I had a great experience at the Costco Hearing Center in West Springfield. I received a thorough exam and a detailed explanation of the exam results and the programing and use of the hearing aids. I have been pleased with my hearing aids, with the follow-up service and of course with the price which was about 1/3 rd the estimate I had received from the audiologist at doctors office.
If you spend $1,599.99 at Costco or any store you might think the product would work for more then 7 days NOT HEARING AIDS from Costco. You might think that after 3 phone calls the person you spoke with might have some idea what they were talking about when it comes to hearing aids, well not at COSTCO. If you are in market for hearing aids DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT COSTCO
