I was returning an Amazon package on 11/8/21 at 4 PM. The male customer service employee working at this hour was very aggravated, and aggressive towards me to the point I felt unsafe. Simply because on a previous experience he said the if you are dropping off a package you don’t need to wear a mask, so I didn’t. But on this occasion he changed his mind and became very aggressive and physically threatening, so I walked out and I will not go back to this store. I don’t feel safe in there. Please train your employees.

I love the quality of service I’ve received here. The folks that work there are ALWAYS efficient,helpful, patient & FRIENDLY. The services are priced fairly.I’ve not once observed anything different. I’m here 3-4 times weekly. BRAVO to MY UPS a store!!

I got off work the day it was delivered at 3:00pm my package was delivered around 12pm I couldn’t get off in time and ups was closed due to Independence Day. They charged me a 5$ holding fee.. like I’m confused. Don’t send packages to this location, they charge fees like this that you aren’t aware

Horrible employees who are more concerned with enforcing masks than doing their job. The store down the street doesn’t require a mask but they do? No thanks. Disgusting.

I spend more time here than I have any right to. They are always super helpful and accommodating. I’d rather go here than anywhere else.

This store charged me $5.50 to print my label. It would have been $3.25 cents to print it myself. Outrageous

I really like this new downtown location! They do it all! I was there almost everyday last week using their printing services, notary services and of course shipping. All very friendly people here! Now I know they provide mailbox services and I will be back soon!
