I dont remember what the ladies name was but, she seemed like she aint even know much, she ended up giving me the wrong case and never really explained much about the phones, gave little detail on most things. For sure would go to a different metro store another time.

Usually fast service and they work with you on what plan better suits you even promotions they are offering.

My husband and I stopped y this store. They we about to close but stayed open and helped us set up new service. They helped us get phones and cases for a reasonable amount. They were super helpful and friendly. The store was clean as well. They were also very sweet to my daughter. I would recommend anyone to go to this store. They also explain everything in detail do that there wasnt any surprises.

I thought the staff was extremely friendly and I liked the atmosphere. After running around and getting told false info, and no help, Marta was able to help me out far more than I expected her too, very professional and helpful. I tried two other Metro stores before finally buying in this one. The staff here was so helpful and kind. Janeth listened and sold me exactly what I asked for. Actually saved me 50$!!I will definately go back, and recommend this store to everyone

The door says this store opens at 10. Instead of opening the door and assisting me in getting a new phone the girl that is supposed to be working ducked into the nail salon and hid out. I will be taking my services somewhere else. You are rude and incompetent and Im glad you didnt get any commission from selling me a phone. This is not the 1st time I have had trouble with this location and this person. Hey boost how about you hire someone that does their job.

Good place with great attention

First of all this phone company sucks. I’ve been with them for almost 4 years now and I have had overall the worst experience. First of all my service is constantly cutting in and out. I’ll be talking in my kitchen just fine but as soon as I step into the living room I have zero bars. Secondly I have a family plan with unlimited high speed data and I’m constantly getting texts about my data allotment being reached??then just to make matters better I have called 12 DIFFERENT STORES looking for the answer to ONE simple question and NONE of the stores answered THIS PHONE COMPANY IS SO RIDICULOUS!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE HASSEL. Only reason I have stayed so long is for the cheap phone bill smh

I have had the worst experience with this dealer. Especially with a sales representative by the name: Lourdes. I bought 2 phones from her, she didnt seem to care, but she did her job. One of the phones have been having problems, and so I had stopped by again to explain to her the problem with the phone. When I tried explaining to her, she kept ignoring me, until I confronted her about it, and thats when she yelled at me: Get out of here! And dont come back! and also threatened to call the cops. Lol what was she gonna call the cops for? Just because I tried to get her to help me?

Theyre always very friendly I went in to switch an unlocked phone and was worried about the process and thing like that with the sim card and everything and was worried I wouldnt be helped out quickly enough seeing I had other errands to run the whole process took less then 20 mins the reason for four stars is because it was 2 in the afternoon and there door was still locked and I had to go back in after to make sure that my data was working properly but they were very kind
