I have been using Baystate Hearing for years for my hearing aids and service. James Caldarola my hearing aid specialist and owner has given me outstanding service for years and still is to this day. When ever I have an issue or emergency he is always there for me and goes way beyond the service expectation that one would expect. Mr. Caldarola will always try in fit me in to address my concerns as soon as possible. For me the service is the most important component of buying a hearing aid than price which he has everyone beat buy hundreds of dollars. Highly recommend this company.

Thanks to Baystate hearing I am up and running. They fitted me a few years ago and I had an issue with my aid today. I called and was immediately called back. I called and left message at Westfield office 7/1. Jeff promptly called me back and had me come to the office the following morning to discuss new hearing aids for my Mom. I brought her Audiologist test with me. He gave me a form to have the doctor fill out for insurance coverage. I took care of that the same day. Jeff had told me he would come to my Moms house to do the ear molds for the lab. When I heard nothing more from Jeff since our meeting 7/2, I left him a message last week. He ignored it. I left three messages this week. Last night, I happened to take my Mom to Westwood restaurant when a miracle occurred, my phone rang and it was Jeff. I can only presume he saw me in the building and was concerned I would make a personal visit to his office upstairs to find out why he was not returning phone calls. He told a tale that there were 50 customers ahead of my Mom. I dont particularly believe this because he never indicated that two weeks before. As a matter of fact, I called a reputable Audiology practice in Springfield Tuesday late afternoon and took my Mom to an appointment yesterday at 3:30 and they did the mold castings immediately. I would highly recommend moving on if you are dealing with Jeff. He has zero follow through.

My all out Thanks goes out to Mr. Caldarola for all his help in ordering a part for my Hearing aids that I thought would not be available for my older Phonak aids. The trip I made to West Springfield, MA. was well worth the outcome of the trip. Spent a few days getting tested at various hearing centers. I found that Jim Caldarola who is one of the owners at Baystate Hearing Aids to be the most honest & ethical of all the centers practitioners I visited. His focus was on what type of loss of my hearing capabilities I was experiencing and then providing me with the most cost effective product that would give me the best hearing I could have. My loss was severe and included Tinnitus which is best described as a constant sound buzzing in the ear. Jim made sure the product I have relieved that situation while enhancing voice hearing and eliminating background noise. Before my units for my ears I was unable to hear conversations with people sitting next to me in a restaurant!! Not anymore, the possibilities and the new sounds are endless. Thank you Jim for returning my hearing to me!!
