👎👎👎👎
So nice answered a lot of my annoying questions happily 😍. I recommend
Excellent service, attention to detail, and pricing that reflects the quality of work they perform! Couldnt be happier with the choice I made to have them service my BMW 328i Coupe!
Excellent service.
I have a 2001 Land Rover Discovery. Fact is it is getting old, but I love the car. There are some little things that have gone wrong (some of which I thought were much bigger) and all of the scheduled maintenance. I have taken it to British Performance and he has diagnosed and fixed every problem and performed the maintenance at a fraction of the cost of the dealership. I would highly recommend British Performances service.
Took my daughters BMW in for check engine light and head lamp repair. $1600 and 2 days later light was back on. Robert called my wife and he said the car was ready. She showed up to get car and he couldnt even explain what the charges are. She asked for an invoice and he told her he had to make one. Obviously that drew a red flag and my wife asked me to go handle it.They broke the glovebox and my daughter cant charge her phone in her car without getting shocked. My wife called and 2 weeks later still no call back. All I wanted was for my daughters car to be fixed and now I fear its more of a danger then a safe car for her. Waiting for them to make it right.
Only a small handful of mechanics that I trust. Rob is definitely someone I trust anyday. Great customer service, reasonable price, knowledgable, straight up advice. No BS. He worked on my BMW. I was very impressed.
Exxtremely professsional and courteous. Repairs are done thoroughly and in good time. Robert runs a first rate shop.
Just had to take a moment to share YET another incredible experience I had at British Performance Auto Service. The staff and owership pointed out to me problem with what I was told by another so called auto repair shop recently. I was told by the so called auto repair shop that needs to stick to selling wheels and tires, that I needed to buy a extended life oil filter. It will last you three or four oil changes sir. Well, Mr.Trust Everyone went with it only to find out I was sold a paper oil filter with a suggested retail price of $5 that they secured from a local auto parts store. BP wasnt trying to call out the other so called auto repair shop but rather to let me know what I paid for wasnt what I received. I obviously will NEVER go back to the wheel and tire store and will keep my business at BP for as long as I own a BMW. These folks are the real deal. Oh yea, why did I go to this so called auto repair shop? BP couldnt fit me into my schedule, not theirs and I needed an oil change before I hit the road. Honest, trustworthy and COST EFFECTIVE. They sell you what YOU need, NOT what they want to sell you. With these folks, its not about the money, but rather about taking care of customers. Im a lifer for sure....Thanks Team Rob....
My friend took a Mini Cooper due to oil leak. Got charged $150 for diagnostic and given an estimate of over 2K which included replacing brake vacuum pump, turbo oil line, valve cover and crank seal. Got a second opinion from a different shop and it only needed vacuum pump and turbo line and they charged half. Didnt need valve cover or crank seal...trying to take advantage of a lady. Shame on you guys.
Honesty, integrity, excellent customer service, and most of all great mechanics.
Reliable and professional. Better service than the dealership!
Great location for meExcellent service
Three weeks before Hurricane Irma I took my Jaguar to British Performance to have an engine replacement. I had obtained 3 quotes for the repair and they were the highest by over $500 but I decided if they did a good job it would be worth it. They had the car for 1.5 weeks and had not begun the repair and I stopped by to speak with Robert about the repair. His associate told me he was on the phone and that he would talk to me in a few minutes. I was standing outside of his small office in the waiting area. After he got off the phone his associate walked into his office and I heard him say he was busy and did not have time to talk to me. The associate came out and asked what I wanted to tell him. I stated my concerns. But how rude could Robert be. I am standing outside of his small office and he could not spare 1 minute to talk to me about a $2500 repair! With Hurricane Irma upon us they had not even begin the repair. I called and they told me that my car would be safe inside of his facility and they would begin the repair after the hurricane. After Irma passed I went by the shop. My car was sitting outside unprotected and covered with debris. My beautiful paint had large portions missing from debris impact on the passenger side rear quarter, the windshield was cracked and the drivers side mirror was ripped from the car and hanging loose. I came back and took photos of the car and the area in which they left it parked during the hurricane. They were closed for the following week but when they reopened I immediately called them and asked them about my car. They told me it was fine and they had it parked inside during the hurricane. They did not know I had come by and taken photographs the day after the hurricane. THEY LIED DIRECTLY ABOUT MY CAR!. I then told the associate I wanted to speak to Robert. After 5 calls and 1 week later he finally called be back. He told me that my car was not damaged at his shop and that he wanted to me to get my car out of his shop immediately. It was in the middle of the day and the car had to be towed to the shop. He was the rudest person I have ever spoken too. I had my car towed home and I got his insurance company information. When their adjuster, inspected my car there was $2000 damage. Robert then told the insurance company that the car was not damaged at his facility so they denied my claim. Finally after writing a report with all of the photos they agreed to pay the claim. This shop is the most unethical unprofessional shop I have ever attempted to do business. Avoid them at all costs!!!
I get all my Mini and Land Rover work done there.
Super helpful place if you have a mini.
Replaced battery and programmed it to the computer
Charged me for something they didnt fix. Then verbally agreed over the phone to either refund me my money or fix the problem. I took it back in and they wanted an extra $2k to fix the problem and refused to refund me my original payment.
Took my car here 4 times to have it repaired and after those four times it still keeps stalling. I really hate to write bad reviews but I pass this garage twice a day for 3 years now and i noticed that every car thats in for repairs is back sitting in the lot 2 weeks later, just like with my old Jaguar... Strange.
Great service, fast response, very reasonable .
They know what they are doing, and, most importantly, they do get the job done.
Honest, and high quality work.
Good customer service
Friendly !!! Nice place!!!
