Went in for a tire rotation. Before they rotated them, they measured the depth and noted that the front were lower on tread than the back and all tires were wearing evenly, so it didnt make sense to rotate then. I appreciated the honesty and time taken to show me. Ill be back in a couple thousand miles.

Bought tires here with the Road Hazzard protection. We ended up with a nail in our tire within a month of our purchase. Knowing how bad their walk-in wait times are, we made an appointment to get the tire repaired. Literally, a five-minute fix. We get to our appointment. A whole hour goes by and they still havent gotten to it. We grabbed our keys and moved on. No repairs made. Yes, the tires were inexpensive, but the service here is horrible.

Very affordable and fast, but they would not rotate my tires because they said the tread was too low, I checked and it is just fine, also they said my tired pressure was all the same level and I checked them too and they were not.

Bad customer service ! went there for an oil change and they turned me back stating they are not doing oil change anymore for that day but never stated a reason why ? what a waste of my time ! Employees looked all fed up and angry. My suggestion, they need to be replaced with the ones who actually know customer service skills and deal with customer with a smile on their face.

Ordered tires online, said on the website that the tires were in stock and that I would be able to schedule my appointment to install them for 10am. I received an email on my way to Walmart that my appointment was canceled, which I was unaware of since I was driving at the time and not checking my phone. After waiting a while to check in for my appointment, I finally met with someone behind the counter who told me to check in at the online pickup station for my tires. I waited for ten minutes while multiple associates passed by without assistance. After finally speaking to someone, I found out about my canceled order. Went back to the automotive service counter and was told that I wouldn’t be able to reschedule way into next week. After today’s experience, I doubt that appointment would even go well. Not dealing with these people again. Walmart really needs to get it together

The one issue I have with this place is they dont check your oil specifications and explain certain oil change packages would be good for your make and model. Buyer beware

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! We were shopping at ikea and as we were leaving we noticed our tire was low on air. We originally bought our tires from walmart and since it was right next to ikea we dropped in, not another car insight in the bay area, so I asked the gentleman who was the manager if we can get our tire repaired. He said it was going to be $15 and he would call us when it was done. Ive had my tire fixed before at Mom and Pop shops and it literally took not even 5 minutes for them to fix the tire. We walked around Walmart for about an hour and a half so I decided to go and ask how long would it be for the tire to be fixed the receptionist had said it was going to be another 30 minutes! For a simple patch job that cost me $15 we had to wait with a three year old child at Walmart for over 2 hours! Believe the reviews they are true I am going to attest to that right now. We will never be back to this Auto center again.

Never coming back! Lack of integrity, lied to my face! I asked if they could install a light bulb to drivers side. I provided new light bulbs,I bought . Only driver side was to be installed I was a few feet watching! He installed a different quality light bulb . Next day I asked for the other light bulb I forgot to get from the mechanic.He completely denied, and said he installed both, I said no I was right there, you had to google and explained how it was difficult to take out! Only the driver side was changed.Frustrated I had to leave after complete denial if the way they handled everything.Left and will never come back!!!!!Lack of integrity!

Got my tires changed, came back to an inexplicably missing hubcap and other broken part. The hubcap was placed INSIDE the car, but mechanics didnt want to admit that they broke it and failed to explain how it ended up inside the car itself. The older gentleman behind the counter was very rude and short tempered, refusing to explain or resolve the issie. Pay very close attention to your car before and after to ensure nothing breaks off! Better to take pics so you can prove it.

Not only did they say I had to wait 6 hours to get a tire replaced, they called me 3 hours later to say they couldnt sell me a single tire and that they could only sell them in a set of 4. An entire day wasted without my car because Walmart refuses to employ knowledgeable people. I now have to drive 200 miles on a doughnut.

WARNING!!! DO NOT DO IT!!!All reviews are 100% accurate!!! Got here at 6:30am on Sat. it is now 8:40am and tires still not on my vehicle. Mind you.. I was here yesterday and was told to come this morning and they would be done within an hour. This is going on 2.5 hours and likely 3 if I dont stay on them to finish the job. Will never ever ever ever do this again. Will pay $100-$200 more for faster service. The cheaper price for tires just isnt worth the hassle to me personally. You have been warned and advised.

I have tried to get an oil change for 2 weeks now. First time last week arrived nobody around. Went inside and estimate 2 hours. Today two cars up on ramp with two workers nothing else in the shop. Again inside estimate 3 hours, said there were several cars in front of me. Hardly anyone seems to work there and backlog means long wait times. Sorry but you used to be good and efficient, not anymore

Expect to have a long wait when coming here thats the only downfall to getting a cheap oil change but the customer service was great. They vacuumed out the front of my car, topped off my fluids, topped off my radiator fluid (not a usual service) because I bought some, and changed my air filter for me. If you plan on dropping off and coming back later that is your best bet.

Look, I write outstanding reviews when companies deserve them, I also write bad reviews when they deserve those. And this review is not going to be a good one. The West Sac Walmart Auto Center used to be good, but over the course of the last 8 months, Ive been turned away 3 times for various services.The 1st two times was when I needed a patch done on my tire in which I bought those tires from the Antelope location with the road hazard. I was loosing air badly and I had to keep filling the tire up constantly through out the day. The 1st time I arrived to Walmart was mid day, mid week and I was informed by the gal at the front desk that they wouldnt be able to get to my car that day (with 7 hours remaining mind you). She advised me to come 1st thing the next morning and so I did. That time I got turned away (by the same person) and was told that since I didnt purchase those tires and the road hazard warranty from that location, that I had to go to the Antelope location to get them patched.And then today. I had an oil service done at the Roseville location over this past weekend because I cant ever seem to get my car in a timely fashion at the West Sac location (as Ive tried); and since I was doing shopping up that way; I went to that location instead. Well since then, Ive been leaking oil and creating little puddles everywhere I go. I went to the West Sac location at the crack of dawn and it seemed they were going to check it out until that same gal at the front desk called me over. She stated that they wouldnt touch my car and that I had to take it to the Roseville location to have them look at it; since they are the ones that did the oil change. So until I can get up that way again, I guess I will drive around leaking oil where ever I go.Look, I dont know who this woman is but I swear she keeps singling me out every time I attempt to get service done at this location. Its very unprofessional and quite disappointing. This location is near my residence and I used to rave about the service. But after today, I am done trying.

Woman that answered the phone on 11/27/18 at 1:20pm, never identified herself, wanting the tire size precisely given, not by make and model, I gave her what information I had and she preceded to hang up on me. Look, if you are a tire specialist, this woman is the least of all helpful. All I wanted to know is if Walmart Tire Center had a tire available, I could do the rest! From one woman to another, find another tire servicer, as this place clearly has no clue how to place people on hold even. Thanks.

I had my oil changed with full synthetic today. I ran a few errands and later when taking the dogs out my wife spots a huge puddle of oil under the car. I poped the hood and see they didnt put the oil cap back on. I guess I should of known better considering where it was done. Fingers crossed no permanent damage.

Called ahead, didnt get an answer, so I got here at 4:45pm, waited in line for about 10mins, wasnt too bad, but then was told theyre not doing oil changes for the rest of the night, even though its stated that they dont close until 7pm. This isnt the first time this has happened. Only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one is because theyre price is decent.

Called them at 4:00pm twice and nobody answered the call and when i got to the location at 5:30pm they said we don’t take any more cares to repair your flat tire. Called the manager and he was not helpful as well. The manager said we closed at 7 but they stopped taking cars at 5:30pm. I told the manager why don’t you guys answer the call if you guys have telephone. Worst customer service. I will stop going there anymore

2018 Jetta Sport first went to West Sacramento they said they didnt have my oil then went to Elk Grove they said they didnt have my filter ! So went back with filter to West Sacramento waited 3 hours saw car pulled out asked guy at service desk he said 1.5 more hours for tire rotation so I said forget it ! Then an hour later after repeatedly asking numerous times stating give me my car clerk told me again and again can find your invoice, So I started flipping out never before heard anybody saying I cant have my car ! Eventually after much drama got a nice Manager he gave me my keys so free oil change happily and thanked him profusely upon walking to my car saw huge fresh oil spot under car I flipped again lil bit manager told them put it on rack they messed with it a bit finally I left OMG It was a shocking experience.

Came at 9:30 am on a Sunday to purchase new tires. I was told the wait was about 90 minutes. Its 2:30 now and my car still isnt done. Ive asked for an update and the front counter person walked away. I looked outside to find my car parked. So Im guessing its ready. Waited another 15 minutes in line to check the status. Absolutely the worst experience. Ill pay more for better service. Lesson learned

Dont even think about it! Foolishly I read the reviews but thought all I need is an oil change, how bad could it be? 2+ hours later waiting for a manager to come sign off the work and the cash register wouldnt work to ring me up. Service tech was at the desk swearing loudly about motherf------ customer. Really about the worst automotive experience Ive had. UPDATE: as a drive away, the oil maintenance required light comes on. They didnt even reset it.

I came 10:25am for oil change and asked what is time. Two Employers said 1/2 to 1 hour. I was long wait at almost 12:30pm as like two hours while my car is changing oil inside. Many drivers came and already leave and upset because there are not enough service and already early closed @ 12pm?

I will give it one star because is the least Im allowed to.Do not bring you vehicle to this place. I tried it a couple time for an oil change. The second time was more like a chance for redemption but they screw it up again. The estimated time for an oil change was for one hour, I came back after almost an hour and a half and my car was parked the same way I left without being touched. So I got my keys and left, promised myself never bring my vehicle back to this $10/hour, unskilled and unprofessional people. They couldnt care less about customer services. How can you trust them your vehicle? They literally laugh at you in your face.

Always have to wait 2-3 hours on everything even when it seems like there are not a lot of customers. Sometime it seems like they don’t want customers because they don’t want to work. Only reason they get a two star are the prices but almost not worth the wait.

By far the wosrt service ever! Well we didnt get any service.. I have told my friends and family to never go there for any service. I went in on March 21, 2019 around 6:30pm to get some tires. Waited in line for 15min. Got to the service counter and told a young lady what size tires I had. The young lady than said we do have it in stock I will have one of of my guys check to see if they are in stock. 15 minutes later they come back and say yes we do have the tire in stock. I said I would like to get my tires replace. The young lady at the counter said sorry but we are no longer taking cars after 6 p.m. . I did ask the lady but you guys dont close till 8 p.m.. She than told me that is how it is that they stop taking cars in at 6 p.m.. I said fine Ill have my wife come back in the morning to get the tires done. We walk back to the car and saw their technicians goofy off and the shop was empty. My wife shows up in the morning to get the tires done. Now the same young lady said they dont have the tires in stock anymore. My wife said we would just here last night and you said you had them in stock. She didnt told my wife saying that they must have sold it last night. Then my wife said how could you sell it last night when you told us that you guys stop taking cars in after 6 p.m. and we was here a little after 6. Then she goes well the inventory says we have 15 but we cant seem to find the tires at this time. So after 20min of going back and forth my wife said forget it and left. She than drove 20 mile out of her way to the delta shore walmart auto center and was greeted with good customer service. She then bought 4 tires with an oil change and was out in about an hours! Delta shore customer service said that west sac auto center should be taking cars until closing time! I guess west sac auto center make their own rules because they dont want to work.If I could of rate it 0 it would of been 0 stars!

Unprofessional technicians, they are not able to open an oil filter. They keep my car from 9:50 am to around 4: o’clock pm for no reason finally they canceled the service. Spend all my day for doing nothing!I Do No recommend this place to any one . Please don’t waste your time here.

Ive used this place 4 times now. Every single time they dont have enough staff. The poor workers are frantically running around. I dont know how anyone is working this job for min wage. Hire more people or dont have an auto center. Im just going across the street to Firestone from now on.

ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION! Slow service! Only 1 computer to write service orders. Shop staff and management appear incompetent. Why let the guy who cant drive a stick drive the customers jeep into the service bay?

Came to get a new tire at 10am my small truck was taken in side I went shopping like most people would do at 12pm my truck still had not been touched I got my truck back at 1:30pm long time to set in my wheelchair if i have to come there again it will not be on a Sunday only 1 Tire tech on duty
