We have 7 lines through Cricket so we are in and out of the store on a regular basis. Nato has helped us several times. He has amazing customer service. He is knowledgeable and seems to have our best interests in mind. I like Cricket for their straight forward pricing. I like this location for the great customer service. Highly recommend.

Claudia & her staff Amy & Jesse were absolute ANGELS! Patient, kind, & very professional. Its extremely rare to get such excellent customer service during the covid-19 crisis, but they helped me pair my new speakers, & helped me upgrade my phone. I am happy that I stepped into this store.

WOW! This place is amazing. They actually care about their customers. I have never been treated like this in a retail space ever. Very genuine and caring employees. Someone needs to give them a raise.

I visited the new store and IT IS BEAUTIFUL! The Staff is so nice and so friendly. Place is so clean I can eat off the floor. I LOVE IT. Definitely recommend coming to this store.

I used to go to the magna one but this is now my store forever. The manager is comedian! He had me laughing the whole time. He even helped my set up my phone and gave me a good deal on a big speaker! Dont go anywhere else just come here :)

Went into the store got helped by Cristian. Honestly he was one of the best sells person Ive ever met. He gave me many choices on phones and really had a good knowledge of them. Every question that I asked him he was able to answer it. Honestly one of the best store manager Ive met. Ive read the guys last post and I dont think he read the recipe correctly.

Go to a different store. You can find a phone anywhere and there are several other Cricket stores nearby. The store is a mess, had a bad smell and the children running the place are just that. Children. They were dressed like slobs and conducted themselves like slobs too. Zero professionalism. They have zero customer service skills and quite frankly could care less about making customers happy. The representative we worked with had little knowledge of the products he was selling and was guessing on specifications of the devices we looked at. He gave us the wrong specifications on the cameras, memory and processors, even though it was written on a quick spec sheet right in front of him. These kids were flippant and ignorant. If I owned the store I would fire the whole lot and start over.

DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS. MANAGER IS RUDE. REFUSED TO CALL THE DISTRICT MANAGER. I SAY THEY NEED TO CLOSE THEIR DOORS AND BECOME SQUASHED CRICKETS! NOT JUST ME, ANOTHER CUSTOMER WAS COMPLAINING! USE VERIZON FOLKS! THEY HAVE MONTHLY SERVICES IF THATS WHAT YOU NEED!

Im not putting any star for this location it completely BAD do not come. The manager christon is none professional and dose not care about customers. Ive looked at the other reviews and they are all no good. This is the only place that ivI ever dealt with that doesnt stand by the receipt. If it says u have 7days to return then thats what it is. I got a new phone this morning from them with the wrong phone case and the other store I went to made a phone call and said yes u can return in its only 1 hour old lol still in box. So I come back to the store and nothing. So I call corporate and make a formal complaint and sense Ive been with cricket for 15 years they made it right on the the phone so please stay away and take any complaints to corporate and get this guy gone. Im in the service industry and#1 make it customers happy. Mainly because its on the receipt.

Great customer service! I have service through Cricket but bought a Google Pixel 2 phone at Best Buy. I took my phone in and they transferred all the info from my old iPhone to my new phone. I went back 2 days later because I couldnt figure out how to set up my voicemail. Danny set up my Cricket voicemail and Miki downloaded the Visual Voicemail app (because it was a format I was used to) and helped set it up. I really appreciate all the time they took to help me because I never would have figured it out on my own.

Miss Gomez, she is family related and didnt recognize me as we dont see each other much, but she seems to be wanting to sell quantity and not quality. Her dad is Ariel he is my fathers cousin. I dont recommend coming to this particular cricket store.I work with her fathers brother.

They hooked up my phone but didnt work i could call out but didnt get calls and said i couldnt get my money back..

Poor girl can never get her computer up and running, i have to put my access pin in at least 3xs each visit. Then never gets my bill or amount owed correct

Customer service us shity bought 2 new phones glass protector and insurance. Was told glass protector has lifetime warranty and free replacement. They turned out to be a lie. I then called corprate to take care of glass protector and that was solved....this morning I shattered my screen and find out that the store never put the insurance on my phones. So now Im screwed with a shatterd screen.
