This is a really good auto shop. They are very trustworthy and dont do unnecessary repairs or over charge. I dont know anything about cars and like its that way. They do what needs to be done and I dont have to worry about it I never write reviews unless I find a product or business that really stands out and deserves to be acknowledged. Japan Motors deserves 5 stars for sure!

Initially called the place to get car transmission flush. Don’t have a lot of experience with auto shops since I normally go to the dealer. Customer service was great and the pricing is much more affordable than the dealer. I told the mechanic this was my first time and he took care of me.

These guys always take great care of my two prius......they will always be my first choice. My 07 prius hybrid battery died and they were able to replace it under what the the dealership was wanting to charge and much faster. Clean shop and knowledgeable staff.

Called to ask for a quote to inspecting a pop in my suspension to be mansplained in a loop instead of him answer my question. Not all women who call are as clueless as you are, you definitely lost a customer here.

I took my car in to get a noise checked out that I thought was a bad throw out bearing from some research online because I was hearing I high pitched noise from the clutch when I wasnt pressing the clutch. They found some other things to fix but didnt end up fixing the noise. Took it back and they fixed the noise, but it was still there so I just decided to live with it. Fast forward a few months and the new clutch that was in there goes out within 10k miles because of a bad throw out bearing.TLDR They found other things to work on besides the #1 reason why I took the car, in which turned into a problem down the road.

Ben is amazing. Can book appts online. Never tries to upsale unneccesary services. Work is impeccable.
