If there was another Audi dealer in the area I would definitely try them. Customer service in the repair area need a refresher on good customer service. No smile, acted like I was bothering them just by walking in. Never called, texted or emailed me letting me know my car was ready, but insisted they did and that they left a message. I NEVER god a voicemail! Rather than just say there might have been a mistake, she was Rude! Then when I asked if I was going to get the video of the repair...they haughtily said that had been sent too. Well I guess they sent that to whomever they left the voicemail. Funny when I asked her to resend it while I was standing there...it showed right up. They also OVERCHARGED me. I had a coupon for a discount, that was ATTACHED to the bill...and they totally ignored it and charged full price. When I pointed it out, she got angry. Not a good experience at all.

I’m furious. Bought a Audi A3 (which was a 4 day process cause of people being on vacation) from here and got a service package. I go to schedule my first oil change and I’m told the soonest appointment is 3 and a half weeks away.. Audi says the service interval in 10k miles for an oil change but my low oil light came on at just over 5k miles. I made the appointment before I started working and now that I am i couldn’t make that appointment now to reschedule I have to wait another 2 and a half weeks hoping my motor doesn’t fail. It’s so sad that it takes a month and a half to be able to get something as simple as a oil change from this place. I regret buying my car here I would have rather bought it somewhere that had the capacity to take care of their customers. But of course they never mention that it takes a month to get basic service when your buying it.

My wife and I recently purchased a Q7 at Fathers & Sons. Our experience was exceptional. Fathers & Sons sales staff kept in contact with us as we worked through the process, which took some time, as we were not set on a vehicle when we started looking. They were not, however, pushy. Rather, they responded promptly to our questions, were knowledgeable about Audi/Fathers & Sons products and services, and were respectful of our time. Were now enjoying our new Q7.

We were on a road trip when the low oil alert went off on my Audi (which had just been serviced at home). We stopped at Fathers & Sons-Audi in West Springfield around 4pm and their service hours ended at 5pm. The woman at the service desk (I think her name was Angela) said all mechanics were busy on other jobs, but she would see what she could do. Both she and the mechanics went out of their way to help us at the end of their work day. We were so appreciative of their assistance in helping us get back on the road. I wish they were my local dealership.

The sales manager, Tim, and salesman, Mark, worst customer service I have ever seen before. You put in an application for a credit application for a car and it isnt approved they dont respect you, they dont even bother to give you a call and let you know that it was not approved.

We found the car that we were looking for here and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice our salesperson was, as was everyone at the dealership. They treated us very well, no nonsense, and gave us a good trade-in on our car. Its a 2 hour drive, but well worth the drive and we will definitely call them first for our next vehicle in the future.

To start my canvas, I had reached out about an A3 they had for sale (Lot# L262). The A3s were under an Audi NA stop sale, due to a recall that was without a fix. I had called every Audi in my state (CT) which wouldnt allow me to purchase one, but for some reason Fathers & Sons allowed for it, they said I only had to sign their dealership contract. Anyways, told them I would be up on Saturday, and was asked to make an appointment, which I did because things get very busy around here. Come Saturday at around noon, the place was completely empty. I only saw two sales people, and one manager. Walked out to see the car, which was covered in pollen and debris, and shoved tightly into their lot. Had to wait for them to rearrange just so I can drive it. Test drive was great, and came back in to close on it. Once we submitted the credit application and finalized some of my information, she goes youre all set, Ill see you in a few days. I told her that I had made it clear on the phone that I wasnt coming back for the car, the deal had to be done today (Ive never had to do this, nor anyone I know. I had a regional Audi employee with me and even he was surprised). Her compromise was that we would get all the paperwork done remotely, and she would have a porter drive the car down to deliver it (a common practice during COVID). Come Monday, get a call asking when are you coming up? which I had a bad feeling was going to happen. I complained about having to drive another 3 hours round trip, and she replied, I kid you not, you dont live in California or Zimbabwe, its really not that bad... the paperwork has to be done here. After I argued about her false promise and poor tone, I gave in, since I was under other pressures to get a new car. I had to have another friend take off of work and drive me up (also on my own day off). As were driving there, she calls me and says our finance manager leaves at 5, with my ETA being 5:20, and them not closing until 7. This is while Im on the road, not when she called me that morning. Anyways, was able to buy the car. Finance manager had the personality of a brick... but the car is great, so thanks. Now Im sitting here waiting for my deposit I had placed on the car over a week ago. Called with no solid answer, and emailed without any response thus far. The only good things this dealership has going for them was their GM Ethan, and decent pricing.

Good showroom, sales staff is friendly. Parts department is mediocre. Before making a parts purchase here, Id recommend calling around, Hoffman Audi sells their parts for 20-30% cheaper, Fathers and Sons wasnt willing to give any sort of discount/Price match the parts prices so I just took the extra 60 minute round trip to save 30% on my Audi parts.

This review Is for parts and service, not car sales. I have an older audi a4 and have called to get prices for work done and the prices are astronomical, even on a 20 year old A4. Ive also tried getting parts from fathers and sons numerous times. Usually there never In stock, no longer made. Yes thats not Fathers and Sons Fault and I dont fault them for It. However, Everytime I go In there or call, Im treated rather rudely. As In they dont have the time for me or dont care and Im kicked to the side for more Important customers. Just now I tried getting 4 or 5 brake line brackets and was told there was 12 different ones. So I told him I could send him a pic, and give him parts numbers, to which his reply was That wont help me!. The other Guy was ok but still doesnt have the time for anything. I suspect this Is all because the age of my audi a4, and Im not hemmoraging thousands of dollars to them or buying/driving a new $90,000 RS7. I will Never go here again unless, I absolutely have to. Go to ECS Tuning, 034 Motorsports, Pure Motorsports, Black Forest Industrys. Much nicer people, better prices and treat you like It matters even If Its a $4 part.

Every visit is a great experience. Angela is great, I once had an issue that was diagnosed. That wasn’t the problem, the issue happened again. Brother car back and did not have have it for 2 weeks while they worked on it. I felt like every effort was made to take care of me as a customer and was given a loaner. And the issue was resolved. Cars can have problems, issues can be hard to identify and resolve. How my problem was handled was exemplary. I now need a new vehicle. I am picking one up from F&S tomorrow and felt like buy a car from them was best decision. Since it was older and had a few miles on it.💪 my current Audi has 250k+ I know this is because how well it was takin care of by the F&S team. Thank you to Angela, Sue and Mike M.I am a customer for life.

I brought my a7 in for an oil change and they went above and beyond, topped off all the fluids, did a full inspection on the car, brake pads, tires etc. told me my water pump was leaking, change the battery in my key and even washed my rims lol all for $118, highly recommended 👏🏻

I was on the other side of the country when the 30K service on my A4 came due. At this dealership I was able to secure one of the few wait for service spots (excellent social distancing). Their facility is very comfortable, service consultants friendly and the service itself was done in a timely fashion. I was especially impressed by the video and explanation of the inspection of my vehicle which was provided to me! I wish all dealers offered such visuals to put our minds at ease.

I brought my vehicle for service in January 2020 with a concern for an oil leak. After inspection I was told that no leak was detected and I should simply get an oil change more frequently. Fast forward to November of 2020, I brought my vehicle in again because of a check engine light and low oil level. This time after inspection, I was told that the vehicle is leaking oil inside the engine causing damage to the pistons and catalytic converter. The repair was estimated at $9K!!I was told that in January my vehicle was inspected for dripping oil and this time around a more thorough inspection was done to check for oil leak in the engine. When i brought up my concern that a more thorough inspection should have been conducted in January, as the issue did exist back then, I was told that the service advisor didnt have any notes in my file indicating that the vehicle was leaking oil inside the engine and I shouldve asked for a more thorough inspection back then. Im just an average consumer not an audi expert as these crooks claim to be. Save yourself the money and get your vehicles inspected and repaired by smaller shops as youll more than likely get the same results.

I had a easy time communicating with Cary I believe her name was. However my vehicle was brought in about 14 months ago for a airbag recall, I got the car back and the seat is hanging off . I didn’t drive the car for a long time and just got back to using it daily, I contacted father and sons and spoke to carry about fixing the seat, she said she would call back. I got my call back and was a little surprised when I was told that the air bag was actually on the dashboard and had nothing to do with the seat, so why is my seat hanging of the back when I get the car back? I was told because it wasn’t a seat air bag that father and sons fixed that they could indeed fix my seat but for $140.

Horrible experience. Bring car in for 75000 service and inspection sticker. Got a text saying they recommend new tires. Told them not at this time. I then get the car and told it failed because of tires. Not sure why I wasn’t called and told I needed them. Got new tires and now cannot get car reinspected without leaving it there for u known amount of time.I get COVID and restrictions Not being able to set up a time for an inspection of just the tires is ridiculous without having to drop it off, find a ride and come back later.

I have been going here for several years to keep my Audi S5 in tip-top shape. The staff here are very welcoming, knowledgeable & upfront. Sue Roy has been exceptional year in and year out. Always remembers our past conversations & checks in on me! I feel like a VIP guest when I’m at the dealership. I just recently had my winter tires swapped over to my summer tires... while at the facility I saw the staff taking every precaution during this virus outbreak. There was an employee going around constantly disinfecting doors, desks, etc. 5 Stars all-round!!!!!

I spoke to NINE Audi dealerships to purchase my RS5 Sportback Black Optic Launch Edition. I visited in person FIVE dealerships and Audi West Springfield was the last. I saw 3 cars in person and had the option of purchasing 2 out of state. That means technically 8 other dealerships had the opportunity to sell me this car, 3 of which realllllly had the opportunity (one of which I actually put a deposit down at). Frankly, I was treated poorly or dishonestly at most of the other dealerships. Tim Michael the manager of Audi West Springfield was the only person I spoke to that was a straight shooter. He is 100% the reason I purchased my car from Fathers and Sons. Their finance officer Mike Deluca is also great to work with as I found him smart, straightforward, and able to answer every question I had. Just by chance I also got to meet Sue Roy in the service department. She was wonderful as well and actually already helped me out with an issue I had connecting my phone to the car. She also informed me of some features I could access by signing up for myaudi online...shes a gem. Long story short, this is a great dealership to purchase an Audi.

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Balise and have never had the issues I’ve had with this dealership and their management. This review is regarding a 2013 Volvo XC60 that I paid nearly $13,000. BUYER BEWARE!!!- It took 3 months to get the Volvo XC60because of a recall. During that time period they had the vehicle and could have done work on it, do you think they did ? NO! The vehicle did not pass inspection, more delays.- There were repairs needed on the vehicleand were not disclosed. They were discovered when I took the vehicle into another shop because I was smelling antifreeze,which I noticed early on but the smell got stronger and stronger. I take it toVolvo Pioneer valley and told I need the angleBevel gear replaced, all the seals are missingAnd the bushing are separating fromThe casing. These are things that shouldOf been repaired before the sale at the very least disclosed. I’m now being told this is a $1,300 repair Job and that is the best they can do. I would never ever recommend purchasing anything from these crooks. They do not stand behind their vehicles!!!!!! Buy a vehicle for $13,000 and give us more money for repairs less than 2 month later!!!!!! Horrible horrible horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!

My review is a little lengthy but provides a clear picture of my experience with this dealership. I dropped my car off first thing Tuesday morning at 7:30 am on 7/7 for wheel repair which included 1 wheel replacement and 1 wheel detail. I was told on multiple occasions that the “guy” who does this is only in on Tuesdays so my expectations (not told otherwise) was that my car service will be done that day. It was getting late in the day and I hadn’t heard from the dealership so around 3 pm I ended up giving them a call. The representative told me they will call me back with an update and around 4:30 they called me and told me my car will be ready in the morning. For some reason the “guy” does the repairs offsite and wasn’t back in time? Anyways, I was fine with that as long as I was able to pick up my car in the morning. The representative confirmed it would be ready by 11 am in the morning. The next day I did not hear from them so I decided to call at noon. I was told the representative in charge of my car was on the phone and will call back. I did not receive word from them and at 3 pm I called back and left a voicemail (no one answered). Irritated, I called back at 3:15 and was able to speak to someone who put me on hold for five minutes. Once they came back they told me they spoke to the technician who said they will have my car ready for pick up at 4 pm which is the time they close. I was told I needed to get there a few minutes before 4 pm in order to pick up my car. I stay a few towns away from the dealership so I had to drop everything and rush over to pick up my car before they closed with the risk of not having a car for another night. I picked up the car with minimal disruption except that I had to go back in because the representative forgot to put my wheel and tire agreement back in my glove compartment. It is the only copy I have so I had to make sure I had it. Halfway through my drive home my tire pressure light went on. Should have been avoidable by the dealership, but I stopped to put air in my tires. I noted that both tires worked on were at about 30 PSI when they should have been 42 PSI. It was clear they rushed my car at the end of the day to get it back to me. I then stored the tire pressure values. As this just happened today, I am hoping that the sensors went off because of the tire pressure and not because of something else (faulty, broken, etc.). I had a 75k service done last week at this same dealership (no issues noted although the service was very costly even compared to Audi dealers in the Boston area where I permanently live although I am temporarily back in Western Mass due to COVID-19).Overall, I did not have the greatest experience. I had to hunt my own car down and to be honest I have no clue how long they would have kept my car if I didn’t call them. Maybe I’m missing the point, but the process seems simple. You want to service cars and get them in and off the lot as soon as possible while keeping customers updated. Maybe my experience was a one-off but figured I’d share. I’m very happy that I have my communications timeline saved with them just in case they try to argue my experience.

Brought my car in for a diagnostic appointment, my vehicle was left outside untouched for three plus days after my appointment, they were unable to provide me proof of diagnostic testing, and said they were unable to replicate customer concern even though as I was getting ready to leave my car did exactly what I had it in for... the service advisor threw my keys and my receipt at me and was extremely rude. Update from VW Post:I purchased an Allroad for my mother recently after having an amazing experience next door at VW. The day we surprised my mother with her new Audi, she accidentally broke the little clip that holds the visor to top of the roof. (My mother’s a very strong woman lol)Again, Sue Roy and Ethan were able to order me the part, and get me in within a week! (The part took a little while to come in)Once I arrived the morning of the appointment to have it replaced. I was there not even 5 minutes. They were able to fix it without me even having to wait. I am a new Audi owner and a new customer to F&S. I called for a service appointment and was scheduled for first thing the next morning. When I arrived I was met by Sue and her staff outside and directed to a service desk. Everyone was very pleasant and personable. Check in was very quick and efficient. I expressed to Sue that I was very tired and she directed to a very quiet lounge area. She was correct, it was very quiet (and clean). I was told my car would require a bit more time than expected and offered a loaner car and directed to return at my convenience. My car was serviced very quickly and thoroughly and I was notified that it was ready for pick up. The whole experience from scheduling to pick up was very easy and enjoyable. The entire staff from sales floor (I had questions about Audi Care), parts department, and service department were wonderful and very service oriented. I deal with people all day every day and I have to say that it was a relief to have such wonderful people taking care of me for a change. I recently purchased Audi Care and plan to have all of my future needs taking care of at F&S. Truly and wonderful experience. A big thank you to Sue and her team for treating me with such great respect and courtesy. I look forward to seeing them all again.

I was greeted at Fathers & Son s Audi West Springfield by Sue after driving into the heated garage. A nice feeling during an otherwise cold day. The service department was fast and courteous and seem to have their agenda tightly wound to resolve my recall issues and render my 95k service. Energetic, professional and polite. Angela went through the paperwork with me and covered all the procedures in detail. My vehicle was back to me, clean washed and vacuumed and I felt as though I was in a new car. I got a bit blindsided by the cost of a repair on a vehicle that was just a bit out of warranty. I contacted the service manager, and he and the team did what they could to help me with cost, including requesting corporate to help with a warranty. Ended up cutting the price and half, which was a big help.The repair was extensive, and a loaner vehicle was provided to me. There was no hassle, no red tape, just drive the brand new loaner like you own it.While the car was in, they went ahead and changed the oil, so I didnt need to come back a month later. I ended up getting the car back a day earlier than expected. This is my second great experience with their service department.

Earlier today I stopped into West Springfield Audi as the Check Oil indicator popped up while I was on a road from Hartford, CT to Albany, NY. I had just received an oil change 7 days earlier (not at this dealership) so this indicator should not have appeared. I unexpectedly showed up at the service department to have this issue looked at. The service department immediately greeted me and asked me of my concerns. Within minutes my car was brought into the garage and was being looked at. While waiting, I was offered coffee or a drink and greeted by other members of the dealership. After 15 minutes, the work had already been completed, the car was washed, and was waiting in the beautiful enclosed service pick up area. I was informed that when the oil change was performed the week prior it was done improperly and the wrong amount of oil was added. They fixed this problem and did not even charge me for the labor. Overall, the prices of this dealership are incredibility reasonable, beautiful showroom, amazing employees, and great service department. I have personally been to 20+ Audi dealerships and this has been my favorite one to date, I have no complaints.

Brought my car in for its annual oil change and upon return my rear windshield wiper was half detached. My windshield wiper is somewhat new, purchased mid December-ish and I barley use my back wiper. Spoke to Angela who was not very helpful, stating that I should contact the manufactor who made the blade. The one time a year I have to go there I always have to deal with something else when I bring the car back home. Last year the super charger in my car broke and called them to ask if my car was under warranty and they stated it wasnt in their job description to give me that information. Next time I know to bring my car to Hartford!

So much for keeping it local. I needed parts for my car and I brought in an online printout (for genuine OEM parts from an Audi dealer) and the sales associate wouldnt even look at it. He relucantly gave me a quote that was nearly double the online price and let it at that. No negotiatiion, take it or leave it. I left it.

The building and its amenities are great: large, airy, comfortable and attractive. The service bay is a drive into, with automatic garage door opener.All the personnel in sales, service and business management were pleasant, easy to deal with, and professional. No sleaze.The sales process was the way I prefer it: they provide their best price (which was good BTW) and I dont have to haggle.We did end up buying a Q5 because it was a delightful and beautiful car, and because we have had great experience with our 10yr old A4 wagon, which well keep as a second car (and whose superb handling with snow tires really bailed us out of very unpleasant and even dangerous situations.)

Everyone at Fathers and Sons was very friendly and helpful. No stress in purchasing the vehicle. They made it an easy process. The woman (cant recall her name) who sat with me for about an hour to show me how my car operated with all the bells and whistles was great. I drove away feeling as if I had been driving that car for a while. Very comfortable with the controls and operation. This is my first Audi and Im already in love with my allroad! Took my A6 in for a 20000 mile service. Angela in service is the consummate professional. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. My cars mats had food stuck to them. The personnel in service cleaned them. Erasing all evidence of the food. Nicely done!

I had a major problem with my 2011 Audi A4 (that I had not purchased from Fr. and Sons). Steve and Angela in the Service Department went out of their way to make sure that my car was repaired satisfactorily and went to bat for me so that Audi would cover the costs for correcting the known problem. I cannot say enough good things about how well and fairly I was treated. I live in New Hampshire and may not go back there for a future purchase (solely because of distance) but Id recommend them in a heartbeat!

I received a return call immediately after submitting an Internet request. Made an appointment to meet the following day and described exactly the type of 2012 Audi A5 I was looking for. When I arrived, the car I wanted was there and we were able to come up with a deal that was fair for both of us including a fair trade-in allowance, in a very short amount of time. I drove the car away that day! The dealership did all the paperwork with my credit union and it was the most hassle-free car purchase Ive made in my life. Went to buy a car and they gave to me for a few hours and it ran out of gas. I thought my partner would like the car I picked out but he hated it. So i told them i couldnt take the car. This was on a saturday. Now trying to get my deposit back and gas money seems to be an issue. Everyone i speak to has a different story and no one really knows whats going on. Thank goodness I didnt buy my car here. Blessing in disguise.

I previously had a wonderful experience with F&S auto body when I was in an accident that caused front and rear damage to my Volvo XC60 a few years ago. Recently, I went back for a very minor issue that was part of my previous repair. I have to share that my experience was far beyond what was expected. They gave the attention and effort to my menial repair as if it was repairing my whole front end! Thank you for your professionalism, willingness and attention to detail for my minor repair. I cant believe this dealer they have had my truck for a week now and I have not received a phone call with a update been calling and leaving voicemails asking for an update and nothing back. I just drove by to see if my truck was still in the same spot and guess what it is. Im calling another audi dealer tomorrow to see if they have time to fix my truck I pray they do.

If I could Id give them NO stars. I had a customers Audi that needed the locks on his wheels taken off because be lost the key. I drove 20 minutes to Fathers and Sons to get them removed and buy a new lock kit.They made me make an appointment for the following day and I had sit in the waiting area for them to take 40 minutes to remove 4 locks (1 on each wheel) and then get charged $25 for something that should have taken 5 minutes to do.If it were the other way around, AND considering there was a $90 purchase of a new kit, I would have taken them off for free.They should have had a mask on and a gun in their hand, because theyre a bunch of thieves.

Tried three times to test drive a car and definitely cant say anything good about their customer service. Definitely made me appreciate my Lexus and the wonderful Lexus customer service 3 times more. Sad too because the cars and dealership were beautiful. They way I was contacted over and again bordered on predatory. I found the practices to be very untrustworthy.

I purchased a 2009 certified pre-owned 2011 Audi A4. After seeing the car and making the decision to buy, the process was easy and routine. There wasnt much haggling as I felt the price was fair according to my research. I picked up the car the next day and received an hour long tutorial from the salesman on all of the bells and whistles on the car. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Took my d2 for an oil change, and abs diagnostics. Did not realize my undercariage plastic engine cover was gone until after 5000 miles( my next oil change) . I guess its my fault that i trusted them with my car. Its just amazing how something that big can be forgotten about. ( not the size of wheel nut cap).

Very disappointing. Came in with a check engine light on my Audi Q7. Recently purchased, so asked to have everything looked over. The light came back on within a few days. Went back to the service center less then a week after the job was done, was informed I have multiple faults, that were not found or addressed. What a waste of time and money!!!!! Mind you, the dealer was willing and able to help with the cost of repairs the first time, now unwilling, and Im in a horrible situation now, due to their negligence. I would recommend you dont bring your newly aquired Audi here, to have it checked out. Not sure what I paid for, the problem still exists.

Sold me a n AUDI A5 Sportback 2018 with in correct CPO inspection checklist. When you are buying a car here just make sure to verify the CPO inspection checklist and take time to go to the vehicle and verify all the parts . Because you wont see the features they marked it as available in the car.

I had gone here after a horrible experience the day before at the dealership I got my last car at. When we walked in, we felt welcome and not money. Unfortunately, I will never use your service again. I was quoted $1,900 for my complete brake job. Then when all the work was completed I was informed that the bill was $2,700. That was totally ridiculous. When I questioned the bill the service rep said maybe we made a mistake. I can’t imagine if I didn’t question the ridiculous amount. After questioning bill it was reduced by $300. Still ridiculous. I then said I called Hoffman Audi Service to compare prices for the parts and your prices were much higher. I would have expected your se vice manager to match the price, but they didn’t.I know for a fact Audi parts are overly inflated because my uncle works for Hoffman Lexus.I will be sure to tell my fellow Audi friends to stay away.Follow Up call received from Dealership.I received a call from the Dealership apologizing on their service reps behalf for misleading me on the cost. I appreciate the call still an $800 mistake or miscommunication truly doesn’t sound like a user mishap on the computer since this rep is your person working with the customer and should have picked on the ridiculous price before I mentioned it. The Dealership did offer me a $200 credit, unfortunately it’s not to my credit card which would have made more sense to stay in good standing and provide an excellent customer experience. The Dealership offered me a $200 credit to be used the next time I come to Fathers and Sons. The thought is appreciated, but really. Why would I want to go back to a place that mislead me in the beginning.If your really apologetic credit my Master Card instead of trying to get me to spend more money.

Our experience at F&S was great. Both the VW people and the Audi people were friendly and patient with us as we tried to decide what to replace our Passat with. The sales staff wasnt pushy, they were informed and knew their vehicles, didnt rush us as we looked and test drove. Their approach helped to reduce the stress that buying a vehicle can be. Both Chandler and Corey were fun to work with. And, Corey was great as we finalized the sale.
