The young lady, Marisol helped me she listened to all my concerns and helped me pick a phone. I was purchasing a new phone and she let me know from the beginning that some of my stuff might not be able to be transferred which was okay. She got my contacts and pictures transferred, and even got me my email so I can sign in. The others working were also really nice and welcoming even though the store was a little busy. Will be returning here!

They are never open when they say they are,Very unprofessional

Purchasing is always easy and staff are always very helpful. However I wish Id read the LG style lo 6 reviews Rather than taking a store recommendation. Have always bought LGs but this one is a poor excuse for phone. Talk text sucks, Type text is terrible without the little pen, calendar will not stay in monthly View. Surfing web Is extremely difficult continually brings you back to a main page rather than where you left off. And when my files were transferred from the old phone to the new phone even though the girl was very sweet and very patient all files were screwed up Photos in particular I had in albums and they just jumbled into a big mess. Not all of my text notes came over And all the transferring took the better part of two hours. Other than storing everything on cloud one would think Phone manufacturers would figure out a simple app to make the transfer smooth and seamless without taking hours to complete. At the cost of new phones I can only hope for some decent updates to this LGstylo 6

The Technicians were very nice and professional except one that waited on my other family member she acted like it was a problem helping her with great customer service,but the other two Technicians were very friendly and helpful and asked if we needed help with anything else they went above and beyond great customer service maybe the first girl should take lessons from the other two.

They close too early, especially for a corporate store!! All other regional corporate stores remain open hours later. Since I work typical weekday hours, I am unable to find the in store help I need except on weekends, which is quite inconvenient. Closing so early, they shouldn’t be a Employees at a corporate store at all!

No problems here been with metro for 3or4 yrs now. Workers are kind considering my experience with boost mobile. They are such rip offs. Great prices and deals good quality phones too. I recommend.

I went in to exchange a USB cord that had stopped working after less than 2 months. I was told that I had to return to the store I bought it at because they were a corporate store and I had bought it at an authorized dealer. I was kinda upset because I was unable to return to the place of purchase due to distance and lack of funds. I returned to the car, a relative with me gave me some money to go back in to purchase a new cord. Upon re-entering the store, one of the employees asked the type of cord I needed and gave me a cord for free. I am guessing it was an extra that they use in store, as it was not in a package. Thank you to the male employee who did this for me. It was much appreciated. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me out!

This store is Great ! Ive been shopping there for many years ! Today Suzie waited on me my Moto phone sound just stopped working she was So Professional and the Manager and other staff great to ! If you are a Metro customer yoully love this location, Im grateful for there excellent service. 😁

The Hispanic woman really didnt help me that much she didnt try to problem-solve just kind of gave me an attitude when I walked up to the counter

Fradulant! Purchased a phone 3 days ago after being promised that I could return it within 7 days. Returned 3 days later because the phone was defective. Employee Gabriella trys to then tell me we dont do returns. When I showed her the return policy on the receipt she said cant do it today, the system is down . It took over an hour of insistence to make them honor their word! BTW metropcs simply resells T-Mobile service; much better deals on same network available on TPO wireless (also their phone support is in the USA
