Absolutely helpful cant remember his 1st name but Muhammed was his last. Friendly you can absolutely tell he was smiling thru his face cover. Very knowledgeable about our concerns about changing plans. Thank you for making it so easy.
Its good for getting a good quality phone in service but the telephone customer service for boost Mobile is terrible. and I only know that because the in-store customer service and you have a problem is like talking to grape and asking it to birth a turkey. Confuses the s*** out of them.

I’ve been a boost customer for some time now i was really happy to see a familiar face who never lets me down. Now that I know tina is at west sac I will be returning she has always been a sweetheart not matter the situation! Great gal my kids love her too

If your a member of Boost Mobile I advise you not to visit this location unless your Hispanic because the female working there has no business being in customer service. Her attitude was all the way bad from the jump I also heard someone say they called in and she was even rude on the phone. I’m a need Boost to get their ish together and more importantly I’m a need these fake stores to stop hiring their family members because Customers Service isn’t for everyone. Been a customer for two months and I am 100% Unsatisfied with my service so far. Besides my phone not working there is no boost mobile store around me with people who are actually welcoming and or knowledgeable about what’s going on with the company.

Customer service at this store will need complete retraining on how to properly handle transactions with the general public. I went to pay my bill on March 9, 2016 at 7:30 pm. I asked the Boost representative at this store why was I sent a bill credit via text of $25.00 on my account and it only showed $15.00? The response I got was your lucky you got a $15.00 credit because most people dont get a credit at all. Not a professional response at all when you sit there making better then minimum wage at a computer. The better response should of been...let us go into your account an find out what is actually going on. Take a little pride in you work ethics when your dealing with the general public. Well long story short, it was handled professionally by an actual Boost representative over the phone and it was resolved quickly with no hesitation and come to find out I had another $60.00 credit on my account to pay for Aprils bill. See what happens when you take pride and the time to do your job in the proper manner.

Very good customer service I switched from metro to boost mobile and I got half off on the Lg Stylo 2 valued at 160 but only paid 95. And got the unlimited plan because its only $50 and comes with FREE music streaming (pandora, Napster, I heart radio, Spotify) and 8gb of hotspot! 🔥 Havent had any problems with my phone so far and if you do Auto pay you get $5 off on your bill also if you download a free app called Boost Dealz you get $5 off your bill if you keep it for the whole month and watch ads and coupons of your choice. (Food, sports, fashion, entertainment, etc...) They also have a variety of free phones you can choose from. Including the Lg K3, Kyocera Hydro Reach(Waterproof,) Samsung Galaxy j3, and LG tribute HD! I reccomend that you go on the weekends because the nice young Lady that took care of me is a really good sales representative and she gives great deals on their newest promotions
They dont have real phones on display to test and even tho the guy was very nice and very friendly he didnt have any knowledge of the phones. I know it not his fault we all need jobs to live but they should train them better. I couldnt get a phone cause he could answer my questions about them.
