Increasingly frustrated. They charged me for a service that was covered under my warranty. I called them out on it after the initial repair FAILED one month later. I will note they did go above and beyond to fix it the next day.. however I am STILL waiting on my refund check. They sent it to the wrong address and the wrong person the first time (despite my explicit instructions as to where my new address was). I called and asked for the status and they revealed the error. I gave them my new address AGIN... Still no check.
Used them only because my Fiat was towed to the closest dealer to where I was located at the time of maintenance issue. Customer Service was horrendous! The older lady seemed not to enjoy her job at all and it showed. They performed a recall while my car was in for tires and she made it the worst ever experience Ive had since owning my Fiat. There was another girl there who did step in to try and better my experience and I did appreciate that...I will never go here or recommend them...word of mouth still counts for something! Build a team that makes it a great experience coming in your door Bertera!
1, 2, 3 strikes never going back, service was horrible in service area, negitive energy evertime i questioned items i was being charged, i was given attitude, car part item markup way overpriced, order your own parts seriously, they would not let me return any of my parts very difficult, rude, pushy, unprofessional and dishonest i asked for the district managers number to exspress the treatment i received in there, the manager refused, he was hot tempered, rude, and impatient the manager tried to turn things around to justify their unprofessional behavior, and said i was the one that was difficult because i questioned how they were doing business in there !
We came in on a snowy day and were treated like their favorite customers, even though we said we would not buy a car yet. The staff was helpful and friendly and the Fiat that we test-drove was a wonderful little car... great dealership!
The service was okay. I had to initiate follow up for status, which should never happen. I wasn’t clear that most of the work would be sublet, or performed elsewhere for less, then marked up for the “convenience”. $1400 and my car came back dirtier than I left it. Grease all over my key even! — I will share more but I’d like to see if they can resolve this first. - I’m not satisfied, but not angry. I expected more, but perhaps I shouldn’t have...
I bring my car here for service and the service department is excellent. Ive had an issue with starting the car and they continue to work on it and Im certain they will solve this problem. There is one other Fiat dealer/service center in the larger area and the treatment I received at that dealership was a disaster.
My husband and I have bought 3 Fiats from Vigen and always been treated well and professionally and knowledgeable about Fiats. Ive also used the service department with no issues and got me in and out in the time they allotted with great service.
The Service Center doesnt deserve a star. I never write reviews but I have had two very bad experiences at Bertera. Worst costumer service I have ever dealt with. They charged us for work they didnt do. They broke a part on our vehicle and wont fix it. My car left their shop in worse condition. I highly recommend you NEVER go to any of the Bertera dealerships or service centers.
Terrible service, cant ever find anything wrong. Ended up going to tire warehouse to fix my tire balance issue on my brand new ram with 3,500 miles on it. Going in 3 months of waiting for warranty parts to arrive as well. Go some place else.
Vegan is a fantastic sales rep that bends over backwards to make your buying experience top notch!!
Worst dealership, they do not answer the phone. I talked to them 3 times about a recall, they say they do not have the part but will call back. They never do. They should announce up front we do not care that would be more honest.
Still waiting for a refund..update. ..4 months still havent receive my money. I cant stand this dealership. Lies after lies to make me believe its in the mail when I never ask for them to send it in the first place. Worst experience ever. I will never go to this dealership again.

Never going to this service center again. They charged me for things that were covered under my service package so I had to wait to get my money refunded.
