I love this place. I have had two cars worked on here and price is fair. The Owner is a straight shooter and I liked that when I asked him to look under the hood of one of my cars. He told me the truth and what I should do. I brought the next vehicle in for service and had a lot done for a money. Now my car is good to go for a couple years after a tune up. I will be continuing to be a customer here.

Had a broken tire valve stem. Tried going to a few shops (Tires Plus, Tire Kingdom, etc) and was turned away at all of them because they were too busy. I drove down Northlake looking for other options and came across Tilden. Corey immediately dropped what he was doing and replaced the valve stem for me in less than 30 minutes. Excellent customer service and a great deal on the price. Thank you again Corey!

OK, so we have used Tilden for several years now. Corey is knowledgeable and professional. So, a year and a half ago after some other repairs and an oil change. I called and I asked about a whining noise on my van. (2003 windstar) Cory told me it could be one of two things, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and what to look if it got worse. fast forward. It took me a LONG time to get everything in place to get it fixed. I was quoted the SAME estimate 18 months later ( if it was this or that). I was thrilled. However, The BEST news, COREY was WRONG...and after taking it in today to Tildens be fixed today, and checking it out turns out is was a different issue and they fixed it for far less than originally quoted! Integrity is EVERYTHING. Thank YOU! Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is looking.

These people are terrible. Ill make this simple. If you want to pay too much and have parts changed that dont need changing, then go to this corrupt auto repair shop. Ill never go there again.

Can you believe I read the reviews, but still brought my vehicle there? My gosh. Please read all the bad ones. They are right on target. Dont go to these people unless you are rich and always want to be pushed to buy new windshield wipers. Ill never go back.

Long story short. They diagnosed the car. They fixed the car. Two days later while cleaning the car I noticed some small black pieces of plastic just under the diagnostic port that they used to diagnose the car. The port was broken and the prongs were missing. Took it back and showed Corey, the owner. He said someone else must have broken it. And that was that. It went in unbroken and came out broken. Bad business move on his part. I have three older vehicles that will require maintenance, but not by Tilden.

I have been a customer at the Northlake location for a couple of years now. Corey and his team have exhibited nothing but the best customer service. The last couple of times I have had to have repairs, they were last minute and they were great in getting me in and fixing my problems. Definitely recommend!

If you go to this shop, you are paying way too much. There are many auto repair shops around, choose another one. If you dont take my word for it, then you will find out the hard way. The place is not clean at all either. Its a true junk yard shop.

I should have listened to the reviews of this repair shop. Wow! They over charged me by an easy $250 for a serpentine belt and windshield wipers. Stay away from these people. Read the reviews all the way down.

Run down Shop my son came into the store got an oil change done and they stripped his drain plug...

I have experienced multiple incidents with these guys identifying and correcting a problem that has saved me money. I like that they seek to fix your problem and not sell you something. Let me explain. Yesterday, my 2011 Jeep Wrangler clutch felt like was going out. I took it to nearby dealership service dept. Sure enough, they told me I needed a new clutch *$1800, new rear brakes, change fluids, etc total of $4600. I called Tilden because I take my vehicles there to get service. I brought my Jeep in and guess what? Clutch is hydraulic and uses the brake system. My brake fluid was low. Tilden could have replaced my clutch and I would not have known the difference. But with only 40k miles, I dont need a new clutch. And that is what they told me. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else unless Tilden tells me too!

Save yourself the hassle and find another repair shop. I wont go into the details, but a simple oil change wound up costing me almost $1,000 due to the techs negligence.

If you are Haitian you are not welcomed to this place. They are racist people. The fat guy ran me out of the store saying you Haitians dont have any money. What? Racist idiot. Im waiting for the owner to say I was never a customer. That seems to be his answer for everything.

I was there to have my car for oil change since the Pepboys so busy, ask them for the oil change, they quote me $95.86 which is too high for a oil change, but it was rain so hard and they said they can start right away, therefore I accept it.After about 40 minutes, he told me I need to replace my windshield wipers, which I knew I did not need it, I refused to do it, after I paid and they brought my car out, I noticed the driver seat was dirty and greasy all over since the guy drive my car, his clothes was dirty and greasy, I saw smoke come out from my engine and smell so bad, since they spilled oil on the engine, I told the guy that serve me, he yelled the guy have work on my car, he go out and claim it that the dirty was there before, and try to clean it a little bit with grease cleaning spray. then stand up and tell me bye.This is a worst mechanic place I ever knew, I will call to the TildenFranchise headquater to report and find out why this location is so bad for their service.

Terrible customer service at Northlake location. You dont want to know what I paid to this joker. I went in for an oil change and the guy who said he was the owner tried to get me for over $1,000 in repairs! These people are nuts. Try going there if you dare, but your pocket will be crushed with repairs you most likely do not need.I read some of the reviews on these people. Oh my gosh! I cant believe anyone goes there. I was never a customer? Haha! Wow! This is how far the drug addict owner will go. He should not even respond. Crook!

Horrible people. They kidnapped my car after an accident in royal palm and charged insurance 3k for about 500 damage. I hope they close

I paid $959 for a alternator on my 2011 rx 350 lexus june 21, 2017. Before i made it home. My truck was over heating and leaking pink fluids! Somebody has some more repairs to do at my cost! Another rental car! I took it in for alternator, now its smoking and leaking fluids! Customer service was not the best either! Rude comments about the time Im arrived to spend my money!

They charged my 78 year old mother $900.00 to fix brakes and when she drove off the dashboard lights were flashing and now the car cuts off in the middle of driving. She took it back and they refuse to admit they did some damage. We r now taking the car to a dealership to see if it was some thing they did to trigger this shortage. If so we are filing a claim
