JUST DONT COME HERE ITS SO BAD LIKE OMG THEY ARE SUCH LIARS

This place is the worst! Do not fix your phone here. I fixed my Iphone screen by the Dominican guy that goes by the name Daury. The very next day my screen was encountering problems. Every time I clicked on an app it was acting super slow. When I sent a text message the screen froze and the letters on the keyboard were not working properly. Also, my screen did not stopped flickering. I felt like this guy Daury fixed my screen so fast and in such a rush to get as much phone’s fixed as possible, therefore he did not do a good job. Another Issue of this place is the customer service. They’re very unprofessional and a bit ghetto.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. If I can give this business no stars I would. Daury constantly makes false promises as to when he would be done with your electronic and comes up with a thousand excuses as to why it’s not ready. My mistake was trusting him on rendering services in a timely manner and paying in full off the bat. I had left my computer in this shop with Daury. He promised me that it would be completed in a week. I gave him extra time to fix my computer since I couldn’t pick it up in a week. I went back 2 weeks later to pick it up and apparently the wrong screen to fix my computer was delivered. He came up with the excuse that he tried calling me and it went straight to voicemail. He had been caught in a lie because he could’ve left a voicemail and I would’ve called back as soon as a saw a missed call. Just because my phone is on DND does not mean I wouldn’t see someone tried to call. He could’ve also texted me (which I had said when I dropped off my laptop since I cannot be on my phone at work). Again he promises in a week it would be ready. Again, a lie I went to pick it up a week later and it still wasn’t fixed. This time he said he still hasn’t received the screen and that he was going to pick it up from his guy that same day and let me know. Another week passes and nothing. I go personally to the shop and the girl there tells me that he’s not in and neither is my laptop. She provides me with his cell phone so I call and he says hey it’ll be ready by Monday. I go back that Tuesday and AGAIN! ANOTHER EXCUSE! This time my computer is ready but in the warehouse. Why it’s in a warehouse I have no idea. He never explained that part. I go back and forth with him via text and he says he will personally deliver it to me. He never does. At some point he ignores my texts until I finally express that this experience is ridiculous and unfair. He then says ok I can pick it up Black Friday at 1pm (A WHOLE WEEK AFTER HE SAID HE’D DROP IT OFF). I get there at 1 but he of course is not there. The girl calls and he tells her that he’d be there at 2:30. I waited an hour and a half and he still wasn’t there saying he’d be there at 3pm, like I didn’t make plans to spend my Friday. I go back in at 3:20pm and he’s there FIXING THE LAPTOP HE SAID WAS READY FOR PICK UP! I was furious! I asked to just give me my laptop because I couldn’t stand to be there anymore. He ignores me and continues to work on my laptop. 40 minutes later is when I left the shop. I was for a partial refund because the service was terrible and the work was not completed as promised. He said the screen was a $171, so what? The service is worth only $9? What I should’ve done was ask for the receipt of the screen purchased because what he showed me was how much it cost on a website that he probably didn’t even buy it from. I advise everyone to not go to Daury for any kind of service. I hate writing negative reviews, to be honest I don’t really write reviews at all, especially of a local business but this business does not deserve anyone’s money, patience, or time.

Their service is as bad as their office looks! I have waited for weeks for my laptop to be repaired. Ive constantly had to call them, they do not respond, and have a book of excuses hidden under their counter. Obviously their customer service is nonexistent. Do not go them! I repeat, DO NOT GO TO THEM!

Do not shop calmly but calmly at this shop! The phone screen would only change for a week, it is constantly delaying. The screen changed was broken, my phone is not working now. IGRENC A SHOP

Good place for a phone screen replacement but I would go somewhere else to unlock phones. This is an awful place to go for unlocking phones. You wait forever and the job isnt even done correctly. They get 2 stars because the screen replacement of my other phone turned out great.

Wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Terrible service and incompetent employees. They said they could fix my laptop; they couldnt. They kept pushing the pick up date and ignored my phone calls. I waited three weeks to get my laptop! Then had to bring it back the very next day because it wouldnt turn on at all. At the end, they were unable to fix it. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I would have given them a negative star if possible.

Highly unrecommended, youre better off going to iProfessionals, a few doors up on the same block.

The worst service !!!! Almost 4 months they had my laptop, every time they went they told me to come back in an hour and when I decided to stay and wait, the Dominican who repairs things said that he was missing a piece and that he went to the hardware store and then disappeared.For lack of time for my different activities almost 4 months have passed and during that time I have approached no less than about 30 times, finally I came to remove my machine this how it was and to my surprise I had done absolutely nothing.How awful! That lack of seriousness and professionalism shows that in his life he has stepped on a school or university ... They play with peoples time!

Good unlocking service I only recommend dauri in the unlocking part and the other part I do not know anything

The worst experience of my life with this place. Last week I traveled to West New York to visit acquaintances and left my computer for repair. They were fooling me for several days with the typical phrase: Right now, wait 15 minutes ... If it werent because I became energetic and demanded that they return my computer, they would have kept telling me and maybe I lost it. Result: my computer as I delivered it. I claimed to tell them that they have to learn to be serious and not play with clients or their time.

Never bring anything for this store took more than 3 months with a lapto and never repaired it always said something was missing, save your money and do not come
