I was here on vacation when my A/C went out. I went to ASAP and besides being extremely helpful and knowledgeable they wanted to make sure that I checked the other components. My fan motor wasn’t in stock so it had to be ordered. They said it would be there by noon, they called me at 11:30 to tell me it was in! I went right over to pick it up, the gentleman at the counter compared it to my old fan and it was an exact match. They took their time and never rushed me out of there. Being inexperienced when it comes to air-conditioning I asked a lot of th questions which were and said in a very simple fashion. I would definitely recommend ASAP!

Life savers! My washer pump went out this morning. These guys really helped me out. Due to Covid-19 you have to call your order in. Please be patient,and continue to call if they dont answer,they are obviously very busy and will get to you asap!

I cant say enough good things about them! They got the part I needed really quickly. I went accidentally on a Saturday after closing and was lucky enough that someone was still there and helped me even after closing! A little while later I got a call from them telling me that I had left my wallet. Someone stayed late to wait for me to pick it up and refused any money in return. Wonderful service!

ASAP is my go to place for appliance parts and A/C parts. This is a knowledgeable and reliable source for most of the parts needed to keep your appliances running properly. I have rarely called them to be told they don’t have what I need and they are usually much cheaper than other local vendors, highly recommended.

Always helpful and they are a good bunch of guys. I definitely refer them to buy your appliance parts over the competition especially since the competition changes personnel every month so you have to keep explaining how you buy over and over.

Wish I could give them 0 stars! Horrible Customer Service! Called for several days, no one ever answered. I walked in & there were 3 people behind the desk talking with each other, phone ringing and no one was answering. It took them six minutes to acknowledge me. The old man that assisted me was rude, after looking for the information on his computer, went to the back, returned with the part in hand ready to cash me out without even telling me how much the part was. When I asked, he rolled his eyes & gave me a total. I said I wanted to see the part & opened the package to ensure I had the correct part he was mumbling about it. I paid fot the part & left.Had to go back the next day to return the part because it was not the one needed they tell me they wont take the part back because he knows it had been installed. No one ever said anything the day before & the receipt says nothing about no returns if part is installed. Ridiculous! Wont ever go back! Will not recommend!

Excellent customer service. The sales agent named Selso was very helpful. Called 2 other local places for a burner on an electric GE stove. This was the only place that had it in stock, brand and off brand. Most importantly, they were over $40 dollars cheaper even on the GE brand than the other two. Also the other two only carried the GE brand and would have had to have had it shipped from a warehouse, with a several day delay. Im a satisfied customer.Hajnalka

ASAP Appliance Parts and their staff helped me recently when my washer died. They provided the proper diagnostic for the part that failed, and had the inventory on site. They were also the only appliance parts store that I could find that was open on a Saturday.Thank you.

Called around locally for a part for my dryer. This place was 1/2 the price of Appliance part center in WPB. I read the earlier reviews and it should be noted that this place is fair with their pricing within $6 of the online ebay price and you can walk in and get it there the same day. I commend them for being in business and having the parts priced reasonably!

Couldnt have been more helpful; Im not a service tech by trade, just a diyer who knows how to diagnose a problem if given the schematic to do so. Compared to a competitor whos name is comprised of 3 letter As, ASAP would be my go to even if they werent charging 50% of what the other place was. Thanks again!

Highway Robbery! This place is the worst! My husband went to by a stove element. They up-charged the part by 115% and they said it is because they have to cover the cost of shipping to them. It was onsite at the store when we got it, but that was the justification they gave us. They knew we were in a bind b/c Thanksgiving in a few days and we didnt have to order it online and they took advantage of that. When my husband installed the part, he saw that the actual electrical board was fried and wanted to return the part. We never even plugged the stove in! Didnt use it. Gave it back to them just as we got it and they REFUSED to give us our money back just because the part was installed and then taken out all in 2 min. There is no damage to the part at all, its just useless to us since the electrical board is fried. We ended us wasting time and money there and bought a new stove. We will NEVER go to this store again and we advise you dont bother either. They are there to take advantage and RIP PEOPLE OFF!

Unbelievable help. My Trane HVAC outside cooling fan went to rainbow bridge.Of course, this happened when the temperature in South Florida was over 90 Degrees and everyone in the household was suffering. Instead of calling a tech which would cost a huge amount of money, I took the fan motor to ASAP Appliance for help. They did not have the exact replacement for my 19 year old AC which wasnt really a head scratcher. However, Carlos spent a great amount of time finding something which would work with this old system and bottom line is it all worked.Out of curiosity, I went online to compare prices for a new motor and found my total cost was LESS than the OME AND his help to get my ancient AC to work properly was priceless. I did not compromise to find the cheapest way to have it function however, it just worked out at a lower price which was a plus.The one on one help was priceless and I witnessed his staff helping others that walked in with the same type of customer service. They have any future business from me and others I talk to about their outstanding service and help.

This is the only place around that would sell me an A/C compressor capacitor. They were fast, had the part in stock and the price was fair.
