Sherwin Williams paint is awesome, the employees at this location, mixed bag. Last visit I was told that a mold resistant paint for bath ceilings did not exist. I googled it and found the exact item on the sherwin williams website. So I showed this to the employee. He had no idea what it was and said it was discontinued. So I asked for what replaced it, he didnt know. I asked what other paint customers used, he said just paint. He offered me a can of paint to read the label for myself to see if it was fitting for the task. He offered that I google the right paint to use and then come back. Oh, he asked me what paint I wanted for the order I was placing. When I asked him what he meant he didnt know what to say. I finally figured out that he was talking about paint grades. He was unable to tell me the difference between the 3 different grades offered. This is the epitome of someone who should not represent you. No product knowledge, no problem solving skills. You specialize in ONE ITEM, paint!
