I am a devoted iPhone fan but NOT a fan of Apples genius bar. With my lightening port damaged, I believed returning to the bar was my only option. As has been typical, in spite of booking in advance and waiting for an hour for said appointment, the genius bar was of no help at all, save for attempting to sell me another iPhone. I walked away from the bar with my beloved iPhone and its broken port. Then I had the good fortune to find Hot Tech and my prayers were answered! Hot Tech worked very diligently to repair the port and the results were perfect! Hot Techs dedication and expertise are absolutely fantastic and the price was very fair as well. I highly recommend Hot Tech for ALL of your tech repair needs.

Took in my phone to have the screen repaired. Thought I would have to drop it off, but Santiago was able to repair while I waited, which was a great time saver! He also recommended a new case (to avoid future screen cracks) for a very reasonable rate! will return for any future phone fixing needs.

I just took my iPhone to Hot Tech Wireless... Repair because my phone wasnt properly charging and I was in and out within 5 minutes. Santiago was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed to fix my issue. In addition, his customer service was excellent! I highly recommend this place for any phone or computer repairs.

This Man has been holding my daughter’s iPad for months. I’ve tried to reach out and even went to the store and saw it locked. He has refused to repair my iPad or return it. Won’t even return my text messages. Stay away guys

I dropped off my computer thinking I would go local. That was my first mistake.. this guy took my computer saying give him a week.. Here we are 2 months later and a million an one excuses later.. including that he’s not open in Saturday’s.. even though each time I came to his business was a Saturday.. and the alleged deaths in his family., and he ordered the part.. needless to say..I finally picked up a computer that may or may not belong to me.. do yourself a favor go ANYWHERE and I do mean ANYWHERE but here. He is a jackass with zero personality.

I called into the store earlier today spoke to Santiago! Great personality, really helpful, and understanding. Explained to me that if it was a simple process removing my sim card holder he wouldnt charge me. He expressed if it was more difficult what the fee would be for the service. I stopped by and he was just as pleasant in person. He pulled out some special tools and literally in 5 minutes I was good to go. And he also kept his word and he didnt charge. I will definitely be going back to support Hot Tech Wireless & Photography iPhone, Tablet, Computer Repair. You should too!

I found this place thanks to google, i walked from orange to west orange which isn’t a terrible walk but with this heat it felt like hours, when i finally arrived he started to fix my iphone and as i was complaining to the guy about the heat and the long walk back home waiting for me he offered to give me a ride back, i thought he was joking but when he finished he locked the store and took me home. thank you very much i will be sending you all my family and friends !

Went there to get 2 phone cameras fixed, and came out with two fixed cameras! I went everywhere to try and get them fixed but this was the only store that was able to do the job. This place has great management, fast service, and low price what more could you ask for!10/10

Santiago at Hot Tech Wireless did an amazing job fixing the cracked screen of my ipad. He kept in touch as he completed the repair via text and even included a video of how the repairs looked as they were going on. He went th extra step of letting me drop off my ipad curbside so I didnt have to park and go in with my kids. Even more, her took the initiative to offer to deliver the ipad back to my house after it was fixed. Really incredible service and the ipad (with a million cracks in the glass when I dropped it off) looks brand new. All of this was done at a reasonable price well below what would be charged by the Apple store. The price Santiago quoted was the final price he charged with no added fees. All around an amazing experience!! Thank you Hot Tech Wireless for bring my ipad back to life and your wonderful service.

Honest! What more do you need to hear? I brought a device in, that I thought needed repairs. Santiago took a look, and within minutes had the device fixed at no charge. This is the type of person you should be doing business with. Will go to him for any device issues moving forward. You should too!

I have been going to Hot Tech since they opened and I would go nowhere else. I give them a 5/5 stars. I first went there to get my phone screen fixed. They fixed it quickly and my phone looked brand new! I also had them DJ and do photography for my work holiday party and they went up and beyond with fantastic service. Music was lit, and the photos came out amazing. I highly recommend Hot Tech.

The hottech easter bunny walking in the streets taking pictures got my attention, I think is good to have a business who do things for the community in the neighborhood. I went to check it out and brought my son’s playstation that I previously took to another store and they couldn’t fix it.
