I received excellent service from Jeff at Twin City Outdoor Equipment. We are from Hammond and were hit by Hurricane Ida. We needed a generator and gas cans. He helped us decide what the best size was for our needs and made sure we returned with all we would need to last without power for awhile. Thank you so much!

I went in there, for the first time, to have some chainsaws blades sharpened and that place is awesome! They have a very large showroom of Hobie kayaks, on top of their regular lawn maintenance equip! A very impressive store!

Service after the sale is HORRIBLE! Ive had my mower almost 2 years! I was told at purchase I would be contacted for them to pick up and service probably in January, DIDNT HAPPEN, I called during Covid and they said it would cost me $100 for them to come get it when THEY DIDNT CONTACT, I called at the 1st of this year and HAVE YET to have my mower serviced! I have called and called just to be told You are the 1st one in your zip code called again when I saw one of their trucks TWO MILES from my House!!! To be told Oh they are probably dropping off a new mower somewhere! Then I was told the man would call me back tomorrow, well now its ANOTHER WEEK LATER AND NO CONTACT!I WILL NOT do business here again and I would not would I recommend them to anyone!

My brother bought a Gravely back in April. It has not worked properly since he got it. He took it in for service 3 weeks ago. Still has not been fixed. They just give him the run around every time he calls for an update.

I called & they had my lawnmower cover waiting for me to get there !!! Thats how I like to shop !!! 😏

Not like the olden days when they were on the river. Something about Twin City now that just seem right. And oddly enough I cannot figure out what it is! But will use em if in a pinch.

Its a pretty good spot, most of the employees are very helpful. They usually know the answer to your questions and if not they will make the effort to get the answer unlike some places the answer would beI dont know..

The new facility is very impressive. They worked on my new push mower and had it back to me in a week. There was a small issue in the process but they rectified the situation quickly and all is good. Great job guys!

I had a great experience and service from twin city outdoor equipment, mr. Jeff was very helpful, explained everything in detail, i bought a honda hrx 217 vka and stihl fs111rx trimmer and stihl bg50 blower, with few other miscellaneous, mr jeff went over everything, even put gas in them and started every one of them, and helped us loading them, i am very pleased b/c they take time and talk to you and they honor the warranty in case you have any issues during the warranty period.I definitely will go back for any outdoor and landscaping equipment.Tks jeff and other guys helping me with my lawn care equipment.
