Had success with being directed to the right areas for the items I needed. First time carts were made available in the garden check out area. Its a helpful improvement.
Very happy with my floor installation! The crew was great and the Manager Laura made the whole process very smooth! From the start walking into the store not knowing what to pick she was very knowledgeable and professional & lead us to the right direction. Will definitely be recommending more people to you guys!
No one picked up the phone for 5 minutes and I gave up. Went to the store to see if they could cut glass. Talked to an employee who had no idea about anything, walked with him to some other people, waited 5 minutes for them to stop talking. Asked if they could cut glass and was told no they dont do that. Pretty frustrating waste of time. These big billion dollar companies should spend some of that money on actually training employees and having people there who can do the job. But we keep giving them our money anyways and they keep doing a worse and worse job and making more money, yay America
It was clean store and some sections were well stocked however the department i went to was not and there was no employee around to assist and when I did find one I was told the guy for the department I was looking for was on break so nobody was able to help me till he came back. When he did finally come back he was very helpful and helped me get exactly what I needed.
Quick in and quick out, everything I was looking for was easy to find and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The parking lot was a little odd to figure through but its manageable. Another wonderful experience overall, thanks! 👍
Dont deliver here. I had a 21:15 delivery appointment. I got here a couple hours early, and talked to a couple people and informed them I have a 21:15 delivery they told me to wait, (no problem waiting) until after that time when they night manager comes in. I waited then I went to check in again got no answer, so I called and spoke to the customer service representativethey told me to pull around front and they dont unload until after 23:00. I waited 2 more hours then I walked up to the front and spoke with the manager and finally they unloaded me. I then asked the manager if I could park in the back for the night he told me I can go around back to parkI parked around back and took my rest break at 09:25 that morning a fork lift driver wakes me up and tells me I cant park back here.

As of today I had a horrible customer service experience. I was checking out with two pieces of drip edge at the contractor check out and they did not have stickers on them for scanning, so the lady cashier, I believe her name was Lisha, told me it was my fault, I was keeping her from getting to her break, and why do customers have to do this to her! I own Complete Construction and this is the reason that I look up Lowes before I look up Home Depot locations for my materials. I need an apology for being treated like that! No customer should be treated like that because were holding someone up for a break, and someone that works there didnt properly tag the product.
I frequent home Depot a lot. No one can ever help you no one ever knows where anything is. However on today I met the best sales associate named Pierce Hanson and Marshley Rosier. They are the greatest people in the whole wide world in home Depot land as far as Im concerned I am not stopping here Im also going to send a letter to the store about their outstanding customer service. Talk about going above and beyond these two did Thank you ladies and gentlemen for your outstanding service.
Horrible experience ordering new washer and dryer. Had to cancel the order salesman did not check insurance requirements of our condo association. Total waste of time. Also had to chase the refund for 10 days and now need to go somewhere else. Ugh.

I was just standing in line to get a sheet of plywood cut for 15 min. I only needed 2 cuts and the guy doing the cutting finished with the customer in front of me then tells me he cant cut my wood yet I have to wait. He sd there is a customer outside thats been waiting a long time for him, yes waiting outside for the guy cutting wood. So instead of cutting my plywood real quick he sd no I have to wait. He stood there talking to someone for 5 minutes when he could have just cut my wood. So i left and now Im going to lowes. This home depot is just getting worse with their customer service. Because of that one employee i am now a loyal customer to lowes. And i did a lot of business with home depot, i am a self employed home improvement tradesman. Now lowes will have all my business.
Go anywhere else. Staff do not care and they do not know anything.I knew exactly what I item I needed and I have the app open knowing exactly where to go and the item was not there.I asked multiple employees and every One of them just told me to ask a different employee because they didn’t know.This is why I use the app. The employee here are useless.Once I inevitably found the item on my own I went to check out.The employees directed me to a self checkout they said was open. Then it turns out it wasn’t. Then they told me to use a different machine. Broken. After the third attempt to use a self check out while 4 employees stood around doing nothing I gave up and left.I failed to get what I needed and I knew exactly what I to buy. Do NOT go here if you are seeking advice or help.Also they do not have contactless payment here. Which just added to my annoyance of this store every time I go.After today I will not go again.
So I checked in for Curbside 30 minutes ago because I HAVE THE FLU!! I WALK IN AND BOTH THE INDIVIDUALS WORKING THE COUNTER HAVE NO CUSTOMERS AND ARE JUST STANDING THERE. I HAD NO MASK EITHER. BY BECAUSE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES LAZINESS I WENT INTO YOUR STORE WITH THE FLU. THAT IS YOUR FAULT NOT MINE.
Seleste and Kaylee at the Penske Truck Rental desk did a phenomenal job helping me switch size trucks last minute (my fault). Both were patient and courteous. Reflects well on the entire store.

It seems as the employees in the paint department could use some serious training before being put on the floor. Its frustrating to ask for help but the employee hasnt a clue regarding the answer to your question and instead of possibly guiding you to an employee that may be able to help theyll just say oh, sorry I just work in this department, Im not sure how to help you then walks away and walks off with another customer leaving me just standing there... So I left and went to Lowes. Honestly I was in and out of Lowes quickly because their employees dont run from you like Home Depot employees do AND theyre knowledgeable in their department. Home Depot needs to train their new employees for the department they will be working in because putting random bodies on the floor to fill in a position without knowledge of the department is just asking for customers to leave. When employees cant help... Whats the point? Lowes it is. Customer service is 💯 times better.

The people at this Home Depot dont seem to care if customer make a purchase or not I guess they are already receiving a pay check for just showing up. Some of these people extremely rude, I attempted to contact a few employee and it seems they try not to have eye contact or to help a potential customer in need, just purchased my first home and have spend thousands of dollars here, WHY cant I get some help in the specific department I need instead walking around hunting for people to help. Unfortunately still have to keep coming back until project is completed. WPB have been a great city so far, just never experience being treated like this. I hope I am the only person that feels this way. Wish I took her name.

No more cat leashes!4 Stars🌟I love this Home Depot, but todays experience wasnt as pleasant😟.Unfortunately, I gave a 4 🌟instead of a 5💫 because it took over 2 hours 😵for someone to finally get us loaded up with the $700 (2 receipts) 😬we spent and ready to leave; and no, it wasnt busy😡. Then we had to rent a trailer which cost an extra $31😱.Thank you Steven Vorsteg ☺(youre the reason I have a 4 instead of a 2) for being very patient, kind, and for getting us proper assistance with having someone load our truck with the merchandise we purchased so we could finally leave😲. Unauthorized charge made to my Home Depot credit card at the tool dept. of this store. I received an emailed receipt from this store of a transaction for a$100 tool deposit fee (THAT I HAD NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF), and did not authorize. I immediately called the store and spoke with the tool dept clerk, whose name appeared on the receipt. I spoke with him directly about the transaction. He explained that a man came in to rent a tool and gave him my phone number. With my phone number he was then able to obtain access to my Home Depot Credit Card information and MADE the $100 charge for the deposit of this tool for him using my account as payment. Apparently, he did not ASK this person to present a photo ID. Later, that same day, this person brought the tool back and used his MASTER CARD to pay the rental fee........****So they absolutely KNOW who this person is****....... I called the store several times to speak with the Manager and never received a call back from him regarding the incident. Never thought this kind of fraud would ever take place at a Home Depot on location and go unchecked!! Not only did this CREDIT CARD FRAUD take place IN this store, but nothing has been done in response by the management at this location to address the crime. The evidence is overwhelming. The only option available to prevent this from happening again at this store was to cancel my Home Depot Credit card account.

First time using online pickup with the locker system. Worked perfectly, order was ready and in the lock before they said it would be. QR code system is incredibly efficient. Not sure how it compares to other Home Depot locations, but my online order and pick up in store experience was perfect.

I had the best experience today! I have been looking for chaise lounges chairs for months, refusing to pay $300/chair. We found great chairs here today, but they were slightly damaged. Josh the manager came over right away, despite how busy he was or how fast he was running. He provided us with a discount on the chairs of my dreams! I’ve worked in customer service for 20+ years and Josh blew my mind. He is a keeper for sure! Hard working, hospitality oriented and funny! Josh is the reason for my review, he gets 5-stars!!!
This is my local Home Depot and I’m always treated like a valued customer when I come in. Julie is especially nice and always take care of whoever she is helping, whether it’s me or the person she’s helping while I’m waiting for her to be available. The customer service at this store is always the best. My most recent experience was when we installed new wooden fence in our backyard, everyone was very helpful to get the needed materials. Thank you Julie and the whole team!

I was standing at the area where it reads the line starts here she yells number 5 and 6 are available and sends 2 other people that werent even in line.. I was left out.. she then has the nerve to come at me and says you have to stay in line... I dont know why she yelled at me...I felt discriminated because of the kids maybe??? I would like a feedback on this with district management please.
I love this Home Depot the staff is always so friendly they didnt have any Christmas trees left right now but the staff is always willing to help you find whatever you need and they are always on point theres always plenty of parking a little hard to find this particular location in a Backstreet but its worth the search the plants and trees that they sell outside of all ways healthy and beautiful and any time I go to the store always looks neat
Lowes has NOTHING over The Home Depot! Personnel of Home Depot are much more helpful than any Lowes Ive ever tried to shop at!

You NEED to start labeling limited quantities in your tiling section! I had to take all of that weight in tile back to your store for return and ended up purchasing my tile from a small business that ACTUALLY cares about their customers completing jobs.
Was able to find acidic increasing granules to increase the acid content in the soil. Apparently even though we have decent soil with compost its still not acidic enough so our plants were suffering and not producing enough. Micro neutrients helped as well.

I went into Home Depot and purchased a gas grill. I paid for the grill to be delivered assembled! When the grill was delivered it was in a box they left it by my front door never knocked on my door or rang my doorbell. After numerous attempts to reach customer service by telephone to no avail, I went back to the store and was helped by Tia in customer service who went over, above and beyond to rectify the situation, however she was unable to I then spoke to a store mgr, Rose who also tried to get the grill delivered to me, keep in mind 3 days had passed and still no grill. Finally on Tuesday morning Rose had my grill delivered by Jason, a mgr and Julio an associate only to discover one of the burners didn’t work. Jason took the grill back to the store, returned an hour later with an upgraded grill, grill cover and brush to clean the grill!!! Every burner works!! And Home Depot went over above and beyond to solve this problem, insure customer satisfaction and they did it with a smile on their faces!! Thank you Tia, Rose, Jason and Julio!! All of you give Home Depot a great name!!

I came in the store to process a return, I entered from the pro side I was directed to where the return side was at, I was treated as if I stole the items which remind you I had my receipt in my hands as I told the lady that was helping me then this supervisor named Laura comes and tells me it doesn’t matter if you have your receipt or not !!!She make me walk around the store and find the gentleman that directed me to go there and walk with me to the return side since if I didn’t I wasn’t allowed to even leave the store with my own items which remind you I have my receipt for and date .I walked to the return side with the gentleman and she chewed him up in front of everyone, In between my transaction they kept stopping and not paying attention to me I ended up leaving with my iteams to another store to process my return.This person shouldn’t work with customers less be in charge.

On my trip to home depot to get some supplies for a customer, (Im a Landscaper/property manager) this home depot I dont go to often, but the customer service was GREAT! I was able to get everything I needed for the job I was doing! No line outside, everyone had mask on (which is really important to me with covid-19) no wait in the pro desk line, which was amazing! Keep up the great work !!!!!!!!!!

With the tools placed by type or usageit took a while to locate the item I sought. It was nowhere near the areamarked ... TOOLS.Marinez was quite helpful in resolvingthe situation.
Went in to grab a couple quick things. One of the items did not have a barcode. After asking for assistance, she basically told me that she couldn’t perform her job by looking the item up. at the register. So, I didn’t have time to run back to grab a properly barcoded item And left. Being a former employee of Home Depot decades ago, I do understand that Home Depot pays a lot of money for excessive training so their employees are properly equipped to answer any questions and situations. Unfortunately with the simple task your employee could not manage to address this issue and that is just despicable. Very unprofessional and immature.

Buyer beware... I recently rented a couple of dehumidifiers from the tool rental. We specifically asked for three days. The person behind the counter charged us a rate for two days which was two hundred dollars or $50 a day for two dehumidifiers. Apparently there is a weekly charge of $200 a day for each dehumidifier after the second day or a weekly charge. Had they quoted us this price at the beginning or stated that this would be the price beyond the two days regardless of when we turn them in I wouldn’t have rented from them. There was an equipment damage protection fee of $60 dollars and with tax the total came out to $488 dollars. I could have bought a used dehumidifier for that price. I asked to speak to a manager so I could explain what happened and see if they could adjust it to a daily rate which would have been $100 difference in price. Patrick was called over. I could tell by the way he talked to the person at the counter that he was annoyed at the request and when he came over he had an attitude. I politely told him what had happened and he stated that it what their computer has as the rates and that he can’t change it. Once he said he could not change it I told him had we been told that this would cost near $500 in the beginning we wouldn’t have rented it. I feel cheated and definitely wouldn’t have rented at a rate past two days that jumps a $100 On the third day. It doesn’t make sense to me why they would make the rate go to a four day weekly rate instead of a three day. Needless to say I am dissatisfied by that and the way he handled it.

Caveat Emptor! I requested to talk to a manager about an issue that had been discussed with customer service, but needed the approval of the store manager. This person would not even deign to talk to me. I have instructed my employees to never, ever purchase anything at a Home Depot again. There is no need to lower myself to this persons level by saying anything too vile. They do not give a rats butt. As with most businesses their only concern is the bottom line. If you are reading this, I suggest you find a business that has some degree of empathy. If enough people stay away and their bottom line suffers, they will probably pay attention. They can start by terminating some of their management!
This is a great spot to rent or even buy used tools or trucks for any handyman! Simple rental process and a great selection of DIY equipment.
