They sent me a video screen that clearly was in a fire, is this for real? On a side note the tracking and updates were great, but excessive. I will see if this can get resolved but I will have to see if this screen works, I will not be able to get the smoke damage off the inside of the screen tho. Update they are sending another one erite away

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I purchased a fuel tank for my mercedes ml430 and it came all busted lines were snapped off and it was cut-out of the vehicle it was originally in. I contacted the garageman several times at first they seemed like they cared and were going to do something about the issue and I waited for a replacement tank 3weeks went by I tried to contact them again and now no response I contacted ebay and they said its past 30day return policy and garageman has not done anything about the broken tank they sent and sold me. I will never shop at garageman again very poor service...... That is a lie Iie I bought that tank Mar 7 2021 its currently April 29th so where do you get 4 months I have all messages and emails from you guys. Proof

Item was shipped the next day and arrived as described and works fine so thanks but... Ebay International Priority Shipping is poor. The item took an extended tour of almost 6000 miles and 25 days to reach me (I live about 1000 miles from Garageman). I ordered an item from another California vendor that came FedEx in a week for about the same shipping fee.

Worst company to deal with. They state 6 month warranty on eBay but they never follow through. They are good at ignoring people. Purchase 2 air shocks for a gl450 defective from them and clearly showing a puncture on 1 of them. They have been contacted numerous time with no action taken. Very dissapointed in their service and response. I will stay away. Pictures and emails available if needed.
