Hearing life is a great place to go. My first visit was free and it went very thorough. I was referred by a friend and couldnt be happier with the service. When it comes to doctors this is one of the best.

My Dads hearing aid wasnt working and the staff at Hearing Life Center in West Springfield MA was great! They had to send the hearing aid out for repairs and they kept in touch letting us know how long it would take and they were flexible with the appointment to pick it up. When it came time to pick it up his other hearing aid wasnt working quite right and they fixed it on the spot. We are were very happy with the whole process!

Too bad they dont make a handicap ramp all those elderly people going in have to climb stairs very unsteady for them to do that with a walker.

I love being there the first things when you walk in there are real polite the way they treat you the way they put you the earphones on

The Hearing Test was very easy, you sit in an enclosed Booth listening too a series of beeps through Headphones.
