Holy shambolies! I tried the Bulletproof mocha today and WOW! When I was visiting Los Angeles in 2019, Bulletproof cafes and coffees are very popular there. I remember seeing people drinking their coffees and eating their food everywhere, so I just had to give it a try here. It is so nice that this is offered in West Sacramento since it is a specialty high-end health item. It is the best coffee I think I have had in years. I got it with grass-fed organic milk and added monk fruit for sweetness. Not only is this extremely healthy, but it is very delicious. This is our second time here and my children absolutely cannot stop talking about the shaved ice. You have to try the natural banana flavor. It is very yummy and super refreshing. I love that this unique business is just on West Capitol avenue. I had driven by numerous times and always wondered about it. Decided to stop by with my kids and the Hawaiian shaved ice is amazing. You really have to try the natural banana flavor. Wow! I also had a much latte with organic whole milk, which was refreshing, but keep in mind it does taste different than your traditional latte. They also have Gunthers ice cream, traditional coffee drinks (they process their coffee in an exceptional way), smoothies, Hawaiian shaved ice, and other many natural health aides, including CBD oils.

Just went with my brother for the first time and had an amazing experience! The Hawaiian Shaved Ice is unlike any I’ve ever had! It is light and fluffy with natural flavors and ice made with their purified water. Yum! The aroma inside from their diffusers is heavenly. I got one along with an amazing Narrow Leaf Eucalyptus Oil. Outstanding customer service, they insisted on running the diffuser for me before I left to make sure I was happy and that everything is working well. They even have a rewards program where you can earn points for purchases and filling up your water jugs. Highly recommend! All around beautiful experience today, thank you!

Dont let the name fool you! This place is my go to for the most awesome shaved ice treats. They have all natural flavored syrups to choose from. Try one with your fav flavor Hawaiian style with ice cream in the middle and condensed milk drizzled on top.

7/9/21 @ 4pm.Have been going to Juan & Saki business for a long time. Always greated with a friendly smile along with great service. Went today for my regular fill ups and shaved ice. I recognized noone there. Young Lady at register was helpful and pleasant. Im the last 1 waiting for my shaved ice. The lady that made it called out my order and proceeded to put it on the opposite counter of where she clearly saw me standing. I said that was mine she said oh well I already put it down over there and all the ugly girls laughed except for the register young lady she quickly brought it to me and apologized. If this is what I have to look forward to in the future I will take my business elsewhere.

They have the most delicious hawaiian shaved ice, and different kinds of frozen drinks, that you cant decide what flavor to get🙂Today I got the coffee float with butter scotch ice cream 😋😜 delicious

Excellent place to get really pure waterThis is NOT just tapwater filtered through a $40 carbon filterBuy the bottle or refill in an easy to fill area 40¢ a gallon for purified water - lots of parkingEasy to load. Outside water filler for after hours.I got major stomach problems recently and went to the doctor as stomach cancer runs in the family - they couldnt find anythingI went to Raleys a few days later and got bottled water - in 2 days my (and my partners) stomach problems disappeared.Today we found a healthier solution to drinking water.We found out theres no refill machine at Raleys.However W&S is just across-the-road.Plenty of other attractions and benefits at this location including the real shaved ice like they have in Hawaii and ice creamA great addition to the community.

I have been a patron and a fan of this place for a long time,infact way before they opened this location. Always got good service from Juan and his team. The reason for this 4 star review is the attitude of the new team member who served me on Wednesday morning. This lady was downright rude . Its kind of sad to be served by someone with this kind of customer service. As customers we dont expect preferential treatment but courtesy goes a long way in helping to retain existing business.

Great place to get your water needs in one place. They have water bottles of all shapes and sizes. They also have accessories for your bottles. I personally love the sweet treats they offer.

Little wait time, always clean before & after each customer, not just water (alkaline water) bottles various sizes up to 5 gal. Various styles shapes glass & special plastic, they also have shaved ice, ice Cream, coffee, teas, special teas & coffee, honey or sugar or other healthy choices, nutrition center with the owner who is very healthy & health knowledge is out of the box, and he can suggest various teas and herbs & herbal tea combinations...

Ive been coming here since their other location and throughout that time I can say the quality of service and water has not changed. The water is great for such low prices and the ice cream as well as hawaiian ice shaving is amazing. This has been our go too store for water and ice cream for a very long time. I cannot express how good their costumer service and water is. If you have always gotten water somewhere like an automatic pump outside a store, come here once and you will never go back!

Great experience! Manny was super helpful! When he found out it was our first visit, he gave us the full tour and water sampling. He was very knowledgeable about the purification processes and health benefits of each type of water. We came for ice cream but are seriously considering changing our water drinking habits in the near future. The shaved ice was delicious! Will definitely be back!

Its my store for alkaline water the only kind of water we drink in this house! The store is very small but it just so happens everytime I hav chosen to go in this past year since the covid virus came out, I never have to wait nor entangle myself with pushy customers wanting to squeeze in to grab an alkaline spickit! ! Nice, clean and friendly place into health and they do have a healing salt room Ive yet to try. Love Juan and Saki very lovely owners! The have the best shaved ice which you can have with or without ice cream and mochi!

This is the best alkaline water and shaved ice. The Hawaiian shaved ice is better than Hawaiis! The owners, Juan and Saki, are very knowledgeable, and they do a lot of research. The minerals and oils are also very beneficial.

Everyone there is super polite and friendly. They will only sell the best, and you can tell that right away when you walk in. They will happily give you a tour and explain the difference between the different waters. They offer shaved ice with natural flavors and pair it with Gunthers ice cream. I was on my motorcycle riding through the desert one day. When I made it to Sacramento after days of riding. I was parched. Walked into this store and asked if they had any water. The cashier was cute and said that they sell quality water, I wasnt interested in quality, I just wanted a drink. After drinking about five gallons of this miracle John Ellis water, I felt like a million bucks. Because thats how much she charged me. Worth it.

Super friendly and nice, their ice cream and shaved ice is so good. They also have a salt room that is covered with pink Himalayan salt that helps with respiratory problem. Also have very pure water to buy by the gallon.

What a place! Nothing like any other store Ive ever seen. Difficult to label, because they not only offer amazing water, but supplements, ice cream, shaved ice treats, organic coffee, and more. I went in the young man there was so knowledgeable about the water there. I saw a lot of different supplements there but didnt buy any but I will be there to buy some next time. Also the alkaline water was great. Very pure.

You never lived if you havent tried the Hawaiian ice cream snow cone ice cream surprise mixture of AMAZINGNESS. Thats what i call it. I get pineapple coconut with all the extras. Im so happy this place exist and they have all kinds of natural products for health and healthy cooking. They have Himalayan lamps and they dont just sell it.
