Brandon and Pedro truly went above and beyond. I have been car searching for a month and as soon as I walked in they took care of me and my needs. It didn’t feel like sales. It felt like family that cared.

I just bought my new used vehicle from Bertera Mitsubishi. A no pressure, great buying experience. I worked with Jose the manager, Vita the terrific saleswoman, and Pedro the finance guy. All of them worked well together and gave me a real bargain on the car I wanted. All of them very knowledgeable and very personable to work with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car! Keep up the great work!

The only non-positive experience I had was with the website when I tried to schedule the appointment. The website did not work correctly so I was not scheduled for the first time I had requested. When I contacted Bertera Service desk by phone, I was immediately set up with the next time that I was available. My experience with the service representative was very positive, and I am happy with the work that was completed. Thank you!

If I could give 0☆! The worst customer service, my daughter bought a SUV close to a month ago, bank called to see how it was working because is almost time for first payment, BUT SHE DOESNT HAVE THE SUV! All papers works done and the Uplander is not in her hands. Plus told her about a free warranty and they charged her in the papers $2k ... so will be paying more than suppose for a thing is covered in her insurance. This people give bad reputation to Mitsubishi... Ill always gonna say it:: go Hyundai.. is way better!!

Made appointment for a safety recall and oil change. Bertera took the car in slightly before the appointment time. Service was completed in less than the estimated time. Everything seems to be done right. Appeared they were following Covid protocol. Nice.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the Bertera Mitsubishi service department. We bought a new Outlander GT there several years ago and have never regretted it. Highly underrated Its been very good for us so far and the minor issues we have brought to them were taken care of quickly and without charge.

Communication could have been better, I had to reach out to Pedro a few times to get confirmation on when my vehicle would be ready. The phone number I had was not the best one to reach him at. He did admit that it was a system issue and apologise- still super annoying! In addition, I continue to receive phone calls in regards to buying a new car, when I have already purchased. This is a system issue that should be resolved.I am very happy with my new purchase and will highly recommend, but as a person who works in sales I can say that some of those little things are annoyances. No fault of the sales person, and the facility was wonderful, everyone friendly and Happy! loved my experience, but please fix your system problems and improve communication throughout the process!In regards to the process of buying- After researching many different makes and models of the type of car I was looking for (small hatchback that was not an suv) I settled on the Mitsubishi Mirage Im a Chevy girl If that tells you anything- I like my Chevys and have purchased many, however the MM had a better safety and value rating Initially was going to purchase a Chevy Spark from the Batera in Palmer but was turned off by the dealer when they kept calling me and offering me trucks- duh- I want a small car!!!I went to Mitsubishi knowing my credit and financial situation. I believe that this helped make the process smoother for me. I explained this to Pedro on the phone, prior to my visit, and explained my work situation as well, He was very accommodating and easy to work with! I tested the basic model and did not like the color. He had my magic numbers ( down payment and affordable monthly payment amount ) and I asked for a different color- White! I told him- get me into that car with these numbers and Its sold! He made it happen and Im now a convert!I had taken my DIL to the dealer in May to purchase a used car and we had a really good experience then as well! What I really like about this particular Batera dealership is I feel like they really listen, for me this is important, because my time and money is valuable and I want to feel like its being respected! Pedro is a GOOD kid and although I dont feel like he went overboard, he did go above and beyond and as a result of the Fair communication, understanding, and transparency, I ended up buying a more expensive car than I intended and feel like I made out like a bandit. Ill be back in 5 years to trade my Mirage for an outlander sport (if they are still being made) as my first NEW car experience was wonderful! (side note)Next time if you want 5 stars please do a better job at getting me a lower interest rate!!!! LOL :)

The service department at Bertera Mitsubishi always takes great care of me. I like to bring my car here for hm oil changes when its not too busy. They always have it done sooner than expected and the best part is the price. Theyre not interested in throwing additional services you dont need into your bill. If you want it done right the first time go to Bertera Mitsubishi.

I went to this dealership to look at a car and they put such a bad taste in my mouth I decided to write a review. First off their salesmen were both sitting at their desks eating snacks and I needed to interrupt them from browsing on their computers to ask a question, to which they didnt know the answer and it was just about the price of one of the maybe 25 cars they had on the lot. They seemed very dismissive.. Almost as if their dealership is failing so bad they dont even EXPECT to sell a car so why bother trying.. Then the manager George was really annoying. Seemed like he was trying to close a sale and I dont even think we had discussed which car I even wanted to test drive.. Just starts talking about what info of mine he needs to sell the car.. I mentioned that I had gone to Subaru across the street (which I think is also Bertera) and he starts telling me he doesnt like them, doesnt get along with them, and theyre idiots and they send their cars to HIM for servicing because the people over there all suck which I found INCREDIBLY unprofessional. Such a miserable desperate attempt at calling yourself a dealership.. If youre planning on making an investment that could exceed $20k I highly recommend you make the extra trip to a different dealership - I cant even imagine this Mitsubishi being open much longer.. Also I have no problem with Mitsubishi vehicles- this dealership is just the worst.

Im disappointed with this dealership. A few years ago I almost bought a new Mitsubishi from them but being in a weird financial situation at the time I bought it at a different dealership that was able to give me a better deal.Long story short I somehow felt I needed to buy a car from them now that I dont need to get down to the absolute lowest price possible.I contacted them through their website about a car they have and that I was considering buying. Even 7 days later still no answer. After 2 days passed I told myself that maybe whoever is in charge of their internet inquiries might be on vacation so I called in. Whoever answered sounded incredibly bored and bothered by having to answer a phone call. After saying hello I asked the man how hes doing to which I got a fine, what are you calling about? I might be old fashioned but where I come from you are courteous to any of your potential customers. At this point I hung up and decided to wait a few more days to see if my email would be answered...Which it wasnt and guess what? Not only will I never go there again but I wont be shy in sharing my experience with any of the people I know that might consider them.

Went there for a 10am appointment to have a recall fixed. they told me I had been scheduled for 8 which is ridiculous because i live an hour and a half away and they wouldnt even have been open yet. they did nothing to resolve the issue and just told me to go home and reschedule. The clerk was very disrespectful, will not visit again

Long story short, never buy here. Or bertera in general. If you do come here, I recommend seeing Joe, as he is the only one worth talking too.I was pushed into a Mitsubishi Lancer. The woman working with me told me I cannot get a used car because of my credit. Which is a complete lie, but after sitting through 7 hours at this place I was starting to believe her. Im stuck with a new car, and I overpaid for it. they charged an extra 500 dollars than list price once we sat down to do the papers. There was a scratch mark on the car in which they said they would deduct from the price. I agreed and they never did take off any money for it. The manager Jeff agreed to fix the scratch, little did he say it would take 9 DAYS, yes you heard that right, 9 days to fix a 1.25 inch scratch. He gave me a used car, it was dirty, and I felt like I was driving an ashtray. The second loaner car he gave me, you wouldnt believe it, it was another smoking car! Being pregnant, and an asthmatic I was worked to travel in this ashtray for 9 WHOLE DAYS.The used car we got put into was nice then the car I was forced into getting. As the car I bought has no additional add ons. I got swindled and they took FULL advantage of me. This is the worst place to buy a car. I am extremely unhappy with my experience and will NEVER do business with bertera again.

I was going to buy an mitsubishi Evo from bertera mitsubishi. I just wanted to take one mitsubishi evo out for an tested drive.. They required that i provided my SS number because i had to do an Credit check. I have token out an subaru wrx from access street and an Dodge challenger which out giving ANY CREDIT CHECK...
