Bought one of the ice cream cakes, cookie dough delirium, and it said yellow cake on the label, but once we started eating it, saw it was chocolate cake. Somebody messed up here and neither of us like chocolate cake. Not cool.

My kids love the ice cream here. They used to carry a childrens sized cone for a few dollars, but they discontinued that at this location. The smallest cone is $5. Its pretty big though. You get one item for free that you get to mix into any ice cream flavor that you pick. Additional toppings cost extra. I highly recommend that you download their app to earn points. It doesnt take long to get there and then get a $5 coupon to apply towards an item. Their ice cream is very flavorable and very fresh.

Staff was friendly and the ice cream delicious, however, they do not require masks for children under 12 and there was a large family in with unmasked kids. The space inside is small so it was difficult to keep 6 feet apart. We have an infant at home and didnt want to risk it. Suggest you call in your order and just go in and pick it up.

Awful service- there were hardly any customers and the girl helping me was clearly very impatient and could’ve stood to learn some manners. She didn’t even attempt to mix the toppings in, just simply folded the ice cream once. A little effort and a thank you would be nice.

The ice cream by itself is alright, but you can have a ton of different add-ins which make it pretty good. I have had a few of the signatures listed on the menu and I have really liked them. The size of the scoops are pretty inconsistent and often times you can get two of the same size and they will have totally different amounts of ice cream, but still worth it.

Been to this location 2 times. The 1st time we visited the ppl working were very rude and wouldnt let us sample the ice creams. We came back to give them a second chance and again they were all very rude, talking to us with no customer service what so ever, couldnt remember our order, and kept talking and laughing amongst themselves when we were trying to ask questions and order. The store is also dirty. There was melted ice cream on the ground and counter. I do not reccamend you come to this location.

1st. I walk in and it’s extremely hot. You would think the place would be colder than other stores because they sell ice cream.... 2nd. The place wasn’t clean whatsoever. Stuff was everywhere on the floor and indoor seating was very much lacking. We had a Founder’s Favorite and The Pie that loved me. The Pie that loved me was horrible. The thing literally melted before you could eat it. It actually made our family sick. Do not go here. First time ever at a cold stone and it was the worst...

Its early September smoke filled California on fire God Bless everyone who has to evacuate here we are trying to stay 6 away from the folks inside, my little one drooling over pictures cant wait to get the toppings blue ice cream please he picked cotton candy flavored ice cream with sprinkles of rainbow colored candy! I will have coffee uce cream with almonds brownies and hot fudge with the guy behind me practically breathing thru his mask 6 inches I want to tell him to back off instead I ask my little guy to stand by the ice cream cakes in the refrigerator. Sitting outside for 5 minutes then we decided to take it to go too hard to breathe outside and we can enjoy this at home. Very likeable helper but 2 others where working for the online orders! Tip $ first then pay! Lovely ice cream especially when you treat the children who deserve a smile inside or out!

Great ice cream selection. Met the kids and grandkids here tonight and ate ice cream out front. -1 point for dirty, sticky tables. Looks like they rarely clean them. Also, only one trash can outside, and it is always full.

Great ice cream and even greater staff. Every time I visit, I am greeted with smiles and upbeat staff, who are always very courteous and pleasant. I definitely recommend this place.

What a fun experience! I think the guy who helped us was Andrew. He was very helpful, friendly and he even tossed our scoop of ice cream into the air and caught it in the cup. Made the whole experience fun! Then when I tipped, they sang for us! My family, with 2 little kids, and I really enjoyed the service and the ice cream too 😁 very pleased

Cold stone is the best ice cream ever. It’s not like other ice cream, you could to make it the way you want it. Also the people that work here are very friendly and they even do tricks while making your ice cream. What fun! I had never been until I received a gift card for my birthday to cold stone. I was so thrilled that I gave out gift cards to other people for their birthdays. You have to love cold stone!

Delicious Ice Creme with excellent customer service. Very clean. Excellent visualization on selections. Expensive. Did not use it, but there is a bathroom in this location. Tables and chairs are comfortable. Relaxing and fun atmosphere.

It was the afternoon of the 8th of December. A young man with a cheery disposition helped to break me free from the holiday blues. He prepared a strawberry and pineapple smoothie that was incredible. When grading chain eateries, it basically boils down to food quality, cleanliness, and the employee/customer interaction. Cold Stone Creamery exceeded my expectations; this location encompassed every aspect of (not just) what a Cold Stone ought to be, but also what the industry itself should strive to become.

Really great ice cream but lately I have noticed that a certain employee here doesnt mix the ice cream anymore. They just scoop the ice cream into the cup and put the toppings on top rather than mixing it to make it fluffy.

Prices that are reasonable. menu is like a cafe in boston i loved.

You better use the bathroom or go to Target around the corner because this bathroom is closed so please make sure you take care of that before you get your ice cream other than that decent staff great ice cream what more can you expect

The ice cream selection varies, which is great, but the portions are huge. Im not a fan of this excessive need for large portions. So share or save it for later.
