This place is great. I had my drive shaft damaged when the wrong u-joint cups were attempted to be pressed in. My large aluminum driveshaft was damaged enough that they had to cut the end off it and weld another on. They re-balanced it and installed new u-joints and their work looked fantastic as well. I was impressed. The best part, parts and labor I was out the door for under $240. I will definitely be a return customer.

Fantastic experience - the flange holding one end of my driveshaft in place snapped, so I brought it in to this shop for repair thinking it was beyond hope, but it didnt deter the awesome folks over at Sacramento Drive Line Services. Id wager that my driveshaft is in better condition now after theyve repaired it than it ever was. Whats more, the cost was cheaper than I could have hoped for anywhere else, and the staff went out of there way to be friendly and accommodating. They also support local farmers and educators (team work makes the dream work)!!Many thanks.

We decided to build it up the highest my factory steel driveshaft could go with 1350 joints at both ends along with my billet yoke. They have always been helpful. I had go back because of damage Ive done. Rock crawling.I was able to get same day service this last time. Arrived when they opened and had it by 1 pm on a Saturday. Was able to still get out and have some fun on a holiday weekend.There prices are fair, equal to online retailers. Probably do to there location in an industrial park.

BROUGHT MY 2-PIECE DRIVESHAFT OUT OF MY 1981 3/4 TON CHEVY TRUCK TO BE BALANCED AND AND FITTED WITH NEW QUALITY U-JOINTS AND CARRIER BEARING. I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE PAINT JOB THEY DID ON IT, HOWEVER THE REST OF THE JOB WAS EXCELLENT......AFTER I INSTALLED THE FINISHED SHAFT, THE BIG VIBRATION WAS GONE, AND I STILL HAD A LITTLE VIBRATION AT 40MPH AND ABOVE ; EMPLOYEE AL HAD ME BRING MY TRUCK DOWN, AND HE TOOK THE TIME TO GET UNDERNEATH MY TRUCK WITH SPECIAL TOOLING AND KNOWLEDGE AND METICULOUSLY MEASURED AND INSPECTED EVERYTHING TO WHERE HE CAME TO A CONCLUSION THAT I HAD A POSSIBLE BAD TRANSMISSION MOUNT. I CHANGED THE TRANSMISSION MOUNT AS RECOMMENDED AND MY PROBLEM WAS FIXED. EMPLOYEE AL WAS VERY HELPFUL, POLITE, AND PROFESSIONAL.....IF YOU WANT GOOD QUALITY WORK DONE WITH GOOD QUALITY PARTS, THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME TO. 5 STARS FROM ME. THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE.

So far great. I couldnt find the yoke to do the job myself, but, there is obviously a problem that caused the transmission bushing to go out and DLS came highly recommended from a very good mechanic Ive used for 30 years. You get what you pay for.

Best place in town! I called over 25 auto shops in the sac area. Only 2 admitted the true procedure they would be utilizing to do the job. Of those two, only this shop said they would do it, and might I add also for the cheapest price; half the price of Every competitor. These guys were extremely friendly and nice. I will most definitely be returning if I ever have more driveline work to be done. Well done!

Took a drive shaft to be shortened for my Toyota. Said it needed a new sleeve so no big deal. Picked it u p and pretty much gat an all new fabricated shaft with ujoint for $117. Super awesome deal for me.

Custom built drive shafts done right

Dropped off my two piece drive shaft from my 74 celica and had them make me a one piece. They also replaced the univeral joints with new. Service and pricing was excellent.
