Every time I had an issue with my phone first time I went they communicated and got it fix quick.

CAUTION: The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because Erik gave me a refund without going through a big fight.BEWARE!!I gave Erik my phone to replace the charging port. When I came to pick it up he showed me a charging port saying it was my old one. I paid and went on my way. Later on I realized the void sticker on the screw (the screw that opens the phone) hasn’t been touched. I do further inspection and realize they didn’t replace it. So, if you do go be hyper vigilant.

Extremely disappointed about this place. They told me twice my iPad would be ready within 30 minutes.Just what it takes me from my house to this establishment. It never happened. The third time I took my stool broken iPad with me. These people lack ethics and don’t care about other people’s time. Extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you time is not important.

I went in today to purchase a good phone for gaming and I walked out with an iPhone 11 and a good mood. They have great deals and good customer service. If I ever need anything for my electronics I will be back.

Excellent repair to a broken iPad Air screen and it only took about 30 minutes.I was quoted “100 or less depending on the age of the iPad” on the phone, but paid $130 “because it was LCD”.We tried to get an iPod battery replaced but they said it would cost more than the item was worth and be a bunch of trouble due to having to break the screen.

The charge port on my iPhone 5 needed replacing. After a call to confirm they had the part, I was pleasantly surprised when they began the replacement the moment I walked in the door. Twenty minutes later I walked out of the store with a working phone.The fee was very reasonable for the work performed; the expeditious manner in which it was carried out makes it a bargain.The only criticisms I can offer for the experience would be that the store was much too warm for my taste and that the shopping centers location is... less than desirable.
