I specifically went to this location because I have had great service from the guy working there, I cannot remember his name, Spanish guy with beard. He has always been super friendly and helpful but after yesterday I will never step foot in your store again! it was as if I was bothering him asking questions about phones! He was disrespectful rude and nasty! I WAS switching to Metro and wanted a good phone and was buying right then and there! If this is acceptable behavior in your stores I will stick with Spectrum!!! Will never shop at a metro store again!!What makes it so bad for me is I went to that store because he was always so very nice, and friendly!

Went here to for help to activate a phone a rude Hispanic guy did not want to help he said i had to call and do it myself. Went down the road to a different metro and they did everything for me in less then 10 mins. Will never come back to this place

Don’t waste your time! Staff getting paid to not help! Walked in 3/30 at 5:45. Was not sure if I had problem with my phone or network. The man came out and sat on a stool behind the counter. When I said ‘I need help’, he said he cannot touch my phone and he could only tell me what to do if I could tell him what was wrong. REALLY? Went down the road to store to east and they fixed everything in 15 min.

The guy was very rude when I had a simple question about the iPhones they carry and cut me off while I was talking. He got irritated very fast because he couldn’t understand a simple question about them getting a certain iPhone in or not. I wouldn’t recommend this store at all.

Nothing but Praises! To be honest even though they were a bit busy. I was patience even to get the best service ever! They cater and care about everything about my service plan. The problem I had was a mistake done at a store in another city 100 miles away. I was blown away with the detailed info that had happened to my plan in which they explained and showed me.Super friendly! Super Approachable! I officially made this my home store!

I called the store to ask about a phone replacement, and the guy there hung up on me before I could finish speaking.I called back again, and he did the same thing.This is unacceptable.

I had a great experience with this Metro by T-Mobile store. Everyone was excellent!!!All of my questions were answered promptly and they were very patient through the entire process.They were almost always available instantaneously even though they were very busy I would recommend this store to anyone best customer service.

Terrible customer service. The general manager was rude and unproffessional, did not call us back as promised. Despute is over a 20.00 accessory in which we were charges incorrectly. Great experience with other metro stores in our area. We will never return to this location and would love to speak with a district manager.

My experience was horrible.. to say the least.first and formost the employee Chris was more concerned with eating his special take out food I was flabbergasted!!! I was put off and lied to about certain costs and avaibality of PROMO PHONE K20..they didnt have it 2 week into prome,signs were out phone on display.. what a joke .I had to cross reference phone features myself while Chris was eating..long story short I was lied to I was mislead,and I did not get ANY CUSTOMER SEVICE WHAT SO EVER BAD EXPERIENCE WOULD GO BACK......LIED TO A OUT PRICING AS A BLANTENT LIE ...
