I would not even give this company one star if I didnt have to in order to be able to write this review. After being given the run around for a week on fixing a SMALL issue... when we went to pick up our equipment (thinking that they had fixed it) after a week, we were told, oh, we couldnt fix it cause we didnt have the tool. Which was a LIE... when they came out and finally said, Well, we dont really like working on those. Then why did you make us wait a WEEK to decide to tell us that, instead of saying so when we dropped it off to begin with. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN, nor RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
About an old diesel Toro lawn mower and they have it running like brand new. Couldnt ask for better service and pricing is fair.

Sat and waited 15 minutes after they were supposed to open with no one in sight. The sign out front should say get here when we feel like it and not open 7:30 to 5:00.

Great customer service, they seem to really care about the customer and what they are looking for not just the profit. Also their small engine mechanic and his team are top notch and very knowledgeable. Highly suggest OLG for any yard care tool needs!

They arent interested in selling parts to customers and I understand that because they cant make money like that but you dont have to insult a customer because they forgot to get all the information to make it easy for them to cross reference the part. Never shopped there much because I take care of my equipment but after that Im done and will never recommend them to anyone.

The lady who owns this place is extremely rude. I will never go here again. My last experience was so bad I almost left and traded in my Toro for a John Deere so I could use Goldman Equipment for my mower as well. If you want good service go to Goldman not here!
To Stan Bridges, your mower hasnt been in our shop since 2014.To William Smith, we had no message on answering machine from you and you did not talk to the owner. We answer our phone even after 5. If you didnt get an answer, it is because we are busy with customers at the counter!

First:staff is very rude and not helpful at allSecond: I called 3 times before bringing my mower to have an oil leak fixed and they not once mentioned the $80 deposit needed to even start the manitence process.After paying the deposit I was told to check back in a few days, 3 days later i call and Im told that they are a week behind on work, my ticket is #6 in line and it would be at least 2 weeks to get my mower even looked at to find the problem.I found a small time shop that promised to have it fixed within a few days. When I went in to the shop to pick the mower up. The guys at the counter were all rude and made statements such as well he will just have to wait if you pick it up you might not get the deposit back ***mind you nothing has been done to my mower yet, not even touched*** and comments such as well its up to the boss lady and she is at lunch now so you have to wait, and if you bring it back to us its definitely going to the end of the lineAll around poor customer service experience and very rude employees. From the first 3 phone calls to the in person experience at the shop. Horrible.Save your money and spend it on a company that appreciates your business.
Tried to order parts on the phone but did not answer after multiple calls, left a message on the answering machine. No call back. Went to the store and talked to owner about my experience and he said he instructed parts not to answer the phone if close to closing time (my call was not) and they probably should do better about checking the answering machine. Left without ordering over $500.00 worth of parts.
Had trouble with my Toro steering so Toro reccomend this place even though I purchased from HD. The warranty had just expired but Toro told me if dealer could find an issue Toro would pay to repair. Since I did not purchase here the owner wanted me to pay $69 up front. I did. Then after just a couple days they said they could not find a problem. The pumps on the steering froze up a month later. I reccomen redneck outdoors.
