Great place...Very nice people

Was told our motor was blown - took it here because someone told us to try this place. This place was awesome - didnt BS us and the motor was not blown and able to be fixed without killing us in price! Thank you very much for your honestly. Would recommend this place to everyone.

If you are looking for an exceptional mechanic instead of a parts replacement person, Westgate Auto Center is the best to go to. Their staff is polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They are reasonable and will have you on the road very quickly. I give this shop five stars.

Brought our Jeep in for service last week. Shannon and Bruce were right on it, found the problem and fixed it within 2 hours. We have a new place to go now for reliable, dependable and efficient service.

Dishonest!!! Came to them needed complete front suspension, was guaranteed parts delivered in 3-5 days yet 9 days days later still nothing, no phone call. Forgot to order my parts, lied to me about it, promised me by Monday after the fact knowing perfectly well Monday was Veterans day. Now, my car is damaged even more due to the procrastination of westgate auto. Now, my refund of over $400 still hasnt been put back on my debit card and I dont have the original money to fix my car because these people tied it up somehow. Ask me, they used my money to pay a late bill by the looks of the place and lack of customers...suprise. I was lied to up and down by these people. Do NOT trust them with your business.

Horrible customer service for one, I got hung up on while talking to the owner Bruce, and the receptionist is extremely rude!!! I had to bring my truck here to get fixed and got screwed over big time !!! I highly recommend not to bring your vehicle here. Just putting this out there so other people dont make the same mistake I did. They also quoted me one price for a job, then called me up and told me it would be more money than they originally quoted.

The folks at Westgate Auto Center were extremely helpful and really cared about getting the job done right and quickly to help me get back on the road! Do go there! Great work!

Good honest people

Owner was to order over $400 worth of parts, told me 3-5 days. After a week the parts were not there and she said “maybe “ 3 more days. Paid for them in advance with my debit card. After one week I requested a refund, she then ran my debit as a credit card refund. It has been 5 days and no refund. I personally think this company used my money and never ordered the parts. Owner got real ugly when I asked questions. Won’t be going back there, and no one else should.

Known owner for many years and always does great work..

Worst place EVER. Owner quotes a price verbally then charges more later. Job not done right, lies and yells. There is no such thing as an estimate there. Thieves and they have already been reported to the state of Florida.

Fast courteous service. I will come back again
