They closed sales to the public, so no parts, leaving DIYs like ourselves out in the dark.Worst decision ever in the history of stores that depends on people buying their stuff. The online site offers a day shipping option like every one has to have time. The corporate knucklehead that came up with this decision should be FIRED!I used to highly recommend this company those days are over! Dumbest company ever! Manny is the best manager I have dealt with in my 30 years doing appliance repair. Always prompt and courteous. Always professional and fixes any problems I have promptly. Very glad to have him, Anthony and Melissa are just as awesome!

After watching a YouTube video I went to buy a part (3 in 1 capacitor) for my refrigerator right before noon (their closing time on Saturday), the sales clerk (Manny) was friendly and did not rush me. He was very knowledgeable about the part I was looking for, he patiently went over the different options and even brought a used compressor to show me how to attach it to my compressor. He stayed ten minutes after closing time answering all my questions, and made me feel better about trying to do this project on my own.

I needed a Belt for my GE dryer, and on Saturday no less. I have purchased from Marcone before and was always satisfied. Saturdays hours are 8AM to 12PM, I woke up and started to call promptly at 8AM. I got a message saying they were helping customers, I called for an hour, same message. I would then get bumped to a central voicemail in some other state and was asked to leave a message, then someone would call back. I never got the call back, didnt know where my call was routing to, what their hours were or if they are even in on Saturday. My only choice was to drive the 35miles from my home one way to the store, hope they had the part and move on. When i was in the store I said to the guy, your phones arent working. He ignored my comment, I didnt see crowds of customers like I expected to see, there was none, considering that the message said they were busy helping customers. Am I not a customer? I appreciate that they had the part, and I was able to buy it. But what if I had driven the 70+ miles round trip with no part? I feel like you should at least answer, put me on hold, or whatever so I can confirm you have the part. But bumping you to a central voicemail with unknown hours is unacceptable.

I have used this company on more than one occasion and the service is always the same!!!! Friendly and efficient. If they cant find the part then it cant be found.

Prices are a rip off! Sells at the highest list price and they are NOT OEM. We found the SAME part at an appliance supply for $90 less, for the same part. Call and ask for prices before you go! Trust me.

This place is a rip off, 1st they do not accept cash 2nd the part I needed they wanted 20.00, go around the corner to ASAP appliances they accept cash and the same part was 11.00, do not go to Marcone, go to ASAP appliances
