Usually I have dreaded getting a new phone and having to download everything from my old phone. No to mention all the photos and favorite Apps.Well, I was impressed by the knowledge, efficiency and care that was taken by the staff to have all my favorite Apps, etc. transferred quickly without a hitch. Quickest, smoothest, stress-free phone upgrade ever. These guys know their business and their customer service was above and beyond anything Ive ever experienced.

Today I came into Verizon for a simple item and the customer service was absolutely superb. Instead of just helping me with what I initially came in for, the assistant manager, Jonathan was incredibly helpful. He helped with my problem and with complete ease helped me upgrade my device on a wonderful promotion. I appreciate the time that was taken to assist me with everything. Currently I am sooo unhappy with Verizon/Victoria. I went to the store about my old phone and they ended up selling me and my husband edge plus phones stating if we were not happy we could return in 30 days. The new phones started cutting out and dropping calls so we decided we did not want them but when we returned them we were given the run around and we ended up keeping the phones. The phones keep having problems and I am torn because we have never had these problems in the 12 years we have been with Verizon. Once our phones are paid off I will be looking for another service provider unless the problem is fixed.
My daughter and I came in to see about upgrades, and they were extremely helpful. They gave us plan options and great promotional offers. They were so informative but not pushy. I would highly recommend this store.

Went in to look at switching from Another carrier to Verizon. In talks with a sales person, they kept pushing accessories we did not want and could not provide a clear breakdown of the costs.Felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. Will not be buying from this store. Will be looking for a corporate owned store or shop online.

Manny was ridiculously by the book over a typo in my wifes name. It was 100% obvious it was her (correct phone, address, license, I.D., pin, called me on my number to verify). He refused service for our protection, citing past fraud instead of using common sense. Ultimately, due to this experience, we have left Verizon after 20 years.

Do not buy from this location. I was outright lied to and scammed by Manuel, their sales manager. He told my wife and I that we had to get a $250 and $300 bundle in order to receive the phones that we wanted the same day. Otherwise if not, we would have to order online due to shortage of phones. Makes no sense whatsoever. I understand a salesman has to do his job, but to completely lie and get us to pay $600 on things we did NOT want is 100% unethical. I will be filing a formal complaint with Verizon over this store and Manuel and his associate Itzy.

Do not buy from victra retailer of Verizon. We were told they would honor a buy 1 get 1 free Promotion. They told us that their printers werent working but that they were fixing the problem. Weve had the phones for the last 3 months. Every month when we were billed we were being charged for both phones, and the bill is $295.00 a month. We explained to them when were buying the phone that we were going back to Verizon to have a cheaper bill. To this day it has not been resolved. I called Verizon and was told they were independently operated and they were unable to fix it. Long story short went to the store was told not to come back or he would call the police. He didnt call the police I did. The management of valley fair mall gave me a notice to not return for one month or I would be arrested for trespassing. All I was asking for was the number of the person they were going to talk to at corporate. I have tried to reach the number on their website but it is not an active number.

Went there to have help with a text not sending. The man looked at my phone. Said your screen has burn in apps on it. I ask him about the text I couldnt send, he said to me, its the phone. Its breakdown and will happen more and more. It cant be fixed. He was right there to show and sell me a new phone. NOPE.I went to a corporate store the next day. Took them about 15 minutes, talking with me and there text support. He would rather sell something than to help with a issue. Will never go back to this store. From now on Ill go to a corporate store 😃

Darla & Jesus are extremely professional their customer service is beyond 5 stars!! We were fortunate enough to find them and work with them after a different Verizon location had made a royal cluster mess with our service, and phone lines, and phones. They completely fixed it and not only helped explain exactly what deal we were getting, but also how it would work. They even wrote down instructions on how to change our information over from our old phones to our new one. They took the time to change over all the pictures, contact numbers etc. from my wifes phone to her new phone also. They also apologized for the mess that the other store made even though they (Darla & Jesus) didnt do anything wrong, but only helped our desperate situation that we were in. In my opinion, they deserve everything Verizon can do to keep employees like them to enhance the Verizon name.

Black Friday Service was horrible. Came to by a iphone. Was hoping to be in and out. They dont seem to have a system that moves people along. I waited 40 minutes and they where still helping the same people with paper work.

I had a very good experience at this location. Alex helped me transfer my phone number from sprint to Verizon and was efficient and professional. Esmeralda was the other employee working that shift and was also very kind. In no way were they too pushy nor too kind to the point it gets annoying. I recommend this location. I went on a Saturday night and even though they were busy they had the store moving at a good pace.

Worst store ever laziest customers service reps that smell like BO on top of bad customers service. I was told by Verizon customer service earlier that morning that I have to go into the store and replace my phone because it stopped charging, not broken or damaged. The insurance company I talked earlier told me Verizon had to replace at no cost. The Verizon customer service rep stated that was true and said to go replace in store and to tell rep to look into the notes because it states the phone can be replaced. The two lazy regards that were working that day told me customers service was lying and there was nothing to be done but to go to repay the remaining amount owed or pay insurance. Which was not a lie I did freak out in the store didnt threaten them like they said called them numer. The threaten to call police and I would of loved to have stayed for that but I was getting a ride from someone and I didnt want them to get involved. us names because I knew they were lying. I wnt to another store in Sugarhouse received a phone in 10 min. With great customer service. The only reason I didnt wait for cops to come is because I was with someone else. Never shop here the employees are trash

Merlin helped us today. We needed to switch carriers and needed our account number and pin. Yes, I know. We are crazy for loosing our information. Merlin was so helpful and put us through to customer service. They were a dream, too. Our visit was only about 5 minutes.Heres the thing they didnt know: my husband lost his job and his phone was on a company plan through Verizon. He had paid for the phone himself. He didnt want to lose the number and we cannot afford the bill with Verizon. So, it was a huge blessing they were so accommodating!

Isabella who works at the Valley Fair Mall out in pkg lot Verizon store. She took care of my phone problem in a matter of minutes AND without acting like a culture like in Sugarhouse 2200s or 5600 west location. I met Adam at the Verizon store in Farmington bc I was sick of SLC non customer service Verizon stores. I proceeded to tell him I once met Jesus at VFM location but he was out of the product but very customer kind and the one at Kimball Junction. Adam told me those are his stores(Victra). So when I had to go to a Verizon store in SLC...no hesitation to go to one of Adams stores and yes Isabella followed suit as far as professional customer care! Go Adams team!Thx Isabella!
So incredibly frustrated. I was quoted one price and after all was said and done, it was more than twice the promised price. It took over FOUR HOURS to transfer service and when I went in for a question on my bill, no one ever called me back. Although affable, the staff is incredibly unprofessional. I was not ever the main point of focus. It was also never stated that they were not a corporate store. Its not...which means if you call Verizon, they refuse to help you as this store sells their products, but isnt affiliated with Verizon. I was promised a call back today from the store (since Verizon cant help me). I have high hopes that they can redeem themselves, but so far theres not much hope that will happen. :(

I dont know where to start . I was not happy with Verizon and was looking to port out . But than I met Darla the manager, she was so hands on with me and also her employees. Going into a store you know getting anxiety but she calm me and made sure I was first . Also was able to help me get 2 new phones, sat down and show me how to use it . I tell you she is a big asset to the company and I reccomend keep her because you will never find such a amazing helpful human being . But thank you victra and Darla for such a amazing experience at your store, I will be recommending my family and friends to this location.
Very helpful staff. We were in and out with new phones and a new plan quickly and I was able to text Alex, our sales rep later with a question instead of returning to the store. I saw other sales staff being very patient and accommodating towards other customers who were more demanding.

The best thing they are at their job is lying to you. The boss is arrogant and says anything to get a sell. Don’t go to this retailer for anything you need. I’ll save you time, money, and most importantly, your sanity. Been with vzw for over 10yrs, never felt buyers remorse like I did with this store.
Everyone was incredibly rude, even the manager was rude. They lied about when my phone was supposed to come in and then when I called to ask about it they just kept saying “look at your tracking” when I asked if he would mind double checking he said “I’m the manager I see everything” they had no idea when it was coming even though I ordered in store with them. When I first went the sales guy acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about with my OWN phone. And double checked for himself on my phone then said “oh ya you’re right” seriously so rude all of them.
Treated each member of our family very well. Jonathan C was helpful and is amazing with putting the screen protectors on 10/10 recommend having him put yours on.

If it were possible to give zero stars or a burning bag of poop as a rating that would be my choice after the absolute lying sales team that tricked us on an upgrade and on a day that was a supposed sale. After this visit, our bill, with a second phone, and going to unlimited for two lines was supposed to be about $20 more than what we had for only one phone currently. Luckily went and checked the online account short time afterwards and saw what actual future bills would be 3x what it was previously and contacted the support and they started to get it corrected. Yet to see final results.
So they are quite friendly and they do genuinely help there customers wait time is less then even the verizon just outside the valley fair mall love the help and vibes with this Verizon!!

They charge you for a sim replacement. They said it’s 10 dollars for a sim but if you speak to Verizon chat online they say it’s free and no store should be charging. They’re trying to scam people who need a replacement sim. I have screenshots of online chats from two rep saying it’s free. They should hire people that know what they’re doing in this store and not scamming.

My wife and I were thinking about switching to T-Mobile. Then we talked to Toy and he saved us. We are so glad that he did! He is super nice and honest. He was able to dig into our account and got both my wife and I new high end smart phones for free! Also, he told us about the contact between Verizon and Comcast and was able to save us over $50 per month on our Comcast bill! If you are thinking about switching, DONT!!! This place is a complete joke. Kim couldnt do an exchange without a manager, who wasnt on site. She assured me that hed be there in 10 minutes, but it was more like 40. When Manny arrived, there was no apology for keeping me waiting, but only made excuses and acted like it was unreasonable to expect a manager to be on site. Since the girl wasnt trained in anything apparently, she just referred each customer who came in to an online service or another store.
Went to get help with our phone, ended up having to buy a new one...was promised several things on new phone and ended up being completely the opposite which raised our bill even more....
Take my advise and go to a corporate store. In business you always want to help the little guy, but in this case just go to a regular Verizon store. I tried to purchase an IPhone and was only surprised with a mandatory bundle. Worth almost an additional $100. I called a regular store and I was able to pick up the phone with no bundle attached. Happy ending to a ridiculous scam.
