Went in an hour to close last week with serious network issues on an old phone. Nick was super patient and nice, staying until after close trying to resolve the issue. I ended up needing a new phone and made sure to come see him the following day to purchase one. Super cool dude. Very helpful.

KAT is the best hands down. My son and I came in today because he needed a new phone. Kat took care of everything! She got his phone connected with a new case and screen shield all for a reasonable price, also she is very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks again Kat!!

The salesgirl was dishonest in her pitch to get me to sign up for a Hotspot, 35GB is not unlimited I quickly found out. I wonder how soon before the for my lifetime part is proven false also. Boost need a infusion of ethics,principles or morals. Or a crash course.

Switched my single line to a family line here. Drove 40 minutes after talking to a sales rep, Krysta. WELL worth the drive. Krysta was absolutely the best rep I’ve ever worked with at Boost. (Ben with them years). After running into terrible customer service, she stayed TWO hours to help us get our devices we wanted and an awesome plan. She went above and beyond to get us everything we needed. She was also down to earth, funny and never pushy. She accommodated our wants, not hers. I greatly appreciate you, Krysta! Happy kids, happy Momma and happy wallet!Location great...but Boost dealer customer service needs to monitor their representatives better. The first one was absolutely rude and horrid to the sales rep! But the next two were great. All in all, despite the phone rep, I’d definitely recommend THIS store and Boost. Great prices and great signal. Way better than Metro!

I had a problem with a young kid that look like he didnt want to work when the store was close for 20 mins and claim to be in the bathroom. Not a happy customer here and will not come to this store again. Please hire people with customer service skills not people that dont want to work
