Came for the free battery testing to learn that their battery testing was down. Went to OReillys across the street and they diagnosed and replaced my battery.

Ive been coming to Auto Zone for as long as I can remember ! I find it most rewarding and complete! I will always shop Auto Zone over any other auto store!

I went to buy an oil change for my RV and the store manager their was absolutely amazing and helpful

Had a flat tire on Christmas eve and was stranded. Got to this store a couple minutes after closing. These guys let me in! I had forgot my mask so he kindly gave me one! He asked what I needed and directed me to the tire repair section where I quickly found what I wanted. I paid and thanked both of them for going out of their way to help. Good people, thank you again.

The help didnt act like they wanted to be very helpful today. They ended up not having what I wanted today either. Generally suboptimal.

Had the best experience this morning. Obviously car problems are the worse but the ppl here made it smoother. Nick cane out and installed me new battery for FREE, then upon inspection he noticed the clap should be replaced also, if he wouldnt have done that it could have potentially caused the same issue. Im so grateful for his hard work, and dedication to his job!

I went for new windshield wipers. The young man put them in for me. I tipped him, however, he was sooo nice and respectful.

Spent over $1,500 at this store in the last six months. Im rebuilding the front end of my SUV. The second set of parts I ordered around $1,200 but they couldnt get my shocks. The rest came out to nearly $800. Ordered on a Friday, they said they would be there by 4:00 Saturday. I came in on Sunday to pickup the parts and they said they hadnt come in. I asked for my money back and went across the street to OREILLYS, THEY HAD EVERYTHING IN STOCK with the exception of the shocks with were there within HOURS!!NEVER AGAIN AUTOZONE!!!NEVER AGAIN!

I go to AutoZone at least twice a week and the experience I had at this one makes me not want to EVER go to any Auto Zone EVER again! Im not from that area. So when I walk-in to get some electrical tape I was asked where my mask was. Not if I had a mask, but WHERE was it (attitude.) Its a suggestion by a business its not a law otherwise all of them would be doing the same thing. Its not like that where Im from otherwise Id have one. He said as long as I kept my mouth covered Im fine (still attitude.) This happened on Tuesday June 16th 2020 between 4-5 pm just in case you where wondering who was working. I couldnt find the electrical tape and ask them where it was and one of the employees said (sarcastically) wheres your mask. Employees of the yr Im telling you. Obviously if they where that way with me then Im not the only customer theyve been that way with. A customer said I wouldnt serve him when he got up here and both the employees laughed. The reason Ive always chosen AutoZone over anybody else is because theyre very friendly with exceptional customer service skills, knowledgeable and willing to help no matter what. Something this store has never even heard of. Every Auto Zone has at least one manager there and he was up front this whole time with the other employee and didnt say anything. Just because you dont say anything doesnt mean youre not guilty especially if youre the one in charge. Its not like if I had a mask I wouldnt have put it on, but just because I didnt doesnt make me any less of a customer.

Very helpful clerks. The cashier found me the best deal for an oil change and it was very polite. Great experience overall!

I want to start by saying that the staff there are all very nice and helpful. The reason why Im writing this review is because I was there on Sunday. My battery had a bunch of acid all over, someone there helped me clean it (thank you by the way) and then when they plugged my battery back on, my car wouldnt start. I asked, What if we replace the battery and see if thats the problem? They tested it and it read at 100% I guess, so battery wasnt replaced.... however, they jumped started me and I went home. The next day I towed my car to Sierra Hart Auto Center in West Sac, paid $60 only for them to tell me that my battery was 100% dead. :( I was really bummed I spent money on something that was read wrong on the little machine. Everyone there is very sweet though, I do admit that.In response to your comment, I just want my $60 back.

Staff was helpful and nice. Clean store. The only thing is the parking lot is dark. Seems like it was only being lit up by the surrounding lights which wasnt much.

Not cheap. $35 wiper blades and no one could put them on for me.

Always had what i needed, to maintain my vehicle at a reasonable price, as a do it yourself car service or maintenance, repairer. Good service, clean stores, knowledgeable customers care( most of the time). Leads you in the right direction (most of the time) would reccomend to friends.

Just came back from a very long trip on a hot summer day, and found out my daughters Toyota Camrys battery was dead. When I called the store, James was very helpful over the phone. He was also helpful at the store, with reserving the battery & even gave me a 10% discount because the old battery was an Autozone brand that just expired. Very happy with the service & product that I received.

What I like about this particular store is that its within walking distance of my house. I had a dead battery and had to walk to the store and buy a new one. Walked back, installed it, and had my car running in no time.

Told me they had the part i needed, they did not. Had to go to another store to get it.

Wonderful staff

Took my battery in to get tested. The employee was very quick to help. Didnt have enough juice to be tested. He went ahead and got my info and told me he would charge it up and test it when it was done. Only down side was I didnt get a call when it was done. But I called after the 90 mins he quoted and got my answer. Everyone was very helpful.

Fast service

Last two visits I had made to this store I was not happy at all. The customer service sucked this seem to just want to get you out of there and I went in to get my battery charge they threw it on the charger and told me the battery was no good luckily I took it upon myself to check it myself and they had given me false information the battery was fine. This last time I went in I had gone in to get tail light repair tape the red see through tape and they said they didnt carry it they were really small store to try oreillys Ill shop oreillys from now on

Wow...youre better off going across the street to OReallys...the staff here is unwilling to lission and has no idea of how to handle customers in an timely matter...if your looking for real help do not stop at this location...I needed my bike jumped, after spending 45 minutes trying to pay cash for pair of gloves....,lol...they would not give me a jump...no problem...so I bought a new battery, only to find thier battery was also dead....needless to say they gave me a jump for the new battery....go figure!!!! Please try to have at least one manager on duty that at least knows the difference between cash and credit....staff was really that asinine....

My mechanic forgot a bolt on my brake install. And on Christmas the manager at auto zone fixed it for me. I couldn’t be more thankful. Auto zone saved my Christmas and quite possibly my life.

I weighed them against the other chains (Pep Boys and OReilly), and awarded the 5th Star for their overall superior cost to value.

I was sold a broken/used part, after talking with the manager for 10 minutes we were still not able to get any resolution. I am now out the 70.52 that the part cost, please do yourself a favor and go to Napa they have quality parts and actually have customer service. Shame on you autozone, buyers beware! Also please be advised if you walk outside of autozone and face the east, you will be looking at another fine auto part retailer that will not sell you used parts, then not return them. Worst auto parts experience ever!
