Randy and his crew were absolutely amazing. I haven’t had that good of customer service anywhere else. I mean, truly, I felt like I knew the crew! Randy was so personable and fun, it made the whole process so easy. For how busy they were, they managed to prioritize everyone accordingly and overall I’d say I feel completely taken care of. I’ve never had the newest iPhone but today I’m leaving feeling brand new! If I could rate this staff 10/5 stars, I would. Thank you!! 😊

Great customer service! This was the second time I’ve been in the store. First time was a purchase and this time, I just didn’t have the knowledge to make an adjustment on my phone. Chris figured it out very quickly, taught me how to do it. He was nice, pleasant and knowledgeable.

Chris Cruz provided and excellent service helping me switch from another provider to AT&T, and the process was very smooth. He delivered on his promise to give me the best possible plan at the best possible rate and he actually beat my other carrier plan by $75 Dollars. Homat Mercado the store manager was very helpful from the beginning of the process all the way to the end. He made sure that we were getting the very best plan that they had to offer. If you live in Palm Bay or Melbourne and you are not happy with your phone service don’t go anywhere else because the service here is superior to other branches. I have been an AT&T customer for over 6 years. And have had some issues with certain things throughout time, but one thing i can count on no matter what is the gentleman named Eric at this location. He is nothing but outstanding. Knows answers to questions before i ask them, always knows what to do. This guy needs a raise, because At&T can’t afford to lose employees like him. I have spent thousands of dollars in that store in the last 4 months single handedly because i know he will make sure it all works out.

Switched from Verizon. Asked for an iphone 11 because the trade in would be better. Didn’t realize that he gave us a 12. Went back a few weeks later (we’re in the middle of an out of state move) and they said they won’t honor the trade in….. that is $350…. They even tried to sell us another phone then. Are you kidding?? We just want the trade in for the phone that we were told we should get. $350 is a lot of money to rip us off with. Thinking about switching back to Verizon. They never gave us this amount of trouble. What a joke.

All I can say is don’t go there within two hours of closing time and expect to get decent service. They will try to get you out of the store as fast as I can. And they won’t finish the job you are there for them to do.

If you want a great customer service place this is it. I dont even know where to begin To tell you just how magnificent of a place this is. I had the best customer service and dealt with the most amazing manager Ive ever come across. Gena greeted me as I walked in and I had ask for the manager she immediately got him and they both listen to my problems and fixed everything I had issues with. Gena was so understanding and so wonderful and the Manager, he was the nicest and most efficient with me. These two people know how to treat a customer with such compassion. I will always come here. Thank you both for your generous help 😊.

I’m glad we chose this particular store, although there was one closer to where we live we were taken there by Google maps and glad we were. We’ve been twice and both times helped by competent and courteous employees who don’t make you feel like you’re a tech-tard and explain in terms a non-English speaker could understand.

My wife and I had an amazing experience with an associate named Chelsie S. She was patient as a saint, courteous and gave us the 5-star treatment. She was very knowledgeable about all the plans that AT&T had to offer and she was able to breakdown every plan costs and she was able to answer all of our questions. We hope that AT&T values having her on their team and gives her a salary increase along with any bonuses to retain her valuable services for many years to come.

I was cared for within 10 - 15 minutes and the representative was very patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. However, when the representative offered to have the manager put a phone cover on my phone, I thought it was complementary since she did not inform me of the price. I was not made aware that they charged me for the screen cover, which was $55 until it was placed. This action was very unprofessional, deceiving, and misleading. Other than that unfortunate issue, I would have given a higher score.

I was helped by Chelsie See and she was absolutely wonderful. She helped me as soon as i walked in. There was confusion on my end but she cleared it right up for me!! So happy i switched from Verizon to At&t because there is alot less hassle and random fees. All of At&t’s fees are very reasonable and make sense. This is a great company.

Wonderful experience. My mom needed a new phone. She was currently using a different cellular service. I have been with AT&T for years. Chelsie See was our retail sales consultant and she was extremely helpful in not only helping us choose a phone but we also switched her services to AT&T and put my mom on my plan. Chelsie was very knowledgeable of the diff plans and phones. While there Chelsie also asked and assisted me with my current plan and I was able to switch plans, save money, and we walked out very satisfied. We love AT&T. This store location has always had the best customer service. Chelsie was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and we were in and out in a very short amount of time. Extremely satisfied and will be back!

I gave 2 stars because Gena was sweet and professional and handled our issue. However, there was another employee there, Nick, who needs to be terminated immediately for his treatment of elderly people. In the 30 minutes we were there, he made one elderly lady storm out, almost in tears, he told a man about 80 years old that he wasted his time by coming up there because he couldn’t wave a magic wand and fix his issue. Gena knew how upset we were by Nick’s actions but just shrugged her shoulders and showed us the manager and I could tell by the managers face that he just didn’t care. I’m assuming said manager is “friends” with Nick and lets his behavior slide. Well I’m not letting it slide. Something needs to be done about “Nick the Dick”

Horrible !!! Had gone in for a new phone and had to wipe some animal or human shedding hair off of the chair (not a little bit). When I told the associate she said “oh we are under the air vent” and did no attempt to help me clean the area. Not really sure why the station was not sanitized before I was brought over to it. I don’t think that taking care of the customers in a pandemic. They didn’t even have the decency to offer me a wipe or some hand sanitizer after I had to clean the area for them. Great job of taking care of employees they all had mask and gloves on and a barrier for their face but not sanitizing a station before a customer comes in dosent fall under “ doing everything we can to keep you safe” .

Went into the store after having a missed delivery for devices at my home. Instead of rescheduling AT&T offered an in store pick up, and the Hammock Landing location team did a fantastic job turning a poor experience into a great example of customer service; something increasingly difficult to find. Alright after a long time of a sales man Jared selling me a new internet plan telling me its a fiber connection I wouldnt need any installation to upgrade to fiber 1g blablabla I got it. Instantly from day 1 issues issues and more issues it just came and went horrible internet. I called a at&t service guy to learn fiber is not available in my area... huh then why was I charged for fiber installation (oh yea I was told I would get that free I didnt)Huge scam fed me lies for the sale and just left me stuck with the worst internet thats barely usable for gaming.

I went there to turn in my old phone and last time I was there they said it was worth $700 on trade in. So I proceeded to get my new phone ordered a case glass etc. I turn in my old phone and they said it was $350 not $700. The guy I talked to (Damon Kennedy) showed me the other day it was $700. At&t management basically said oh well...we dont care you get $350 thats it. So they lied to me so I would get the more expensive phone. My options are trade in this phone for a cheaper phone and eat the cost of the case and glass or keep it. Customer service is dead! No one care about anyone any more. So I just got my first bill I had to employees tell me it was going tobe 50 extra a month for two months then go down. My first bill is $172 more that originally stated. The people in the store dont know what they are talking about they cant explain anything right. Worst customer service I have ever gotten. If I could give negative stars I would . AT&T doesnt care about there customers at all. Just found out they changed my plan and didnt even tell me! The people in the store are a bunch of liers and dont care about customers anymore. Im so frustrated with AT&T.

This is a corporate location. They were very helpful in transferring my phones from prepaid to post paid in minutes.I reduced the rating due to the fact that I get different responses between representatives over the phone and in store reps...would like some cohesion. That aside, Ive been with them because they also service the US Virgin islands, so I was able to come to Florida and retain my number, service etc.The moral of the story, if you have an issue to be resolved, go to a corporate location, especially if you are trying to solve issues across territories/states

The Customer Service Representative Tarik was EXTREMELY patient with us. He took his time answer all questions asked. We kept apologizing for prolonging him, BUT he touched it out and was kind to two older ladies. When a co-worker (non- mngmt) tried to rush him away from the telephone area as we selected our phones he apologized in a calm manner for their behavior and kept explaining to us the various new phones on display. Your store need more employees with a KIND heart like his. The Assistant Manager was polite as well. Thanks to his patience WE will definitely return to the West Melbourne store for more products to be purchased. Tarik is the kind of employee who makes sure YOU......the customer are well educated about a product before you purchase it. This in return makes the customer return to the same store to continuously purchase. Tarik thank you for your kindness and all of the overwhelming information we both learned yesterday.

ATT Rep Chelsea did a fantastic job resolving an issue we had with our Direct TV account. She knew exactly what to do and who to contact to fix our concerns.Then Chelsea was able to show us how my old iPhone was not able to run the newer apps, due to lack of memory space on my older phone. She showed us that if we upgraded our phones and upgraded our cell plans (same plan for past seven years), we would be able to lower our cell costs by $15 a month! And by updating our ATT tv plan to new updated plans, we will be able to save $30 a month!!!So by Chelsea listening to us and having extensive knowledge of ATT products, she was able to upgrade our tv access, upgrade our cell phones to brand new iPhone 12 for both of us, and we will now save a total of $45 month!!!

I had bought a phone case and screen cover from this store. It was the wrong one but with the stay at home order i did not have a chance to get it returned. No one ever said only had 14 days to return it They wouldn’t take. it back I asked for the manager and he was to busy to come out front.I was upset but than i tough guy told me i had to leave and escorted me to the door!!!!!That what they call customer service???Time to go back to Verizon!!!

Recently moved and needed help with my DirecTV and adding WiFi. Damon Kennedy was phenomenal and extremely professional.He assisted me during first visit that was strictly informative and gained nothing for him. My next visit he recognized me as I entered the door and continued the excellent service making sure everything was taken care of including a review of our AT&T wireless account (identified a few areas to help me here as well).In addition to Damon the other reps were also very polite, informative and helpful.I’m all about customer service and loyalty for those who provide it so I’d encourage anyone to work with the folks at the Hammock Landing location.

Supposedly this is a corporate store but I stopped by here for issues with my bill and they tell me they only have sales people here and I have to call 611 to get it sorted out. Can you really be called a corporate store then?Basically just an authorized seller. I came from Verizon and I could go to the corporate store with any Verizon issues.

I had a bad experience at this store yesterday! I was frustrated and upset because it was the 2nd time I was there within an hour withe the same person. He apparently went through something with previous customer and decided to take it out on me. He was accusitory to me of my frustration; stating I was aggressive..... didnt make me feel reassured that my issue would be resolved through him. I did apologize if I came off bad, but he still was rude.

This store has outstanding service. I live in Titusville where we have our own AT&T store which Im not to fond of from past experience. I have no problem with the 40 min drive to this store.All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My experience was great. In particular the politeness of staff member by the name of Josh was over the top. He has great customer service, explained everything so that I understood what I was getting. To my surprise he showed me some extra perks that I did not even know about. Never pushy, listens well and answered all my questions. Set up my new device with my complete satisfaction. I will be asking for Josh the next time I have to go to AT&T.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a new phone a couple months ago (samsung) turned out to be junk. Returned to the store for help, and was treated so badly I would never return to Palm Bay store even if I was paid a large sum of money. Comparing other carriers, and will be changing soon. Been with AT&T for a very long time, but the Palm Bay store destroyed my trust, faith, and respect for this company.

Excellent service. I show up right as they closed and they sales staff still took the time to answer all of my questions and get me ready to transfer my information to my new phone. I purchased a Galaxy Note 5 that did not have the stylus in the box. I discovered that when I went home, I knew the store was closed so I stopped by the next day; the store was busy and I was in and out with the stylus in under ten minutes. Excellent service, friendly staff. I recommend this store.

TERRIBLE HUMANS. Takes advantage of senior citizens and commit credit card fraud on the elderly. BEWARE. Manager is racist and hates white people. Called me horrible racists names.
